Do Employer Brands Really Need A Tagline
About this episode
Matthew Gilbert is the Creative Director at New York City based Bayard Advertising….where he directs their strategy, creative, content and web development teams spanning all areas of EVP and Employer Brand (EB) development and activation.
Recently Matthew wrote an article on linkedin that caught my eye.../it was titled Do Employer Brands Need A Tagline, Or Just Really Good UX?
I think it’s time to reinvent, dare I say do away with, the notion that an Employer Brand needs a tagline. I can almost hear the shouts of “Nooooooo” echo across the EB landscape. Allow me to try and explain.
