About this episode
In this video, I discuss one of the most absurd stories I've seen in a long time, where Detroit officials are now begging the citizens to stop stealing metal out of the fire hydrants as it is crippling their ability to respond to fires in the city

00Fire hydrants in Detroit stripped were hearing from DFT about the reason the missing parts could cost you crucial minutes if you're homes on fire. You know, people are vandalizing these hydrants. They're taking the brass components inside and you're right. It means that now they're not working and that can put a lot of people at risk and what's also sad is that they're actually getting very little profit from this. So recently on this channel, I did a response to a New York Times podcast that featured Janks Nephew and of course an incredibly woken stupid host and another woman who were all embracing the idea as a movement for political change of micro-looting. I'm proposing a new term, micro-looting. AKA petty theft, AKA shoplifting, and when it was brought up that if this ends up getting out of control, won't it cause all sorts of problems in society? Janks Nephew, as a response to that, said, bring on the chaos. But what about the argument that if everyone just starts stealing wantonly from the self-checkout machines, hopeful foods will eventually raise the prices?
03Yeah, the chaos, full chaos. Let's go. I mean, look, bring on all the disaster because of course these champagne socialists who never have to live with the consequences of these kind of actions and by the way, it is the poorest among us that typically do are obviously out of touch, ridiculous in every possible way, and absolutely insane. And in that video, I described allowing theft to run rampant as civilizational destroying decisions because every single civilization throughout all of human history has had some foundational beliefs, and one of those beliefs is that you can't have people stealing everything all the time because there's no way for society to function when that becomes the norm. Well, now we jump to the city of Detroit, the west side of Detroit, where a common form of theft that is happening over and over again, at least 75 instances over the past couple of days, happens to be stealing from fire hydrants in that particular city, thus making it impossible for firefighters to fight fires because again, the people are destroying the civilization.
10This is where we're at in the United States of America. This is where we're at in Detroit, and this is what we're going to talk about today. But before we do, I want to thank everybody who supports this channel via actual justice warrior dot com slash joined. Oh, give me the money. Give you give me the money. Okay. So you know what, the city of Detroit, all these officials are cracking down on this criminal activity. It's not only a theft to the fire hydrant, but it's a theft to our citizens, our residents, our firefighters, and in public safety in general. It's totally unacceptable. Fire hydrants are a very important part of our infrastructure, and no matter how fast we get to a fire, if we don't have an operable fire hydrant, it takes seconds and even minutes away from us, maybe saving lives. So I want to remind you guys out there in the audience that the United States of America is not only a first world country, but we are the first world country, the richest country in the history of the world.
10And yet today in current year, 2026, as we're approaching the 250th anniversary of this great nation, we have officials from the fire department trying to explain to the absolute low IQ drags of the city of Detroit that when you steal fire hydrants, those actually serve a function, which is fighting fires, and that ends up putting people as a life's in danger. However, this is what they have to do. By the way, they should probably start arresting and seriously prosecuting these people. And by the way, I'm talking felony charges because you have to deter this absolutely ridiculous behavior. But yeah, this is what they have to do because people in the city of Detroit don't have any respect for civilization, don't care at all whatsoever for their neighbors. So 75 fire hydrants have been stolen or parts from these fire hydrants have been stolen again over the course of two days. And all of us in the United States of America, and by the way, everybody in that area in particular now have to hear a US government official, even if he's a local government official,
14explaining to people how absolutely self-destructive and stupid this is. This is essentially like the outward manifestation of the people who don't change their smoke detectors inside their places, playing out in the real world. And by the way, what they do this for is parts within the fire hydrant that I believe are worth around $600. So what are they after? Metal nozzles and stems on top of the hydrants. Parts worth about $600. Those the parts are taking it. Now I'm sure somebody out there in the left wing is going to say, well, this is because times are tough. This is because people are struggling. This is because of poverty. And by the way, these criminals, they're kind of like Aladdin again, as was brought up in that New York Times podcast. I was thinking, you know, that thieves are actually quite highly valorized and narrative. You know, I mean, Aladdin, famously Aladdin, famously. And thus they are innocent Bubba angels and you can't really hold them accountable for their actions.
18Even though again, this is so inherently destructive. This is so ridiculous. This is so civilization breaking that obviously the only answer to this is accountability. And the idea that we should look for poverty, that we should get a description of poverty, that we need an APB for poverty in order to address this is absurd in every possible way. Because again, in much poorer times in the United States of America, we did not see rampant theft of fire hydrant parts. Because people genuinely understood that that maybe has some level of importance that, you know, maybe certain things are absolutely 100% valuable. But the thing is in the United States of America, in certain ghetto trash areas in this country, a certain section of the population. And by the way, this is like a subsection of even the criminal population that we're talking about has no care at all whatsoever for anything but themselves. This is like on par with the people who steal defibrillators from public parks, which again are supposed to emergency resuscitate likely kids, by the way.
23And yeah, they end up taking those and we talked about that in the past because these people are civilization breakers. They're not victims of society. They're not people that are struggling so much that they have no other choice. This is a choice each and every time. And the fact that the entire fire department has to come out and issue a PSA to these absolute low IQ ghetto trash individuals not to do this is absurd and ridiculous. Again, arrest them, prosecute them felony charges, create a new class of crime specifically for this because you need to deter this behavior at all costs. Hydrant here or there is manageable, but the problem is whoever's doing this is doing multiple hydrants in a row. So when DFT shows up, they're not going to have a hydrant between 600 or 900 feet. One hydrant is manageable, but the problem is these civilizational destroyers, they end up doing this for multiple multiple hydrants in a row. And thus that's going to create a bit of a problem when the fire department ends up showing up and they can't actually put out the fire.
27Who is this guy and who told them to say this? Did he think of this on his own? This is absurd and ridiculous. One hydrant is one too many, absolutely unacceptable. And I know a lot of blocks will have multiple hydrants, but the fact is if you pull up to the closest one in order to engage with the fire, you're doing so for a reason. The idea that the civilization is so shot in the city of Detroit, so crappy in this particular area that they're just accepting to a certain degree. That firefighters are going to pull up to a hydrant, realize that it has been broken into, it has been stolen or parts of it have been stolen. And they can just accept that as they have to move to the next one, then set up over there and become less effective because they're further away is crazy and a compromise that is so ridiculous. But again, this is commonplace in certain parts of the United States of America. And again, I will remind you, we are not a first world country, we are the first world country. We're supposed to be the best one, the greatest country in the history of the world.
29Detroit used to be referred to as the Paris of the Midwest, but after the Martin Luther King riots and white flight, what ended up happening was the character of people that were left there turned out to be absolute scumbags in every possible way. This is ridiculous and the fact that government officials are saying, oh, well, one or two or maybe three or four, as long as you space them out, they're okay. Like, you know, this is like a fishing restriction. I don't know if you guys have ever been fishing, but sometimes when you catch a bass and it's not big enough, you end up having to throw that one back so that it can grow and spawn again. The idea that this is the way that we address firefighting issues in the United States of America is crazy, especially since typically fishermen or people who engage with wildlife have like a conservationist mindset that obviously these thieves, these potential drug addicts, these people were just looking for this metal just so that they could sell it for 600 bucks, do not have that care for humanity. Otherwise, they would be stealing almost anything else. They would be robbing almost any other part of the infrastructure, but again, this has become commonplace in the United States of America.
36Remember when we did stories out of the city of Oakland where copper wire theft was so ridiculous and absurd in the traffic lights in that particular city that the solution was not to arrest the copper wire thieves, but to no longer replace the wire and then put up stop signs because hopefully people would not steal the stop signs. This is where we're at in the city of Detroit, and these people are engaging with civilizational destroyers and saying, look, oh, it's no big deal if you do one or two or three or four, but could you please space them out? Could you not do 75 in a row? I mean, that's really inconvenient for us firefighters out here when we're trying to save your dumbasses who don't change your freaking smoke alarm. So you don't even detect the fire in your house early on, so that way it does spiral out of control, but now you're also looting from the fire hydrants. Could you just chill out on your absolute idiocy? Could you take your low IQ behavior and just turn it down a notch? Maybe turn the IQ points up just a little bit. If they're buying this stuff, we're going to, we're going to make an issue over.
38Yeah, real tough talk from this individual right here where they're like, hey, scrap yards, could you please not buy this stuff? Could you please not accept this medal because you know, it's kind of a big problem. And if you do, they're not saying we're going to prosecute you with felony charges. You're going to have the police department so on you that you're never going to want to accept anything remotely symbolizing this part again. Instead, they're like, you're going to have an issue, sir, we're going to give you a stern talking to. We're going to look for poverty in your particular scrap yard and maybe just maybe we'll have to develop some more midnight basketball for you. I mean, come on. What even is this response right here? This is the weakest garbage I've seen in a very long time. And again, I don't want to pick on the guy because obviously he's serving people with such low moral character. And again, low IQ, low futuristic thinking, like low planning ahead, whatever you want to call it, that they're stealing from the fire hydrants. And they're doing all of them in a row, which apparently is where this guy draws the line. And that's where he's going to say you might have a serious issue.
40We might lecture you a little bit on television if you keep doing this. It's insane. It's ridiculous. And yes, obviously, if you're scrap yard, if you actually make money off of scrap metal, stop buying these parts, stop feeding into this absolute nonsense. It's crazy what's going on here. And again, none of this should need to be said. None of this should actually be talked about in this manner. And yet, this is like the accepted reality in the city of Detroit, specifically in this west side area, where again, 75 fire hydrants were stolen or taken apart in this exact same way, in this particular area over the course of two days. They're not even staggering it. Meanwhile, crews are now installing stronger, harder to remove parts to prevent future thefts. We're putting in some specialized stems where we find that they've been taken. Yes, they're not easily removable with ordinary tools. We have to have special equipment to remove them. I mean, again, that's the solution that they brought up right here. You're going to have to specialize tools in order to remove this specific part.
43Again, you're showing the tools on the television. I'm sure these people can get it. And obviously, this is just an indication of absolutely decaying civilization, low moral character, and it's embarrassing. This is a humiliating exercise right here for public officials that the people that you're serving are such savages, such monsters, such absolute idiots in every possible way that you have to do this. And by the way, these like advanced anti-threat deterrent things, they don't actually work. And what's going to happen if they do work? These people will move on to the other fire hydrants in order to actually take apart those because they're like, oh, those became more difficult, but they're only doing it in the ones that we hit already. What a humiliating experience. Again, it's a perfect example, a perfect distillation of the decay of this area of Detroit, and it's absolutely embarrassing. And the fact that they had the police yet again talk to them in a part of the clip that I didn't play and say, hey, this could actually lead to people dying or people not being rescued and losing
46their lives. They have to say it in multiple ways for the stupid people at home that are watching this on the news is just another exercise in the decline of the United States of America. And particularly in the Midwest. And by the way, of course, in the city of Detroit, obviously, which has been going downhill for decades in this nation. But you know what? Those are just my thoughts. I want to know what you guys think down in the comments below. As per usual, if you like this video, show them by leaving a like, subscribe for more content, follow me on my social medias, support me via the support links in the description of this video. This has been me talking about the absolute craziness in the city of Detroit. Till next time.
