About this episode
This week I had the pleasure of talking with with Teresa another sober women in the Confident Sober Women Facebook group.
She share her story of hope and recovery and also the importance of having guides in your life to come along side you. Living well in recovery requires support.
Service to others is another form of spirituality. Using gratitude as an action leads to deeper connection with others, our energy source and ourselves. We all have choices we can choose to stay in the pain or get into the solution and do the work.
The reminder that small daily doses of change is how we get the big changes in our lives.
If you enjoyed this please leave a review so that others can find us and hear the journey to emotional sobriety each week.
