
DEATH ON WATER: 1 DEAD, 1 IN COMA AFTER SPEED-BOAT DOES "DONUTS," NO ARREST

Nazar Svintozelskiy, 25, enjoying a family day at a Kentucky lake when the pontoon on which he is lounging, is rammed by a speeding wake boat. Nazar, ejected from the stationary pontoon, died. His body recovered from the lake two days later. HIs cause of death is pending. His father, the pontoon's driver suffered severe traumatic injuries and remains in a medical induced coma.
34-year-old Cody Casey was driving the wake boat, accused of doing "doughnuts" just before the crash.
Authorities are urging anyone who witnessed the incident to contact Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Law Enforcement through Kentucky State Police Post 7 in Richmond at 859-623-2404.
