Daily Practice:
- Identify Diverse Voices: Make a list of people in your network or community who hold different opinions or perspectives on various topics. This could be a friend, colleague, or even someone you follow on social media who has contrasting views.
- Engage in Meaningful Conversations: Reach out to one of these individuals and initiate a conversation. The key is active and empathetic listening. Don't approach this conversation as a debate but as an opportunity to understand their viewpoint better.
