It's time to play around. Dave's cash showdown. All right, let's play the showdown. Scott's going to play today. Hello, Scott. Well, good morning, David Molly. How are we doing this morning? We are doing well. Happy Monday. How was the weekend? What was the highlight of your weekend? Well, my lovely sister turned 50 years old. Oh, what's that like? I don't know. I'm not there yet. I mean, either. I feel yeah, I don't know. I'm just wondering. It seemed like it's so far to go. Did you guys have a party or did you all meet somewhere? What happened? Well, she had a party. We unfortunately had to take my son down to Moscow because his car died. So we weren't able to celebrate, at least in person, that breakfast or dinner or something
05sometime here next couple of weeks will happen for sure. But that Molly, I think you know my sister Rebecca Cook. I do know Rebecca Cook. Sure. Yeah, so probably now more things are fitting together. Yes. So now she's, I don't even know what the heck she's, you know, she works on a lot of movies in town, but I don't think she's working on one right now that I don't know. She always stays busy. That's for sure. She does. She's a great spokesperson for our area and keep movies coming here and she's very involved in theater. She's just a very good person. Really cool. Yeah. And she's the one that had the birthday. You know what? Yeah, she had a whole Saturday. OK. There's one thing she does that I can't listen to that. She does, she reads for audiobooks and stuff. Uh-huh. And I'll listen to a lot of them. But if there is any sort of intimate scenes, no, turn it off and they screw you, sis. Yeah. But not literally. No, not literally.
05You know, I just can't handle the intercourse in those. Oh, right. Yes. Gotcha. Gotcha. That's amazing. I've been thinking Molly all morning. So I figured I'd better sing Dave once. There you go. Oh, yeah, I got zing doll, right? Hey, according to him, I get married every single day of my life. All right, 365 anniversaries. Yeah. Uh-huh. That's proof. That's a far right, isn't it? That's what I mean. Pretty close, you know. All right, Scott, I'm going to leave the studio. OK, you leave up special. OK. Molly has the questions, including the sixth question, which is worth $5 today, right? Yes, it is. OK. Good luck, Scott. Did I hear the right six questions worth $500? Yeah, right. You was not six questions worth $500. You behave yourself. All right. Dave's having to work his way out of the room. There's lots of things in the way. All right, uh, Scott, are you ready to throw down on the showdown? I think we're going to throw down some special stuff here.
07Here we go. Cartoon character, Fred Flintstone, is a big fan of which sport. I think it's some sort of bowling. Which animal is also known as the wild dog from Australia? Oh, boy. All right, what's right? What pass? What 90s TV show had characters who like to hang out at the peach pit? That'd be saved by the bell. Which animal is pictured on the standard Canadian $2 coin? Is it the wallaby or is that what the Australian one was? Nope. OK, did you guess, did you guess, did you guess anything for the Australian dog? No, I was thinking kangaroo, but I don't know if someone asked you their 1020 over CB radio. What are they asking for?
08Location. What is the capital? Here's your money question. What is the capital of Greenland? Oh, jeez. We're going to guess white left. White city. That's a white city. What color is supposedly the supposedly cursed hope diamond? I want to say black, but that doesn't tell her either. She'll say black. Want someone who raises false alarms is said to cry what? Who? What is the name of Germany's high speed highways? Autobahn, I believe. And what infamous duo became famous for a string of robberies during the Great Depression and were finally killed in 1934? David Molley? Oh, he's Bonnie and Clyde. All right. All right, very funny, Scott. Hi, Larius. Who's that a fool, though?
10Hi. I tell you. Larius. All right. It's been a long time. It's been a long time. It's been a long time. No, he did not win $5. My $5 is safe. So far. So far. See. So far. In general, how do you do? Did all right. How did it feel, Scott? Oh, I think it was turned down special and special again. OK. OK. I hope. All right. And questions from me. Here we go. Cartoon character, Fred Flintstone, is a fan of which sport? Bowling. Which animal is also known as the wild dog from Australia? Oh, I, um, oh, well, I'll say coyote, but it'll come to me later. What 90s TV show had characters who liked hanging out at the peach pit? Designing women? Which animal is pictured on a standard Canadian $2 coin?
13Looney. If someone asked you for a 10, your 1020 over CB radio, what are you asking for? They're location. What is the capital? Here's your money question. What is the capital of Greenland? Tually. What color is supposedly cursed hope diamond? Blue. And someone raises false alarms there said to cry what? Wolf or wolf? What is the name for Germany's high-speed highways? The Autobahn. And what infamous duo became famous for a string of robberies during the Great Depression were finally killed in 1934. Bonnie and Clyde? A movie that I watched. I loved that movie. Dingo. Yeah. That's the Australian. Yes. Not going to come into play. Oh. I knew it would come to me. Dave wins six to five. But with Dingo.
14At Dingo, my bye-bye. Yeah. Spirited, round, very close. Very spirited, very close. Let's see. So you both got bowling. And then Dave came back with Dingo. Neither of you got 90210 for the 90s show. Oh my god. The Peach Pat. Oh. Yes. And it's the polar bear that is on the Canadian $2 coin. Oh, I think the $1. Looney. Looney, OK. Location. Very good. Let's see if anybody else, if anybody got a question. Can we go to the city, wasn't it? Done in. No. The capital. The capital is yellow. He was just guessing different colors. It's nook. And you, you can. Oh, OK. The only reason I thought maybe just because it was in the news, so much maybe 70. But that's why I put the $5. Yeah. Money safe. Dave got blue for the diamond. You both got cry wolf. You both got Autobahn and you both got Bonnie and Clyde. Very good. OK. All right.
14Congratulations. Don't say the money. Come on now. Yeah, he thought it was. Yes. Us. The infamous duo. Ah. No. No. Indeed, not us. Congratulations for my friends at the American Credit Union Proudsponsor of Dave's Cash Shot. The American Credit Union. They were the Credit Union that actually funded the Peach Pat. Yeah. Not a lot of people know this, but when they were trying to get things started, they had a hard time that no one would give them the money to get started with the place to meet up. And so they said, well, this will be great. Should it be designing women? They said, no, idiot. It should be 90210. And so they said here, New America helped to get started. And then it turned out very well for everybody. Yeah. And we all agree that the American Credit Union is the most important credit union of our time. We all agree. And the fruits are the most important credit unions ever. Because this is the most important thing to do. That's what is going on. I haven't even understood the rules. And they're doing it, right?
16I don't know. I don't know. I don't know if they're doing it. I haven't been in theES team. And they're doing it. They're doing it. So they're doing it, right? I haven't seen anyone doing it any way that they can do it. Is that okay? Can you tell us about this? Kind of. Not really. I know. I don't know. I had it when I was in Texas. I worked with a guy who was stationed in Tuley, Greenland. Oh. Way, you know, way back. I think there's an Air Force base there or an Army base. There's some kind of base there. So that was the only thing that I thought of. But that really wasn't right. Well, that's all right. That's the money. That's why I put the money question there. And everybody did say, yes, Molly, you do owe Ed $5. Yes, he got it right. Tap. You had to leave early Friday because you weren't feeling well. Yeah, I didn't run death store. I was at death. I don't even know if I've changed for a little see, I'll get a take care of you. I don't you worry. But when my own family, my own flesh and blood, Michael Jimmy says, you owe him money, pay up. It's like, okay,
18all right. Yes. Take it right out of the hands of our family. All right, Scott. Good to have you on the radio with us. You played well. You sounded great. Text in your info. Molly will get the dustbrows card out to you and everything will be fine. Or Molly, could you send the picture of the back? Yes. Absolutely. I will do that. That's even easier posted. You know, yeah, I don't know. When I heard that the first time I was like, sweet, that makes things 20 times easier. It sure does for everybody involved. I'll do that as soon as I can. It'll come from my own phone number. So don't be alarmed. All right. Thank you. Thank you.
