This greasy lunatic was obsessed with spy gadgets to the point where he opened up two stores to sell secret cameras, two way mirrors, and probably paintings where the eyes slide out. Unfortunately, his unhealthy obsession with dark-haired women made all the spy stuff pale in comparison, as he went on to kill two women simply because they resembled an old girlfriend. He then buried them in the desert while his wife and kid waited in his van.
