Countdown to ÖTILLÖ: Zero Months out...Again

In this episode, we chat about our second trip to ÖTILLÖ, The Swimrun World Championship. We discuss how we’re feeling about the whole thing, how our training went, what we did differently from 2022, and what our goals are for the race. By the time this show airs, we will be in Stockholm enjoying FIKA, meeting up with friends, and trying to get on local time for the early wake up call on race day.
