the car Scott Anderson out today. Stoney is in 248 539 97 97 hope everybody safe out there. Boy storms the wind yesterday there were tornadoes and I know a lot of people have had a lot of damage fallen trees. So long on the way to work a closed of road. We had a lot of debris big branches down but didn't lose a tree. You know, you know, it's bad because in this studio, this complex on Fridays, a lot of the people aren't here. They work from home. A lot of people here today. Thanks for your wise because they lost their power. Yeah. 248 539 97 97. All right, here's a bunch of predictions coming in. Donnie and Fort Myers and a truck. Michigan will go 8 and 4 because they won't pull Bryce when they should. And Tommy Car will take over but it'll be too late in a couple of games. Michigan State. I don't care at all six and six. The Bryce thing is

interesting. There are a lot of people that have quick triggered on Bryce analysis and I would just say this. People did the same thing with JJ McCarthy. I was I was I remember being told that JJ McCarthy was overrated and his college career turned out to be exceptionally good. But very, very good. He was a really good game manager to a certain extent because that's what they did. He let a team do an actual championship. May throws he needed to make. Exactly. And put together the drive they needed to put together in the Rose Bowl. But I don't that's fine. I mean, again, people have their beliefs. I think if you look at the career arc of a lot of highly touted freshmen, really highly touted freshmen from T-boat archmaning to JJ. The ones that had the most success had veteran teams around and Bryce did not have that last year. It's tough. Archmaning was a part timer. Tim T-bo was a part timer. Dante more had to share his struggles.

Very similar numbers to JJ, his freshman. Oh, yeah. And so any transfer. Yep. So this is no guarantee that he's going to be live up to the hype in the expectation. But I'm a little surprised to how people quickly make these judgments. But hey, look, it's good to have two quarterbacks. And Tommy car shows a lot of promise. Yeah. Tom just a freshman. Tom via X answered the whole template. Mission going to go nine and three. The most interesting player outside of the quarterback is John Henry daily. He's the 10s 10 and a half sack edge rusher they got from Utah. Strength of the team will be the running game. My concern is Bryce. And I'd like to see them schedule a home and home with Tennessee. Yeah, that'd be pretty cool. Wave ye on X says nine and three for Michigan with losses to Oregon Ohio State and one of Oklahoma Indiana. Most interesting player that's not the quarterback is saving on Heiter. Strength of the team is the running back and wide receiver room. My concern is Bryce and the schedule. I'd like to see him

schedule more with Notre Dame. Well, you're going to get that in two years. I think it's further down the road. I don't think we're going to get unless it happens in the playoff at some point at Tommy versus CJ match up. Steven on X as a Michigan state fan says they'll go seven and five. Most interesting player that's not the quarterback is Kenny Sores. The strength of the team is the running back. The weakness of the team is concern is the wide receiver. And he'd like to see them schedule a home and home with North Carolina. Why? I don't know. Usually it's programs you've never seen your team play. Yeah, but it's usually more high caliber programs than North Carolina. Maybe he wants to go to Chapel Hill. Maybe he wants, you know, maybe he's a bell check guy. I don't know. Cam on Twitter, Michigan nine and three. Most interesting player that's not the quarterback, JJ Buchanan. Strength of the team, we finally have a competent head coach concern tight end home and home with

Utah. Oh, Utah looked pretty good last night. Were they playing Idaho? Yeah. I know. So JJ Buchanan by all reports hasn't dropped the pass since he got here. And they had a drop problem at the wide receiver position last year. And this kid has immediately risen to the top of the depth chart. He's going to be he's going to be fun. I think for fans to watch. I was always you got to do it on on game days against live competition. But the practice is any indication this guy's a weapon. I was thinking about tight end as well, but I think Marshall's pretty good and you know, Tinelli and I forget the other guy's name. That's a whole enhance and yeah, they're very competent. I wouldn't worry about tight end. Look, is he going to be, you know, leveling Jake bot Jeremy Tumon, you know, I doubt it, but he's pretty good last year. I thought well, they've got a bunch of candidates. Okay. And I feel like

they all have strengths and weaknesses that they might be able to rotate them through to take advantage of their strengths. You mentioned Deacon Tinelli. I think Zach Marshall might be the most complete guy. I could be wrong on that. They got Eli Owens in there. Hogan Hanson. Jalen Hoffman who's more of the Max Predison role. They got a freshman named Mason Bonner, who's six feet seven inches tall. And I have also seen him make some, I mean, contestant catches are a thing. You have to be able to help your quarterback out at times and both he and JJB can and look capable of that from what I have seen. So keep your eye on on Bonner. That's a Michigan state fan says record six and six. Most interesting player, not the quarterback, Cam Edwards. Strength of the team running back concern, biggest concern, secondary. And I'd like to see Michigan state have a home and home with Clemson. Okay. That'd be fun. Yeah. 248, 539, 97, 97. You can fill out that template on Twitter at Doug Nader 9-1 and we'll read a bunch of your answers on the air and we are

recording all of your predictions for Michigan, Michigan state that we will revisit the end of the year from an unnamed. I'm sorry. I know this from Jeff and Berkeley Alliance tailgates for night games. We usually get there at 3 30 or 4. We get it get there at 9 30 AM for a 1 o'clock kickoff. That's customary. My biggest problem getting for tailgates for Michigan is I like to get there early just so I don't have to deal with the traffic. And my wife just, you know, why we have to be here four hours in advance? Because, you know, I'd rather be there a rather than advanced than traffic on 14 rather sit right here than sit in my car. Yes. My year and a has been out since 9 PM last night. 2 K 27 is calling my name Hurry up Xfinity. That's from Troy and Lincoln Park. From an unnamed tax of the storms have been crazy between the power outages and the debris. It's been absolutely insane. We also had our gas line rupture outside our house yesterday.

Have a work crew come out to prepare the line. It's been a very bizarre week. By the way, if you're a fan of Michigan State tonight, I mean, you better have you had a power problem. You better hope it gets turned on in time. We have to go somewhere else to watch the game. Well, that was Evans concern when he got in today. He lost power. He was going to work from home today. But he's here. So they got to late at a clock tonight. Yeah. Tailgating for the Spartan game today. Getting set up at 2 PM. My prediction for the game is the Spartans by 14 and the Spartans will go six and six this season. That's from Mark. I mean, they cover because it's I think 10 and a half, I believe. It's a really difficult game to call because quite frankly, it's hard to know what either team is bringing to the table. I mean, Michigan State's got 32 transfers 15 on defense. I mean, who knows how good they are. You always hope that the new guys you bring in are better than the

guys that were here. Right. The year prior. But only time will tell. And unless you're going to go and spend time scouting, yes, the game film from where they play at the previous stops. But from a name, text or college footballs impossible to bet now. It's just crazy not knowing anything about these teams. Well, maybe betting the first week, maybe ridiculous, but which is also the NFL. The problem with survivor pools the first week is always dangerous. You win one. Mm-hmm. Okay. You win more than one. Mm-hmm. Can you win one? No, unfortunately, not this year. I used to do the I've done the circle one before that was it's survivor pools are great. They are kind of fun. And just just got to pick a winner. Don't worry about the spread. Just just win and move on. Survive in advance. So people who don't know how survivor pool works. You all you got to do is pick a winner in the NFL. Just pick a team that's going to win. And if that team wins, you survive in advance to the next week. However,

you cannot select that same team again. Correct. So there's a strategy to it. Of course, you're looking ahead at the schedule, things like that. And you take who's playing the jets or who's playing Arizona. From Tom in flat rock, the game was entertaining, but seeing Justice Haynes lined up behind Fernando Mandelza's brother and all the other player moves. It was wait. He's here. Wait, when did he leave? I can still enjoy the game, but it takes effort. Yeah, it takes a little bit of more work to become an informer. That is him. That is him. You
