This week in the Ones Ready Team Room we sit down with the new Superintendent of the Special Warfare Training Group responsible for the Prep Course, A&S, and the remainder of the AFSPECWAR pipeline.  First, we go through Chief's operational career and how he graduated INDOC and after a while on the teams decided to go to the 724th which incurred an additional selection.  Then Chief addresses the pipeline changes and how COVID-19 has or has not impacted the pipeline.  Finally, he speaks about stress inoculation and gives some insight into his Mental Armor brief.  The message Chief would like to pass your way, "stop taking yourself so serious"...let that sink in.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
