Clare's rough sleeper count is said to be constantly growing. It's estimated there are up to 8 people currently sleeping rough across the county town alone. The Ennis Mobile Shower for Rough Sleepers is hosting a coffee morning at the Grove Bar and Restaurant from 10am in order to raise funds for its services, which now has 18 regular weekly users. Founder Fiona Faulkes says many of their users are facing deplorable conditions.
