Clare Musicians Invited To Apply For High End Classical Instruments

Emerging classical musicians in Clare are being encouraged to apply for a unique opportunity to perform on some of the finest instruments available in Ireland.  Music Network has opened applications for its National Musical Instrument Collection, offering successful candidates the chance to use high-quality violins, violas, cellos and a concert harp on loan for three years.   The initiative aims to remove one of the biggest barriers facing young professional musicians – access to world-class instruments that can help unlock their full artistic potential.   Joining Alan Morrissey earlier to tell us more was Sarah Ledwidge, Music Capital Scheme Manager with Music Network.
