So you've quite a bit to tell us about German Shepherd causing problems for swimmers in Le Hinge. Are they the extent of the issues being caused? Yeah, well, over the weekend there, there was two ladies in turn in the water. One particular lady, she was a fairer dog, and a German Shepherd came running past her. Wasn't that tacky? I don't know. Wasn't doing anything like that. But she didn't know, and she was an offer fair. The particular woman was actually attacked by one when she was a child. So she got very panicky and held on to the woman beside her, and basically screamed at the owner of put the dog under control, please. So this didn't happen. And the words that I believe were given was just get into water. So it's up to us to invest to get that. I believe it's the same dog that the previous... Well, the dog one that works with me was there previously on the beach, and she met a German Shepherd and a man

1:01and they got to get that. So I'm following it up now. I have more evidence to go on. And definitely, I'm fairly confident I'd put a stop to this dog. Even though it doesn't matter if a dog is now attacking someone, if it's not buttered and someone... It's causing stress to someone. Yeah, of course, but especially when you're swimming, and you have very little clothes in you, and you're coming out of the water, going into the water, and you don't know the dogs. But that's why the beach by laws were brought in. And that's why a German Shepherd has to be on a strong lead and a muscled and all times in the public. So I'm fairly confident, no, we will resolve that. And I've spoken to that woman and Camder and they expressed... They help with God, no, you know, a lot of people swim all day around. So it isn't just a matter of saying in the summer. So we have to resolve that matter. I'm confident we will. I'm confident we will. Yeah, hopefully so, because it sounds like something that definitely needs to be resolved, you mentioned the by laws there and the beach by laws and today, Frankie.

2:01Day in today now, and quite successful in that, you know, the care room, the care room was dealing with it. She's unhulled, I know she's actually coming back today. So I could have brought her in and she'd have explained better to her, but, you know, part of her job was, and most of her was just approaching people, explaining the last time, and they were leaving. And I'd say in the hundreds and hundreds of people that she dealt with, she had only problems with maybe I would... Maybe she had three people that I'm familiar with that she had to deal with. And we had one or two dogs removed, resolved to feel problems, but normal was bitten, normal was attacked on the beaches, and just a few incidents like I spoke about earlier. So, you know, we are getting there at a tech time. Okay, you also want to issue some advice this morning for people surrendering dogs to rescues or shelters. Yeah, now this, I'm not trying to be mean to anyone. This is just genuine, you know, it's advised. And it's people need to listen to it. Somebody brings you up and they say, I've got a labrador, a golden labrador.

3:01He's two-year-old, lovely dog, can you hear me? And you're thinking, yeah, I actually have someone looking for a labrador. So the advice that I'm giving is, whether you're giving it to a dog pond, or whether you're giving it to a rescue. Be honest about the dog. If the dog is bitten, someone, if the dog is aggressive, the dog doesn't like cats, dog doesn't like other dogs, you know, problems. If the dog is eaten, the furniture and the house. I mean, we're having an incident stare here. People are saying, oh my God, no, there's no problems. Oh, he was my daughter's dog. Oh, he loves children. And then you give the dog out. And he's back to it in three days, holding, wrong, you know, daughtering in the house. Would you have to tell him those people, look, what I do supposed to know about him, he's good in the house, he's good with children. Now, thankfully, I don't give out a dog that are aggressive. And obviously we're trying to set some force. But I know even rescues down our taking on dogs. And people are telling them, oh, yeah, it's very good with cats. Oh, my God, it's very good with cats. But then they get a phone call that night. They only have him, the fosterer takes him that day.

4:02And that night, they're like, oh, my God, my cat came home and he nearly killed my cat. A lot of dogs don't like cats. But the point I make into Alan, explain that. Be honest, because that wouldn't stop us taking him. It wouldn't stop the risk of taking. And I wonder, Frankie, is that the reason why people are doing? Because they're afraid if they admit that there's an issue with their dog that it won't be taken. But ultimately, it's pointless doing that. Because as you say, not revealing that information means that the dog ultimately comes back to you anyway. Yeah. So you might as well be upfront about us. So the foster person can prepare or know what they're going to be dealing with. Yeah. And he has less chances of going out again than whereas if if I can bring the welfare group, no, we have the welfare, we have temporary, they are my limous. And I said to him, I have a dog here. He's very good with cats, lived in the house with cats, very clean in the house. And loves children. Absolutely loves children. Well, that's fantastic. We do all the home checks, we do all the checks and whatever. And we get him out there then to that rescue. And we don't have issues that way.

5:03But every now and again, you get someone comes along and they say, and we find out, for instance, no, we're not talking about any specific causes. I had a dog come in there in the last two months. And I was ready to home that dog and we had no issues with that dog. And then he ever rang and said, you do know that that dog has beaten two children? I said, no, I don't think so. Well, she knew the dog's name, she knew the people's name and the heart. So I rang them back. And I said, is it true that he beat two children the dog? And I said, well, it was their fault really. It wasn't the most of what she's fault, but you know, regardless of who's fault you think it is, you should be offering up that that information. Like I said, no, I'm not here trying to get down to people. I give out to people or do I need to put a amount of times there when I called to people's house and said, look, I've a reporter that your dog bit a child don't know the green and they go, oh, that was her fault. So she was towards their way to the dog. You know, we all know what all the dog is like. Every other one of the dogs, she shouldn't be gone around the dog. No, no, no, a child is a child. And there's a lot of different dogs. There is no lot to say that a child can't go up to end the green or a child can't approach someone's dog.

6:04You know, the dog should be under control, should be with the owner. But you know, to go back to whatever saying, just please be up front and let us know as much data as you can. And especially the enemies vaccinated, obviously, we know of his microchipped because sometimes we get dogs in. There are fully vaccinated, they're in the bottom. But because we haven't got the card with all those records, we have to immediately bring it to the vet and spend 150, 60 years again, don't allow that again, because we haven't got the card. It doesn't matter. You're telling us he was done unless we can fall into it. They have a record of it. 7:05A nice dog, quite dog, but I'd like if you get the owner immediately if I could. So if someone's missing that dog, it went just at evening to someone's house. And they put it in a cabin for me. I collected it this morning. OK, brilliant stuff. Holy crying area, bestie, and it could have come a mile or two push. I have a feeling it's not from too far away where I was found.
