I want to talk to you about Lexus. But Lexus master craftsmen called Takumi are involved not just in physical craftsmanship, but in all of those sensory details. These masters evaluate things like, how adore closes, the click of a switch, the acoustic feedback of controls. Instead of just instruments, Takumi craftsmen rely on human perception and intuition to create what sounds and feels right. Out of all of the tools that Lexus uses, the most powerful one is understanding what will make us feel something. Because a car that doesn't make you feel something is a car that stops short of amazing. Experience amazing at your Lexus dealer. Hello everyone, Charles what's here?
Welcome back to Inside Ask. It is Sunday, it is match day of course. I hope you have a good one. If you're watching or listening to this around the world as always, thank you very much for joining me here on the channel. The home of course of the premier league champions who take on Chelsea a little bit later on today at the Emirates. I'll be headed up there very, very soon looking forward to this one. Big, big game field already just after three games in the Premier League two teams, six wins, sorry, six wins, six points from six to wins from two in the Premier League. Chelsea fans in their chances this season lots of people talking about this potential title content as including Michaela Teta which we'll get to in a little bit. And I ask no, I think you sort of there'll be looking at this and this is a good opportunity for them to show everyone. Well, they are the champions and this is a good opportunity to put a potential rival in their place early on in the season. It's a big game field. I'll go through my predicted 11 a little bit later on in the show you guys have been sending in your thoughts as well in terms of your 11.
Thank you very much for that. I'll share some of those a little bit later. We're going to we're going to talk about last night's Premier League action or yesterday's Premier League action. Some good games there, some decent results and we will look what Michaela's been saying as well. So where should we start? We'll start just quickly get out of the way the games from yesterday so we know where we stand in the Premier League. If you're looking on YouTube you can see the league table there. Is it too early to show the league table? Probably, probably it is. I'll still do have an opportunity to go top today if they win by more than two goals. Man, city winning yesterday 1-0 just about edge past. Coventry early in Harland scoring the goal. A triple captain Harland in my fantasy team. It's better than nothing I suppose, but you did kind of expect maybe a little bit more. But it was just a 1-0 and Covent tried some chances to be fed on a room made a couple of saves, but it is a win for city. So there are nine points from nine, three wins from three in their opening game. So I'll still need to win by two goals today to go back above and in the table. Whole a second, 0-0 draw of Aston Villa yesterday.
So there's second at the moment still unbeaten on their return to the Premier League. Spurs draw it not in a forest so no win for them, no goal for them. Yet this season palace winning three, two at full of exciting game that one. Brighton won lead to on Brentford one, some of them won a new cost or two. Bournemouth two that got a Sunday way. It's in James's park yesterday lunchtime. You're not able to play in early on today and then Arsenal course 430 p.m. with the opportunity, like I said, to go back to the top of the table. Chelsea, I suppose, as well with the opportunity to go to the top of the table. You have to say as well. So when you sort of look at today's game, I think you look at the sort of big decisions facing, Michael, I'll tell you what we've discussed them during the week. Leading up to this game, we'll see if Bruno makes it by all accounts. I think he's part of the squad, whether that's actually the playing squad or is he's just with the team or with the squad. I'm not exactly 100% sure yet, the time or recording this. But it sounds like he's involved. We will obviously get some the usual videos I've imagined not too long from now. Or by the time you're watching this or listening to this,
you might already see them from the team hotel on the early walk about that sort of thing. We'll see who is there. But some decisions to make. If Bruno is fit, does he start ahead of Marzlouith Skelly? I think if he's 100% fit, I think he would have definitely started this game. I'll get to my predicted 11 in a little bit, but I've got a feeling it might well be Marzlouith Skelly. As Rickonzer, I expect to make his full Arsenal debut. I think he'll come in from Oscarate, even if Marzlouith Skelly is fit. And he got the decision to make on the left side of the attack as well. Solis obviously coming off after 45 minutes against Has to Villa difficult afternoon, difficult evening. Sorry for him. As the came on, made the difference played well. Does As I started, you stick with Christos Solis. So those are some of the decisions facing Michele. I will go through predicted 11 in a little bit. Michele has been speaking ahead of the game about Bacchia Sacka. It's interesting, isn't it? All the talk after the window is Arsenal don't have their superstar attacker. They couldn't get their high profile superstar attacker. It's like, if you're Bacchia Sacka and you're reading that and listening to that,
and I know Sacka does try and avoid the media a lot. Most footballers do to be fair. But I think if you are Sacka and you are reading that and listening to that, you must be thinking, old on a little bit, old on a minute. Superstar attacker, top quality attacker, you're talking, you're describing me, or you should be talking about me in that. And he's obviously started to see him very well. Two goals from two, two real sort of poachers goals as well from Sacka. The type of goal that I think he should score a lot of, getting in at the back post, getting in front of his fallback and scoring. And I love the hunger and the desire in the goal against As to Villa to get in front of his man and score that goal. It's really, really good to see. You know, he could help himself to seven, eight, those type of goals every season, you don't really see Sacka scoring those goals too much. And maybe that sort of hunger that desire that he's showing and he's opening two weeks, you know, suggests that he's really, really fired up and he looks really, really fired up. Michele was asked about that in the sort of the embargo section of the press conference, Simon Collins, the son asked him about it.
If he's sort of seen that extra hunger desire from Bacchia Sacka to really go up to the next level this season. And Michele said, I noticed it straight away. The fact that he wanted to come in early was already a great sign and there was a way he prepared also during the summer. Things can happen in your career and then you need certain motivation or a little pinch sometimes to take it to a different level. And there was really good signs that Bacchia is giving to think that this is going to be the case. And there must be a lot of desire about Bacchia Sacka. It was an unbelievable season for us, obviously we finally got our hands on that Premier League trophy, which still brings us to my face talking about it last season. And it was brilliant. As Sacka was there, he was involved. But it wasn't the season that he would have been wanting. He wasn't as influential as he could have been. He was definitely, we know he was hampered by that injury. So it was from a professional level, unbelievable season, primarily title winner, all that. But from a personal level, I bet you Bacchia finished our season to get, ah, that wasn't the best I could have given and all that sort of stuff.
I couldn't get there. My body was holding me back, all that sort of stuff. And then he went to the World Cup and again, the injury was like hampering him. He didn't even play in the Argentine again. He said afterwards, after the hat trick in the game against France, you know, that, you know, it hasn't been the World Cup that he was wanting and it was frustrating and all that sort of stuff. So all of that sort of eaten him up inside. Do you really sort of light so fire inside of it? So it's interesting the way that Michael was talking about, sort of what he's noticed from Bacchia, since he's come back and he'll hungry in the, and hungry years and be brilliant if you can take that, take that into today's game as well. Because we do need because he's our best attacker when he's fit, when he's healthy, he's our best attacker. There's no doubt about that. He is our star boy. He's called star boy for a reason. And I do just wonder if all the talk about Arsenal not having a top quality forward. You know, one of the kind sort of things about that, it's like, yeah, I'm going to show them. I hope he does. Because, you know, we do know how brilliant he can be when he's fit. And healthy. And Michael was also asked about whether Chelsea are title contenders, lots of people think they are. I think they are.
For various reasons, especially the fact they don't have European football, which I just think is such when you've got a squad the size of Chelsea and a squad as good as Chelsea's, and you don't have to play weak in weak out, you can just focus purely on the Premier League. That is a massive advantage. Obviously you want to be in the Champions League, a top club, does not want to miss out on European football, because it's because of A to finances, but also it's just a massive embarrassment, really. If you're not making it into any sort of former European football. But we know that Chelsea's target, obviously, the Champions League says not being that is awful for them from so many different point of view. But from this season's Premier League point of view, it's a massive bonus. It's a huge advantage on everyone else, especially when you've got a squad the size of Chelsea. So, Michael was asked about that. Do you think the title contenders? And he says, I think they have every ingredient to be in the highest part of the table. No in a non-Zo, no in the history of the club, the quality of their squad, the schedule that they're going to face in relation to other teams. It's very, very possible that this is going to be the case. And I think it's that it will be a monumental failure
from Chelsea if they do not challenge for the title this season. They have another disappointment in season, which I just don't think they will because of the quality of players they've got. And the fact that they've actually now got a manager who knows what they're actually doing. And owners who seem to actually be listening to the manager for the first time in a while. I think it would be a massive failure if Chelsea don't challenge for the title. I think they have to. I don't think there's any excuse, any possible excuse for them not to. Which is why I think it's so important to ask them all, get an early sort of strike over them today and put them in their place a little bit. At the Emirates right, I'm going to go through what some of you guys have been saying now in terms of what you want to see from the team today or from Michaela Teta today. You'll start with Nikolau at the top there.
Hello, this is Debbie Millman from the Design Matters podcast. And today's episode is sponsored by Lexus. Design isn't just about function. It is about feeling. At Lexus, every detail is intentionally designed. Master artisans don't just focus on what you can see. They obsess over what you can feel. The way the door closes. The precise click of a switch. The acoustic feedback of every control. Because a car that doesn't make you feel something is a car that stops short of amazing. Experience amazing at your Lexus dealer. Says everyone says, commas are starts, but I'm up to from Oscar. He started at Amfield last year and was brilliant. Incredible in the Champions League final as well. Five margins penalty. Been great so far and has earned this spot. Which is an interesting point.
I do think that commas comes in to be fair. I think obviously the injury to Moscaira is a big factor here. But I do personally think that even if he wasn't injured, I think Michaela would have brought commas there in for this one. But I'll be surprised if Moscaira starts. But good points anyway. If Moscaira starts, I won't be worried about it. I just think he'll go for a commas. Harry says, my predicted lineup for the game. Riring girl, white commas, Gabrielle Hinkapier. Rice Miles Oda gods, Saka Habers. And is there interesting guy Hinkapier? Left back for that one. Despite Califurie's excellent start to the season, presumably to try and sort of focus a bit more on defending with that Chelsea attack. Chris says, I'd love to see us put in a Champions performance. Men versus boys kind of things. How city used to pat us on the head when we went to them three, four years ago. Well, that would be nice. We've done that to Chelsea. A fair amount recently to fair. 11 games on beaten against him. I saw a team in this morning. I saw the team who started. The Arsenal team who started our last time we lost to Chelsea. And the defense that day was Sedric
holding Marie and Tierney. Which shows how far we've come in a relatively short space of time. All due respect to Kirin Tierney by the way. But yeah, that's when you look at that defense of what started that game, compared to what we've got now, it's just chalk and cheese, isn't it? It shows how far we have come in that time. So it'd be very nice to continue that that pass on the head type. Advantage we've had over Chelsea in recent years. Aurora Freak on the discord says, hey, Charles, today I would go with Riring Gold, White, Conzer Gabby and Califurie, Emilesson Rice, Saka Odin, Solis, and then Kai. I wouldn't risk any players with doubts at this stage of the season. That's why no Bruno or Muscarra. Solis could be better player today due to the fact how bad Chelsea are. Indefensive transitions. So thank you very much for that. Right. Here is my predicted 11. This is what I think Michaela Teta is going to go for today. So I've got Riring Gold, the back four of White, Conzer Gabby and Califurie. So one change, Conzer coming in for Muscarra. I've gone rice and Lewis getting.
If Bruno is a 100% fit, an Arsenal Dmium 100% fit, I think Bruno starts. But I'm not sure they can probably deem him 100% fit. He wasn't fit enough to start against Ashton Villa. Then he got another knock. Then he's mistrained. So I'd be surprised if they view him as 100%. So I think Lewis Kelly will keep his spot in the team. For this game, so I've got Lewis Kelly and Rice. I've then gone Sakka Oda God and Solis. So that was a tough one. I just feel like Michele might want to stick with Solis for this game. Not so much because of the impact he would have of taking him out after one relatively poor performance. But I just think he's done enough to keep his start in spot, despite playing pretty badly against Ashton Villa and having a tough evening. That evening, everything up to that point had been really, really strong. So I'm not sure there's enough. If you have two, three bad games in a row, then finally lose your space. But if you have one difficult 45 minutes, I'm not sure that's enough personally. And I think I wonder if Michele are technical think the same as that. So I've stuck with Solis on the left
and then obviously I've gone Kai Haberts up front. So give that team again. My predict 11, this is what I think Michele will do. Raya, White, Conn, Zagabriel, Calafuri, Rice Lewis, Kelly, Sakka, Oda God, Solis and Haberts. In terms of the team that I personally would like to see, I think it's probably that. Well, I'd want Bruno. I think if Bruno's fit again, I would want Bruno in the team. I think Bruno and Rice, again, it's his Chelsea midfield who might be missing Kaisato and not sure yet. But certainly no end zone for Nandes, obviously. I feel like this would be a game for Bruno and I just think what it gives to our attack and what it would, how much it would help might and Oda God have been behind him, I think. For a game of this size, that's the, that's the, this is a sort of game you sign, Bruno Gammarash for. So that's why I'll play him in this game. Despite the fact Lewis Gettys had a very, very good start to the season. So that's probably the only change, but I would go Solis as well on the, on the left hand side of the attack. Right, a few more comments and questions before we wrap this one up. Matt has got in touch. I wanted to share this one. He says, I've watched your show daily for five years now
and absolutely love it. Thanks so much for your content. Tomorrow I'm hopping on a plane from Sydney, Australia to fly 22 years. 22 years. That's not that far. I've done that journey a lot. It's definitely long, but it's not that long. To fly 22 hours and come to the UK in Europe for my long service, leave holiday. Following 13 years as a preschool teacher at the one preschool, I've been so lucky to secure a ticket to the Arsenal's women's game at the Emirates versus Crystal Palace and a ticket to the men's away game versus Brighton. I'm so excited to be able to see both teams play to be at the Emirates Stadium and to sing along with the Arsenal Faithful at both games. This is genuinely a dream come true and one of my biggest highlights in my whole UK in Europe trip. Come on, you're going to swim from Matt from Wallongong. I just wanted to share that because that's a nice moment, obviously, for Matt. I hope the flight has not been too arduous. Again, if someone who's done that flight a lot in his life, I hope it's okay and it's you're not too shattered by the time you get here and I hope you have an amazing time
just across the whole trip to UK and Europe. I hope you're the sort of trips to see the Arsenal, the men and the women are just everything that you've been hoping for in your head. So good luck, Matt. Have a great trip, mate. And enjoy the games when you are there. I've got one from Brock. Brock Lesnar, maybe. I don't know. Probably not. Probably not Brock Lesnar. Although he's got a lot of time in his hands and now he's retired from WWE. Brock says, I still have top hopes for Solis and Esa. But hypothetically, is there anyone our tetacoterte who has another left-wing option? Call of Fury in capier rice, white, marino? None of those, I don't think. I mean, I suppose you could if you wanted to play Call of Fury there and have him capier behind him. But I think the other left-wing option, if you're not going to Solis or you're not going to Esa, the other left-wing option will be Mad Awaker. That's what we care we'll do there. Just move Mad Awaker from play him on the left hand side, which is something we've done before and something Mad Awaker has done plenty of times before in his career. So I'd say the three main options for the left this season, obviously Solis and Esa. But then next up in line after that, it would be Mad Awaker.
So thank you very much for that. Brock, we got one now from DB Guna, who says people are seriously underestimating the number of injuries we had last year. Oligod, sack, a chai, marino. All mis-significant time. Now you also have Esa and Victor coming into their second full season with the team. You have to look at the full context, not just say we sold to and only brought in one. It's not that simple. It's not, which is why, you know, as we've been saying, if everyone stays fit and attacked, I think we're probably, I think we're a better attacking team if everyone stays fit. I don't think we've got as strong as options because of the sheer number of players we've gone because it's not too out. It's definitely three out, potentially four, if you had Ethan into the mix. We've only Solis coming in. But if you can keep everyone else fit, which they weren't last season, then brilliant because you've got your best attackers on the pitch, which we barely had last season, because sack was out for so, or hampered for so long, have it so it's out for so long. Oligod was out for so long. So yeah, Sirius obviously comes text behind it. I think you're right about Esa and Victor and Second Seasons, as well. That could be really, really, that could really be important. We could see them take their game to sort of better understand
and know exactly what I asked you when I'll tet a wanted. So you're right, absolutely right. There is context behind it as well. When fingers crossed, everyone can stay fit. So thank you very much, Debe Guna. For that one, and thank you everyone for watching and for listening. This is our last home game for five weeks, men's home game anyway, for five weeks, which sounds mad at this early stage of the season. But it is obviously next four games are all away from home. Then we've got the big super long extended international break. So if you are going today, enjoy it because you're not going to be going back there for a while. Be loud, be it, make it a really, really good atmosphere, huge game ahead. Fingers crossed we can do the business. If you're not going to the game, you're watching it anywhere else around the world, then enjoy it. And I might be able to record something off to the game from outside the stadium, not sure yet. But if not, I'll be back in the morning for the review show, as always. Take it easy, everyone. Have a good day. Enjoy the game. Speak to you soon. Bye-bye.
