All right Pete, from one court battle to another Charlotte McKinnis, the actress suing Rebel Wilson for defamation has taken to the stand. Yes she has and she's back on again today and I felt very sorry for her yesterday going through this and obviously that's her choosing. She would have been warned this is going to be a tough battle and she gets grilled and as indeed her boyfriend Carlo did as well and of course very much centering around what Rebel did or didn't do and they clearly are not agreeing on what happened and how it played out. Now Charlotte has a new single out today even that was being questioned. You know are you dropping this single as some kind of publicity stunt because you're in the news cycle? They really put it through the ringer as I'm sure they're going to again today. Now Rebel will take the stand next Tuesday and she is expected to be there for two three full guys.
