Charles is a singer and songwriter from West Virginia whose sophomore album How the Mighty Fall followed in the critical and commercial steps of his excellent, beloved debut Seneca. Godwin has gone from a relatively unknown songwriter prior to his first record just a few short years ago to filling bigger and bigger rooms. His music comes from a place of perseverance, honesty, and work ethic. He's a damn fine songwriter, and as you will hear in this conversation, an absolute delight of a human.
