I saw a story the other day where somebody had gotten into a car accident or whatever, and they were chat, chat, GPT, and what to do, and chat, GPT said, you need to call an

4:05attorney. Which I think is pretty funny. I don't think it ever usually does that. Yeah. I mean, it will do that. There's another case that's being litigated. I think it's Ohio or Michigan right now where the lady was in a car accident. She settled the case, and then she didn't like the settlement, and she asked her attorney, can you get me out of the settlement? He said, no. She went on chat, GPT, or one of the AI systems, and it told her that the attorney was gaslighting her, and then proceeded to tell her how to file to get out of the settlement. She filed all this stuff in federal court. The insurance company spent $300,000 defending it, and now the insurance company is suing open AI for unlicensed practice of law. Oh, wow. So it's going to be an interesting and kind of landmark case to see where that all goes. So you think that's why there's that story came out where chat, GPT said, hey, call an attorney. Probably. It's probably trying to do a little press redirection. I'll be damned. Yeah. Have you found that it's hurt your business at all? No, not at all. I mean, you know, obviously what we do is a lot of litigation. You can't replace being in the courtroom, but with AI, at least not yet.

5:08Yeah. We want to get those robots, but it's actually very helpful to us because we can analyze medical records a lot faster, and there's a lot of uses that we can put towards it where you know, we can go through a thousand pages of medical records and pull out the information we need. Right. And you know, in seconds versus hours. Yeah. So it saved you a lot of time. Yeah. It saves us a lot of time because much more efficient. And you know, we use it for analysis and all sorts of stuff, but it's pretty cool. Hey. I keep it when I call it pup putt and golf, but it's, it's, it's, it's, well, pup putt's trademark. Pup putt. So they're going to have over 50 growers and vendors selling their wares, Bringo Wagon is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is again, this is going to be on Saturday and it's a free, it's free to go there to get into the event. But then obviously, I think you guys are paying for the different plants and they got food vendors. And yeah, there are a bunch of different food vendors that we're familiar with. And then on Saturday as well, art after dark 7 p.m. at city arts, live music, pop performances, live painting, a tarot card reading, wine tasting and dancing. So we got that event going on. Hey, Mo, I got a question for you. So where do you think the number one place in the country is for spring break, the spring break destination? Oh, man, it's changed so much now.

9:18I know. Hard to know. I mean, is it even in the United States? Well, yeah, in the United States, they got the top 10 cities that people would be going to. I mean, I guess maybe, isn't there like that island out in Texas to the beach out in Texas? Maybe one of those places or maybe up in the panhandle and like Panama City Beach? Okay. That's a good guess. PCB, I think. Yeah. Not anymore. I was there several months ago and they do not want the, they don't want the spring breakers there at all. They're running them out. They don't want. They don't want the place is Orlando, Florida. So my question being that knowing that that's the number one spring break destination is Orlando, Florida, number two is Fort Lauderdale, number three is Miami, number four is Anaheim Los Angeles, and number five is, yeah, and the number five is Tampa. Oh, that's for Disney is in Anaheim. So the top in the top five, four of those, you got Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Tampa. So what I'm going to be in for you is people coming from out at a state or whatever.

10:20If you get into an accident with someone from out of state, are the rules different? I mean, as far as like, you know, you get into an accident and they want to just, you know, hey, let me just give you my information and call me later and really like, you know, do you need to be a little more careful if you get into an accident with someone who came for spring break out of state? I mean, you do because you want to make sure they are who they say they are. We've had cases before where people just, they go back home, they disappear and then it's hard to find them. It's always, you know, best practice to get an accident report, call the police, have them come out, do an accident report. It does take hours sometimes it is a pain, but at least that way you have not only their information, the vehicle's information, the registration, everything that you may possibly need to go after their insurance because if they go home and disappear, good luck finding them after that. Yeah. And more chances of getting into an accident when we've got more people coming for spring break, you know, I for is going to be a mess. Yeah. Why is everybody coming to Florida? You know, well, that's a good question, Savannah, and we were trying to figure out what was going on in Orlando. I could see for a while. I mean, Orlando's awesome.

11:20That's why I live here. Don't get me wrong. But like, but I mean, it seems excessive. But the other deal has the ocean, Miami has the ocean. Tampa's got, you know, the, you know, the bay golf or whatever you want to call it, you know. But we've got America, we've got, you know, Disney and the universal and gator land. But I mean, we don't have, you know, it's odd that it's number one. Yes. Right. Question four. Number one. Where number one? Mo, let me ask you this, man, I see a lot of car accidents, right? And it seems like people like you always hear like if you get an accident, if it's safe, move off to the side of the road, right? Is there, like, is there stuff? Do people think that like if an accident happens, this is now a crime scene and nothing can be moved and everything like, I mean, how much is that is true? How helpful? Is it? I mean, is moving my car after an accident, like fender bend or whatever, is it going to hurt my case later? No. You want to get out of the way, traffic. And the last thing you want to have happen is leave it there and then a subsequent accident

12:22occurs or somebody gets killed. And we've seen that here, you know, on I4 and other areas around this town before people don't move out of the way, then they're out, you know, exchanging information and a car comes in and hits them and kills them. So you want to get to safety, you want to get out of the way. You know, I'm very serious accidents where there are deaths involved. They do typically shut down the road for a period of time so they can conduct a full investigation. But on a fender bend or a normal car accident, you know, number one priority is always just getting out to safety. And then, you know, you can take pictures and you go back and look at skid marks and all that kind of stuff. How important is it? Hey, look at this. Hey, look at this. How important is a dash camera right now because like I was got an accident last night. And Florida's a no fault state. I know that. So like if you sort of, but basically the overall kind of thing is like, if you brand in somebody in the back, right? Like it's kind of on you minus, you know, express circumstances. It's your fault if you rear end somebody. Yes. But this guy last night, I mean, this guy, he cuts me off, you get into the lane to go on I four. Yeah. And then slams his break in front of me.

13:23I almost hit like the side of this guy's car with a dash cam. Like that's, that's going to help me in that situation, right? Because you can't, you know, I'm technically running into behind him. That's like, you know, that's going to help me go like this guy did something crazy. First. So I mean, if you rear end somebody, there's a presumption that you're at fault, but that is a rebuttable presumption of one of the ways to rebut that presumption is by showing that they cut you off basically, which is where a dash cam would be helpful. I love dash cams. I think they're great. Now they don't see everything, obviously. You know, we've had some cases where we have one right now where he was crossing the street at night. It was caught on dash cam. But you can't tell exactly where she was, you know, just because it's further back. It's helpful, but they can also be, you know, not always dispositive of what's going on in the case. But in a situation like that, somebody cuts you off. Dash cams are great. Okay. One last question. Yeah. Oh, I had a question. Well, we promised the audience that we would ask them this question and we want to. All right. And that is the other day we had a story about a, it was someone worried about porch pirates. And they created one of these boxes and it was like an exploding glitter bomb, right?

14:28So if you do an exploding glitter bomb on it, but in the glitter gets in their eye and they want to sue you, but you're the one that stole the package. Do you have a case theoretically? Yes, because you're not allowed to use, not allowed to injure somebody to defend property like that. And there's a whole history of case, but the boxes sit in there like the boxes sit in there. And you know, if nobody gets hurt, it's fine, but they get hurt, they have a heart attack then you could potentially be liable for it. There's an old case where a guy's like bar and kept getting broken into and he rigged up like an automatic gun when someone broke it through the door and they got shot home. Okay. That's a good idea. Yeah. Charge? Yeah. Charge. Why? We can't kill somebody. It was a booby trap. It's not self-defense. It's a booby trap. Yeah, but how do you know if he was in there and the guy was coming to kill him? Well, because the guy wasn't home. Oh. It was your question for it. Yeah, but the criminal didn't know he wasn't home. He didn't know. So yesterday I'm dry. Well, the other day I'm driving back from Tampa. There's a car in front of me and I need to know this and I think the audience needs to know this because we're about to have an influx of guests.

15:31It looks like. So the car in front of me from Georgia, doing 60 miles an hour on the road from Tampa to Orlando in the fast lane, right? Can I sue him for just being stupid and slow because I got his license number. I flashed my lights. That means get out of the way. I haunt my horn. That means get out of the way. There are multiple opportunities for him to get out of the way. We didn't get out of the way. I would say this is America. We can sue anyone for any reason. Well, you win probably not. There you go. I am just contemplating every single outcome. Because, you know, it's me and Max in the semi-final. Uh-huh. I'm very confident that I'm going to get there to the finals. But I'm also thinking, you know, realistically, maybe Max has a little trick up his sleeve. And boom, I have to wait in line for, for my next opportunity. So, you know, Max is, uh, is a clever beat. And I don't have hate for him in my heart. He could speak all the mad crap he wants about me. He calls me a clown. He calls me a joke. He calls you a clown. He said you were a joke. He's, I mean, he has a lot of negative things in it. All I'm missing is the red nose, honk honk. But I like, I'm here to have fun, have a good time. And I don't have hate in my heart. You know what, you, you know what I mean? You should scale it back, maybe. I think I believe, okay, you know, I'm just saying this is a rumor. I, I believe he's going to have some, because he knows all of these other guys, like in three days grace and I prevail. And he knows some of the guys in mammoth. And in order to get like crowd support. I believe he's bringing some of the guys from the bands out with him, uh, to support him ringside against you, uh, I mean, like, like monster fans, if they really want you to, they're really going to have support you. Because he's bringing out the actual rock stars with the, the heavy hitters. How was your, how do you feel about that in poppy D? Oh, now you got me sweating. Okay, you know, this holy man is catered around them, the rock stars. And you know, poppy D has the rock star energy, the rock star mentality.

26:02I know how to play guitar, but maybe not to the level of three days grace or anybody else, right? I could strum you some few chords. And maybe they could take it easy on me. But oh, I hope those rumors aren't true. Because then I'm going to, I'm going to need the entire monster's fandom to come rooting for me. And then we will outcome, outcome, outcome. 27:04How are we going to go with that age old question? Obviously, my answer is yes for pineapple on pizza. Anybody who says, no, you know, you're entitled to own your opinion. But oh, you know, don't come attacking us who actually like it. Like you don't see me going to people who like anchovies on pizza and be like, hey, we're having a private conversation. But Mr. Dan housing, you know, he's been around when he stepped into the W.W.E. It was a lot of mixed reactions. Some people are like, oh, give me some comedy. I'm here to laugh my ass off. Other people are like, who in the blue hell is this guy? Right. But now he's having positive reactions now because his debut was met with mixed reactions. Because there's some that are like hardcore wrestling fans like, oh, we don't want the comedy silly stuff. We wanted to be super serious. And other people are like, oh, my god. First of all, it's very serious. We like this. How do you fall poppy D on the comedy part of his?
