Mercedes have won eight of eleven races and lead both championships. Lovely...except George Russell’s season has become a travelling collection of failures and exhaustion. The team HAS admitted several faults but we're left wondering this: has Mercedes built a fragile advantage or simply created the fastest car in Formula 1 with a few expensive problems still waiting to be solved...and they're running out of time. Russell and Antonelli look very close to a grid drop and Ferrari and McLaren are salivating!
