Welcome to our Motio Dojo Casa House. Mikasa. Hey, Suu Casa. What's up, man? What's up, man? Welcome to our hump day. We hope you have a hump night. We hope you have an Aaron Rodgers sort of hump night. And we're going to talk about A-A Ron in a little bit. That's actual audio from Aaron Rodgers' bedroom antics. That's not I was Sam at all. No, hey, Sammy. We got Danny G here, super-producing. We got Isaac Lowenprun and of course, we're Kavino Enrich on Fox Sports Radio. Let's rock. Oh, yeah.

By the way, Isaac picked a smile on my face and I hope he enjoys working with us the way. We enjoy working with him. What a nice fella. Swell fella for sure. Oh, boy. And it's always a pleasure working with Isaac, consummate professional. That's the title I used for Dan Byer, but Isaac's right up there with the best of him. I mean, you got to come up with a better one. You just, uh, I think of them all the same. I just ain't used it. I know. Look at you. Um, but we got midweek major on this hump day. We got Iowa Sam with the biggest stories in sports and pop culture. We decide are they mid week or major stories, Tom Brady's in the news, Aaron Rodgers news. The biggest story today is Megan Fox's ass. Am I right? Have you guys seen this Megan Fox Godass work. I mean, I got to give credit where it's due and it has nothing to do with Megan Fox. It has to do with KFC because he said, look, she was already Barry bonds. She was already a whole favor.

So she was already like terminator days. I'm sorry, transformer days now. She was already like Barry bonds in his pirate uniform. But with the BBL and the blood implants or but works she got done. She's like Barry bonds on the giant steroids. Yeah. She's Barry bonds on the giant. She was Barry bonds on the pirates now. Now she's just like next level, I like the old Megan Fox, you know, well, hey, before she was like a vampire. Apparently she got work done, guys, I'm just kidding, but not really look it up on really. It's a big story. But we're broadcasting live from the Fox words radio studio. And if you miss any of today's show, any show ever catch the podcast, search Covino and Rich, wherever you get your podcast, be sure to follow, rate and review. And of course, you're streaming live right now, since you're streaming live spot, feel free to just throw up a quick picture of Megan Fox's new butt while we tell you what's coming up on the show. If you guys need inspiration, we got you YouTube.com slash at Covino and Rich FSR, we're streaming live. The live chat is up at Covino and Rich FSR.

And let's go. I want to talk about Aaron Rogers, but I want to tell you, I just came straight from the gym and call me Dickie Columbus. I know you guys like to say that something doesn't exist until I discover it. We don't like to say it. We just say, because it's true. Yeah, you like to say it. For example, I used to talk about going to the sauna for years and we're going one of Rich's years and out the other. And he would criticize me and ask me about the benefits and why do I waste my time. Now he's like the biggest spokesman for the sauna. Well, I just think that the combination of some of the things I'm doing might be working. I don't know. I feel like everyone around me is getting the sniffles in their sick vitamin D sauna three or four days a week. And I'm on the NAD plus. I don't know if that's doing anything, but I'm sorry. I'm distracted by Megan Fox's butt on our YouTube stream right now. Remember that time back in the day. I told you about the show Penguin for weeks and weeks and weeks and Rich ignored me. And then Rich watched it himself finally comes in and acts like you never mentioned that's

the thing. It's not it's not that now he's excited about it. He acts like you never said it. And he's the first to tell you about it. That's why it's sticky Columbus. We all are late to things and that's fine. And we discovered things at our own time. That's fine. Oh, Danny. Let me tell you the way you present it that makes people want to strangle you. That's really it. Because you don't want to strangle me. I get it, dude. It's sauna. I get it. I'm sorry. Hold on. He has Colin. His thoughts won't say. No, I'm not this again. Every play, every stand, every storyline. I've got it all. What do you want to know? Hey, Colin. Do you ever hit the sauna? My bud. Oh, my God. Oh, yeah. I'm a sauna guy because it's the simplest reset button. There is sweat, breathe, clear the head. Move on. But I'm not doing the sit in there forever and prove your tough routine. That's ego. Oh, thank you, Colin. Okay. He's right.

I do 15 minutes in and out. And then when people start talking to me about their life, I'm like, uh, I think it's time for me to go. I have a great one, buddy. I've been here to talk to you. I've been using this app too much. I've been asking Colin for like marriage advice, parenting advice all day, by the way. I just, I deserve a medal. Do I get a fox for his radio, pin, pen, medal, something? Hey, Colin. I got to hear this guy all day. Hey, Colin, hey, Colin. I think it's ridiculous. Oh, my goodness. I think it's absurd. All right. Speaking of going to the gym, this is a perfect way to transition. Yeah, transition. I think the sauna is a great way. I use it like to wrap up my session, like to gather my thoughts, but I don't know if they say that the health, the health benefits are fantastic. Yeah, but I'm saying I don't know if you should start your routine with that, right? You end it. Okay. And hence the backwards hat, I was too sweaty and my hair was messed up. So you guys talked recently about all the things that cause dementia, apparently the sauna is good for warding off the dementia, keeping it at bay, keeping it in a way.

Has that entered your algorithm too? Every other thing is like, how to avoid dementia when you're old? That causes dementia. Yeah. Is that fighting back and forth? Yeah. It's an awful terrible disease. It's great for your immune system circulation is all sorts of health benefits. So they say, how you know what, you know, honestly, it just relaxes you. It calms you down. I feel like if I can get through this miserable 15, 20 minutes, I can get through anything the rest of my day, decompress a little bit, maybe sweat out some toxins, some of the damage you did over the weekend, just a few times a week, 15, 20 minutes. And let's talk about you. Yeah. Well, I was going to say, thanks for hearing me out since I discovered the sauna. All right. You know, Aaron Rogers, I, you know, a guy that usually I'm like, what is this guy talking about? Is, you know, weird antics, but I do find him original. I find him intriguing. I know Danny G hates when I talk about him. So sometimes it makes me want to talk about him more. Well, there's certain people that transcend the game and you like him for who they are, what they're about. Like they're interesting. Mike Tyson's one of those guys, Shia LaBuff is another one of these guys.

He's like, what's going on? He's just an interesting dude because they're so vulnerable and honest, right? And Aaron Rogers is that guy in the NFL. He just loves to put it out there and talk about the things he's into and he's really interesting. Polarizing. It just depends how you feel about it. But he makes you feel some type of way. That's for sure. Well, Aaron Rogers was on McAfee and I don't think I've ever related to Aaron Rogers more. When he talked about one of the reasons, in fact, the reason he works out, I'm trying to stay fit. I mean, it's harder when you get older. So you kind of can't take the same amount of time off as he used to, you know, after so many seasons, I would take, you know, a few weeks off, a month off, a month and a half. Now, you know, now 42, just to stay in shape, you get a, you get to kind of always be doubted on the diet and sleep and workouts if you want to look the right way. You know, I want to look good. I want my wife to want to do it all the time. I feel the same way.

People say, why do you work out? And I think, of course, you're going to say, well, health benefits and stuff like that. Because that's important, right? Longevity, health. I sound like Colin, longevity, health, the benefits of the sauna. Hey Colin, stars, stars. But one of the main reasons I work out is I've always said, I always want my wife to want me not because she married me because she genuinely still wants me, like it makes me sad when it's like when people like, oh, the old ball and chain or wives, I know they're husband like that, but I'm pretty sure Chief Trick had a song about it. I want you to want me. Long before you came up, Dickie Columbus, Robin Zander wrote these words down long before you came up. But I, you know, you hear wives talking about their husband just look like a big potato. You hear the husband's being like, oh, my old mom changed. She used to be good looking saddle man, old saddle man. I, I never want my wife to be with me intimately and think I'm only doing this because he's my husband.

And I guess we sort of have to. That really makes me sad. So part of when I go to the gym is because I want my wife to want me. I think anything that motivates you is good. I really do. I don't care what it is. Even if it's something like vengeful, if it motivates you in a weird way, you know, and I'll show them kind of thing. I think that's great. I don't care. Whatever gets your ass to the gym, whatever helps you work harder and push harder. I think that's a good thing. And I think this is just another layer to other things like I'm, I'm here to say, should I say it in Russian? Yeah. Yeah. I fight for me, dude. What? I go to the gym. It's just quoting Drago and Rocky Ford. I'm wondering, he doesn't know Russian. Oh, yeah. I go to the gym for pure vanity reasons for myself. I swear, and health benefits, health benefits, vanity reasons, and by default, you're looking good for your significant other, but I'm being straight up honest, whether that makes me a jerk or not.

I do it for me. You can say nobody can say it selfish, but I want my wife to think always that's a selfish, that's selfless. No, but I want my saying. You do it for her. I do because I want her. Well, because it all goes back to me though, because it's self-serving. I want her to think, I made a great choice. Like I want her as we get older, like he's a provider. He stayed in shape. Also keeps them on their toes, and I wouldn't be surprised if that's your subconscious way of doing that. Well, if I'm looking good, you better not slippy stuff. I don't. Like, look, I'm putting in the effort. You better be putting in the effort. But I think what Aaron Rodger said there is super relatable. Hey, to me at least, I think there's a lot of people that go to the gym and people love to lead with the obvious. You do it for health. You want to live long for your kids. You know, no one wants to feel sick. I mean, we're all in front of cameras now. No one wants to live. You want to look like a sloppy guy. No one wants to battle disease and all the terrible things. But I think deep down inside, there should be a part of all of us that is like, yeah, I sort of want my wife to want me. You want to everybody, I think.

I think it's a, it's a natural sort of need for everyone to want to feel desired on some level. And if it helps, there's no shame in that either. So again, Aaron Rodgers, I respect your honesty. I really do. You want to go on vacation and have your wife to do the old lazy starfish because it's just like, hey, we're, we're married. So I guess what's going on? Or do you want, or you want to be like, hey, we still are attracted to each other. The lazy starfish. I didn't know that was a name. The lazy star. I don't know. It's going your, your ex-girlfriend told me it was your movie. Oh, yeah. I didn't know. And I have to, it's called the lazy starfish. Oh, yeah. Okay. But it, look, I think it's a byproduct of, of staying fit or at least doing your best. You don't need to be Johnny Ripple Pecs. You don't need to be ripped like Jesus. In fact, the older you get, the harder it is. But if you're doing your best to maintain, I think that sends out the right signal. Now when you say rip like, let me say rip like Jesus. Did he do P90X? He did. Yeah. Crossfit, I think. Yeah.

But yeah. I think Ty Bo. I think he had some abs for sure. Ty Bo. So Aaron Rogers, his workout motivation is I want my wife to want to F me. He was on this diet of bread and wine. They say it's, it's really, you know, but staying in shape at 42, honestly. I get it. You're an old guy on the field, but you're still a young guy in life, especially the way people are aging now. 42. Get out of here. You know, Rich is on NADs, like he said, any R D, what do you want? NADs. I'm on NAD plus 42 is the new 32 is how I see it. NAD plus just vitamin D, deadly vitamin, sauna. I've heard a lot of people talking about have, do you know a lot of your friends or people that are getting to like the peptides and all these injections and things. They don't tire. Everybody's trying to look for a shortcut. Yeah, but, but a shortcut or assistance, adaptions, just, you know, do your best and try to stay healthy. Well, Danny. I know helps. I'm not judging anything. Danny, I know saying is that, yes, what am I saying, Rich?

I don't know why you're saying. I was going to say, I know Danny G had cut back on sugar quite a bit and I bet you, it's twofold. The one is that you got a young kid and you're a dad and you want to live a longer life. But I'm sure it's a part of you that's like, yeah, I won't ruin it or won't. Yeah, I mean, I realized how much sugar was in some of the things that I was consuming every day. When you actually check the back of like a soda or something like that and you see the grams of sugar, like, holy s, I am going to get diabetes if I keep this up, so I have cut. I check the sugars. If it is above 11 grams of sugar, I do not buy it. The great. I think it comes from an expectation of yourself and honestly, that's how I view it. I'm not trying to do any of this for, for anyone else, but me and I'm being dead serious about that because you should have an expectation of yourself and your own value and what you want to present and bring to the table as an adult, as a, as a father,

as a partner. And again, with that self expectation, right, don't you have like a sense of pride like that you want to bring? Of course. And there's a part of it. And the byproduct there is that's attractive to everybody. You're leading by example. You're showing the one you care about that you're putting yourself first and I think that's fine. I'm not doing it for anyone. Aaron Rodgers. I salute you. What is the one thing you did realize like how bad it is over the years? I saw some dude on TikTok and we all know this already, but he ordered quite possibly just by design, like the worst thing you could get at Starbucks who's like, can I get the extra venti with the drizzle and the caramel and he read off the ingredients and yeah, I used to get those caramel frappuccino. He's like, yeah, so you realize there's like, oh my goodness, 4,000 calories and one to quote Jennifer Coolidge double cream double froth double whip double pump. Do you see that conversion double froth double cream double froth double whip double whip double pump. And you're allowed to have that if you're balancing things out, no compliments on my Jennifer

Coolidge. I thought that was pretty good. That's good. Double whip double cream double cream double pump double froth. That's right. That's good. I like it a lot. But hey, so what's your motivation? Is it other women? Is it the women in your life? I love the other. I love the other moms at the school to want. I'll tell you straight up again. This is, it sounds different, but everyone's in front of a camera more so than ever before, especially younger people. It's not just people in media and entertainment, but when Rich and I were on ESPN every night, you better believe I saw myself on camera and I was like, whoa, man, no time to trim up. I'm not going to look like that every night. So I got to die and I lost the weight and I hit the gym. You know, I do the, you know, bare minimum, I'm not, I know where I'm at. I'm not Mr. Universe and I'm good with that. You know why? You know why there's a lot of people that have, you know, focus on this a lot and there's a lot of issues with people and their appearance and there's an expectation as Isaac shows

his arms. Look at that. Like goodness. Whoa. Is that a bowser from Shaanana? Look at this guy. Is that, is that the news anchor flex cam? Oh my goodness. Look at this, dude. Hey, Sam, you want to turn on Isaac's mic when we're talking? He had 22 inch Python. Sorry. My boss was in here talking to you. Well, your boss defeated important business matters over here. The microphone's not the only thing being turned on, boys. I mean, I was wondering if Sam was talking to someone or if he was just in all of your biceps. I was looking this direction. I don't advise in the back of my head, Isaac's in the back of my head. Good on you for looking the other direction. Yeah. I'm kind of, I kind of, I don't like the fact that I look regret that I looked over anyway. I think it helps guys that to basketball shirt spicy. You know, there's a lot of guys. The reason we bring this up to is like, we just lost 27 years. No, no, no, no, no, yeah, but we gained 75 women. Look at that. We watch how I'm in it now. Rich and I talk to a lot of dudes throughout the years doing our talk show, right?

Because we do Kavino and Rich on Patreon, it's more lifestyle and then of course, we come here into exports and we have fun and, but a lot of times they complain, men complain a lot about how your physical relationships sort of weaned off after a while, right? But guys have a big time problem looking within and at themselves is like, well, she's not bringing it the way she used to is like, well, are you in the mirror lately, dude? Like maybe there's a little more you could be doing. So use a Sarah and Roger story as a reminder that, yeah, it does require a little effort on your part. Maybe that beer belly you got really isn't curling the toes like it used to, right? And everyone, no one's what they used to be. We understand that. But you could do your best. And I think Aaron Rodgers is preaching a good word, but like I say, whatever motivates you is a good thing. I find the guy intriguing and I just said it was an interesting thought saying that, you know, he's in his 40s takes a little more to stay in shape. He has to work out a little more in the off season.

And you know, part two of that is that he wants his new wife to want to sleep with it. And that's a relief considering how much men complain about this stuff. The thing about this is he's great. He's talking about his wife. We still don't know what she looks like or who she is. She's still a mystery. That's it. It's like your girlfriend, right? Like no one really knows. People know people here have met her. You guys are not a double day. Is that a double day? Is it, by the way, the anniversary of the backyard photo you gave Dan Byer, coming up in a few days from last year, they were like, ask her like a picture of your girlfriend and you sent them a picture of her yard or something like, what's the weather like in Iowa in early March? And I just sent a generic picture of her backyard instead of like you and her, it was just a picture of the yard. And then Dan. It was weird. Yeah. No, listen, Kristen, my girlfriend has more real identity than Air Rogers's wife. I thought Kristen was your cat. You know, Sam, I forgot for a minute, like, yeah, we don't know who she is, you're right

about that. There's been no reveal of who she is. There's been speculation if she even existed. But you know, the more he talks about her, the more we have to assume, yeah, she's real. She's like, maybe you want to like, I mean, he doesn't have to. He can keep it a secret as much as he wants, but maybe it's like if you're going to talk about her, maybe we could like see a picture of her or like, you know, oh, we've started now. Now we want to see like, who wants Aaron Rock? Yeah, exactly. It's crazy about this story. Like for you guys that are down and out, the guys that do complain about this to us all the time. We hear this all the time. It's a very common theme. Like, oh, man. Yes, been years since we got down. What was the stat I told you the other day? What? I'm sure it was. No, I remember it now. What was it? Was it not one out of three men has in touch to a woman in a year? Yes. Like something absurd. But I want to put this in perspective as I look as I look around as I look around the room, like even Aaron. This guy's a one of nine rich, you're trying to turn us out of the losers. No, no. One in three. That's impossible. Yeah. Look that up.

But Aaron Rogers, think about it. He has to keep his woman wanting him, like being a superstar in the NFL, making millions, isn't enough. So I think we all need to put a little more effort in. And if it's just for you, or if it's just for her, either way, it's healthier and it's a win-win. So it's a healthier choice. So make it happen. And, you know, to back up everything you're saying about vanity being part of the workout, do you know that? I admit, I read an interesting article that said humans were never designed or intended to see themselves as much as we do. Think about it. Cavemen, when you see your reflection in a river, maybe like pond or river, you can't see your reflection. The cameras, mirrors, all these things are things that weren't necessarily intended for us to see ourselves non-stop. Right. Non-stop. Yes. That gets in your head a little bit. And by the way, New York Post, last week, Americans are an average of sex extinction.

The shocking numbers are going without sex and they blame social media. People are experiencing extended periods of sexlessness in the U.S., a staggering one in three men and one in five women have not been intimate in the past 12 months. And Aaron Rodgers is trying to prevent that from happening. There's no sex. Thank you, Sam. All right. Listen, we got more comedian on Rich, Tom Brady's in the news. Who is he calling a bee? We'll get to that midweek major. I have a one-soto thought. My dude wants sodo. And I'm not wearing a one-soto shirt today, I'm representing my dude Francisco Lendor. So we'll talk some baseball, get you all fired up for the WBC and MLB. More next with Kevin Onrich. Is your business struggling, struggling to find qualified candidates? Well, you're not alone. Life doesn't stop and neither should you, but don't worry, that's where leaves got your back. Literally. A leave is designed to deliver long-lasting body pain relief, so you can take one pill and keep moving through your day. In fact, a leave lasts up to 12 hours per dose. Yes, that's all day or all night relief with fewer doses. And let's be honest, when you're dealing with pain, the last thing you want is to keep checking the clock, wondering when you could take the next dose. A leave goes right to the source, targeting pain from inflammation, so you could move freely and focus on what truly matters. Whether you're tackling muscle aches, back pain, or arthritis and joint pain, a leave gives you the relief you need to keep going, meetings, errands, workouts, or just keeping up with life. A leave works from sun up to sundown, letting you spend your time on what's important. A leave fits seamlessly into your life. Choose a leave and get on with your day, without pain constantly tapping you on the shoulder. So the next time pain tries to slow you down, remember, a leave keeps you moving with long-lasting body pain relief that goes the distance so you can too.

Try a leave, uses direct it for minor aches and pains. Ooh, who needs rosetta stone with? You got pimple, right? So I teach my kids Spanish, those are pimple. I'm Mr. 908. Steve Covino. Hey, Mr. 516. It's Chinese Taipei versus Australia tonight, 7pm on the west, 10pm on the east, and then USA plays on Friday. Yeah, I got to ask before we get into more baseball and some Tom Brady talk. I do have one question and I'm going to get to Wansoto. I heard Isaac in his update and yesterday we talked about Kyla Murray out, right? Gets released. Cardinals save a little money by doing it this way. He's a free man. He has a couple, a couple ideas of where he wants to go. The dolphins dragging their feet a little bit on tour, right? There's no update on tour that did, but likely out, right? Stefan digs out today. Which of these free agents? Well, which of these free men? Essentially, do you think we'll find like a nice fit for next year?

Do you, is like, is there someone where you're like, man, Kyla Murray? If you find up in Minnesota, they got something like, I think for Kyla Murray to move on, like he wanted to leave. Well, yeah, he did. He said he wanted to release. I'm sure. Yeah, but I know it didn't work out the way he wanted to. But for him to leave 30 something on the table for next year, 30 something million, I think he has to have something up his sleeve. I know that there's options out there. I mean, I think he's already he's already made so much money. More money than he would have ever made in baseball unless he was, you know, like, soda level of, you know, mooky bets level, Otani level or something. I read an opinion piece this morning that the Jets should pursue Tua. I don't think I just heard earlier that, Archmaning has has, you know, Jets have their eye on what could happen if they figure a way to get Archmaning in a year or so. I don't know, man. Is Tua a placeholder or some of these guys? I wonder. And then you, you know, who else? I see a lot of people rumbling about.

The Niners are hoping to retain him. But have you been following along the offseason of Mac Jones? This guy's like the life of the party. I don't know. I did not know the side of him. The 49ers are all parting and vacationing together. Mac Jones is dancing and drinking and having fun. That guy can drink born, right? Dude, magic. Magic, buddy. Mac Jones looks like the most fun dude you'll ever see in your life. Never saw this side of him. And they're saying the Niners saying did. You remember him shirtless smoking this a guy after you won the Nanny and I remember the dad. God come on. You know, maybe I did forget. But Mac Jones is a guy that just seems like a real good locker room type of dude. And the 49ers are saying if you want Mac Jones, you're going to have to part with a first round draft pick, which I don't think will happen. So he'll probably be the Niners back up again, but Mac Jones might be someone suitable guy. Who knows, but we're talking about football when it's not even the season. I love to have Mac Jones was beating people in the head with snowballs in New York. I mean, the guys just having fun. Mac Jones could be the next guy. He could be the next, uh,

Sam Darnold or Baker for all we know. And speaking of football, the story today is Aaron Rodgers. His workout motivation at 42 is yeah, to stay in shape. But so his wife wants to continue effing him. And I'm quoting Aaron Rodgers and good reason and to wrap up my point again, whatever motivates you is great. But I think if you have a standard that you set for yourself and you're doing your best to meet that standard, everything else happens the way it should because that doesn't guarantee she's still going to want you. You could be the weakest dude going, but you're in great shape. You can just do your best. I mean, I'll rip the loser. Yeah. So it's great to hear that Aaron Rodgers is motivated. Let me let me let me shift gears. As you said, we're getting ready for the World Baseball Classic. I am totally have you guys been seeing my dude, Juan Soto ripped the cover off the ball. This guy's in his zone where I'm almost like, dude, you should have saved it. Juan Soto hit a home run in front of his grandpa in the Dominican Republic.

And the crowd looked like he was game seven of the world series. Just to say with the international passion of baseball, if you haven't seen the clip, Juan Soto hits a bomb, 420 plus feet. The crowd is all jumping in unison like they're at a rock concert in the 80s. Well, that's how again, it's culturally different. Manning Machado's on record for saying that one of those DR games he played in was the loudest game he ever played in in his life. And he seemed like he said there was a band in every section just going not playing instruments having a time of their life. So the atmosphere is totally different. I think that plays into, you know, what you're witnessing. The reaction like those are his people, man, you can't compare what he's doing in front of his people and his family and the pride and those teammates. Those are his boys. Well, I have a question for you then and Isaac and Danny and Sam and everyone for that matter, eight, seven, seven, nine, nine on Fox. When you see Juan Soto at the R team staff and it's not just him hitting bombs. He's playing to the crowd. He's doing the Soto shuffle again. He has special handshakes with each teammate when he scores.

This is a very different Juan Soto than because the difference is and I think your boy, you know, that shirt you were in right now, and Dora made it very clear. They're not all best friends. It's a job. It's more like a job. It's the difference between working with your boys and working with your colleagues, right? So the met would be his colleagues. All these Dominican dudes are his boys. They all grew up the same way. They seem culture, same people. They have a big head and sort of camaraderie. They're playing in front of their, their, their country. He's grandpa. Yeah, he's grandpa. Like it's deeper than that and you see it in his shows and that's why tournaments like this are so prideful and they mean that much more. So there's layers to this. There is. Is it Juan Soto's joy of playing in the Dominican Republic? Was he that unhappy with Lindor and Alonzo and Nimbo and all these guys? And apparently the match shipped out because, you know, there was dissension. I think we all know what Soto's capable of. I think this is a reminder of you can type a guy. He's you can capable of being.

You could picture what I'm talking about. You know what Soto gets down low and does at low, the low five. Of course. Yeah, and he's feeling. He's feeling himself. He's feeling everything. And as a meds fan who watches day in and day out, I was like, where was that Juan Soto last year? His numbers were big. But when he would hit a home run, it would be like, he almost gave up. He don't want to do a handshake. It was work. You know, it felt like work. This feels different. I don't know. But again, you know, not to put it all on the meds. This is a tournament. People take a lot of pride in representing their country. And I think that's what we're downplaying as well. Although as a meds fan, I would hope, Rich, that he takes some of this vibe, some of this momentum, this motivation, this excitement. And I hope he brings it to Queens. You know, he brings it to the meds. Well, I said to you, when we were doing our pre-show meeting, I said, you know, it's a reflection of what he's capable of. And I'll make a dirty analogy. Oh boy. You know when you go on vacation, when you first start dating a girl. And let's just say you have that good vacation hotel, loving. Oh boy. And then you think into yourself, oh, you showed me what you're capable of.

So when we get back home, see what you did low on crime. You showed some arms and you got Rich all worked up. I mean, it's expected. Sorry, I said you start flexing in there. And now Rich is all horned up. Well, the first time won't be the last. I'm just saying, but, but it's true though. If your girlfriend or wife gets all kinky on vacation, she's what she's doing is she's showing you what she's capable of. And I'm seeing Juan Soto now showing every meds fan what I'm capable of. That's setting an unrealistic bar. Juan Soto's capable doing his Juan Soto shuffle. He's capable of playing with joy and much like a horned up wife on vacation. Juan Soto has showed us his cards. And it's like, well, if you don't do that in Queens now with, you know, with Polanco and Simeon and, and your new teammates and, you know, make a men's with a londore, then that's on you. So Juan showed a Soto. Show me. You know what it reminds me of? Have you guys ever seen these videos on social media? Isaac, I'm sure you have where a wife will be like, here's all pictures of my husband with me. And he has like, like a frown on.

And it's like, here's my husband on a fishing trip. And he's smiling ear to ear with a fish. Like, I know you're capable Juan Soto. Soto, you're capable. Once you set that standard, there's no moving back. Because people know what you're capable of. And isn't that an old Chris Rock? You can't, like men can't move back. You can't be angry. And women can't move back financially. Like once they've seen that once they've experienced this, they can't move backwards. You can't be hanging out. Aaron's Juan Soto. High five and his Dominican teammates. Compadres. You can't bring that weak-ass dull energy to the mats. You can't be hanging naked from a chandelier on vacation. And then just lay there and you get home. All right. With that said, Isaac Lonecron, what's doing, bud? Chandelier, huh? Well, I just say it, I don't know. Sorry. I'm just looking at vacation. Yeah. Looking up light fixtures. Yeah, it's going to get a home depot right at this. I was at home depot earlier today. I'm not kidding. All right, fellas.

We got plenty of news across all aspects of football. The AFC champion, New England Patriots, are releasing four-time proble receivers to fond digs who posted on his Instagram stories of the Patriots quote, thank you for a hell of a year. We family forever. Unquote. The Kansas City Chiefs are trading all pro cornobac Trent McDuffy to the Los Angeles Rams for four draft picks, including a first-rounder. The Dallas Cowboys restructured the contracts of quarterback Dak Prescott, receiver CD Lamb and left guard Tyler Smith. In order to get into the salary cap, the Los Angeles Chargers released offensive lineman, McCuy Bechton, and tied in Will Dishley, the New York Giants released linebacker Bobby O'Karrickay. Former Notre Dame head coach Lou Holtz passed away today at the age of 89. Holtz went 130 and two over 11 seasons as the head coach of the fighting Irish, including a national championship in 1988 that they clenched with a fiestable victory over West Virginia. And there it is, the final seconds thick away in Notre Dame.

Well, duly celebrate a national championship. No doubt the Irish are number one. Finally, Kavino and Rich, we have a bodybuilding update at McHeely as accused beloved Fox Sports Radio personality's Kavino and Rich of having spindly leg muscles, posting, and I quote, good thing those stick legs are hidden by the desk couple of upper body only dudes. Oh, whoa. You guys, maybe I skipped my whole life. Yeah, it's true. That is true chicken legs Kavino over here. And by the way, thank you. I was a great update to back me up. My buddy, Chris just hit me up. He's listening in Connecticut. And he was saying watching Juan Soto celebrate with the DR team is actually making him mad. I go, no, no, you just got to hope now that he showed you what he's capable of. And he brings that excitement that he also had with the Yankees, but to Queens this year. That's all you got to hope for.

And you hope, again, to tie it to yourself, you mentioned that fishing thing. Yeah, on the flip side too. Like, there's a lot of times I'll see my girlfriend party in like she'll post videos of her partying with her girlfriends. And she's bringing all this excitement and she's doing karaoke and she's party and I'm like, where's that fun when you're hanging with me? Yeah, it got to go both ways. You know, you you want that to happen all the time. So if I were a met's fan, Juan Soto better bring that fun. So her most fun is without you. That's that's not what you want to feel like, right? I've been to that. Yeah, all right. We got more Kavino and Rich. Sam has got midweek major. I'm excited about that. We'll give away prizes with Mike's words of wisdom. All next right here on Fox Sports Radio. Hey, it's Kavino and Rich. The Toyota Tundra and Tacoma are built to keep going, blending rugged muscle with precision engineering. You wake up, ready to start your day, but those pesky aches and pains are already calling the shots. so you could take one pill and keep moving through your day. In fact, a leave lasts up to 12 hours per dose. Yes, that's all day or all night relief with fewer doses. All right, welcome back to the show. A lot of guys in LA torn right now, Mexico versus the Dodgers.

Oh, I know, I know. Think of all the Mexican LA is so interesting because here, you're right. Mexicans are torn right now like, oh my goodness. Do I cheer for Mexico or the doiers? Can we know, could say that he's Mexican? I know, but it seems like every world baseball team, world baseball classic team is like an all-star squad, and they've been collaborating all these other teams. Mexico and Dodgers are tied right now at four. So it's like all-star team versus all-star team. Steve, remember when I saw you wearing that Mexico hat and I thought it was a Travis Matthew hat? Yeah. And it's similar. It is similar. I have my Travis Matthew hat on right now. And when I was at the gas station about an hour and a half ago, somebody said, yeah, go Mexico. That's funny. Shout out to all of us. Travis, my tail. I'm so torn, I'm so torn right now. Do I root for the doiers or Mexico? Well, I gave Danny the hypothetical yesterday if you want to listen to the pod. What if Otani was up against Team USA in like the final moment? Like, as a Dodgers fan, do you pull for the guy, your guy, Otani?

I mean, you want to see him play good in the tournament, but not against USA. I agree. I agree. USA all day. Could we know in which line from the Fox Sports Radio studio is time for our tie rack play of the day. And the surprising upset Arizona State beat number 14, Kansas 70 to 60. Johnson directing traffic. Crossport to Mayusin. Seven to shoot. Mayusin out to pig. Rise of three hits it. Pig Johnson with a huge three. Did he say big Johnson? Pig Johnson. Oh, okay. So I think this is Nick. See what Isaac did? See what Isaac got you all worked up. That was courtesy of Sun Devil Radio Network. And that was our tie rack play of the day. For over 40 years, tie rack helping customers find the right tires for how what and where they drive. Ship fast and free. Backed by free road hazard protection with convenient installation options like mobile tire installation. Tyraq.com. The tire buying should be all right. In a little bit, we are going to go over Mike's words of wisdom. Give away a prize.

Sam's got mid week major. But to wrap up the subtle conversation in life in sports and anything, if you see what someone's capable of, do you feel like that is the standard in which they should be held? Yes. Like if you are like big Mike who runs this place, who you'll hear his words of wisdom in a little bit, Mike's like, well, that's the advice I tell all young men. I go, what? He goes, manage expectations. He said, a lot of young dudes are captain romance. Let me give you a massage. Let me take you out. Let me do this. And then when the relationship happens, they can't maintain that. So it's also about pacing yourself. Yeah. You know, it's like a comedian doesn't start off with as strong as jokes. Right? You got to build it up a little bit. A band doesn't play all their hits and then play the junk. Like you got to space it out. You got to pace yourself. Space it out a little bit. Manage expectations. And I just hope that Soto brings that momentum into the Metz locker room. I think they need it. Yeah, a clubhouse love the show. But don't be surprised, man. Don't don't downplay the pride that these players are feeling representing their country.

It's a whole different vibe. I'm certainly not saying we don't have pride in the US. I mean, you see it in the Olympics. But in something like the World Baseball Classic, Major League Baseball isn't the United States. So there is a little something different about these guys going back and proudly playing for where their family is from or where they're from. Different. So there is a little bit difference. Like you got to be real with yourself. Want Soto playing in front of his grandpa in the Dominican Republic? It's way different than Bryce Harper. Take it's impacts for the team USA jersey on. But it's pride. But it shouldn't be that. I know. So I'm trying to say, Hey, we should be supporting our dudes this team stack because everybody else is getting that support and they're getting fired up. And if we don't get them fired up, they're going to lose. USA has to win this one, man. Well, we'll say that's a, as I said yesterday, a nice little appetizer. The spinach artichoke dip, so to speak, of the Major League Baseball season. Or what's a hot one that? Oh, Brussels sprouts. That's like the hot appetizer. I mean, yummy, I midweek major on the way, winning a prize in minutes, get involved 877-99 on Fox. The Toyota Tundra and Tacoma are built to keep going.
