Maddy Smith and JP McDade return to reassemble one of our mightiest Kush Brothers formations ever, this time reporting on important news stories like declining circumcision rates in the US, the blossoming alliance between Albania and Israel, and a Louisiana mayor who became disgraced after getting busted hooking up with her teenage son's friend at a pool party. Maddy, JP and Stav help callers including a man wondering if he should get a prenup to protect his mom's $1 million settlement, and a guy who's wondering if he should give his mom who's in rehab letters he's received from her crack-addicted ex.

Loved jury duty season one, we did here at Stavis World. In fact, we had Edie Matica, who was on the show. We've had her on the show. We love her. We love the whole thing. First time long time. I joined Patreon because I feel like it's a fair trade for putting a call in. Okay, all right. Let's get right to the question. Should I get a prenup? Hmm. This prenup would only involve my parents money. Any money that we inherit. Any money that I make at my bullshit job where I listen to thought-provoking content such as your podcast and people playing video games. That is, you know, if we split that's whatever. You say your parents money. Reason for getting my parents money's prenup is that that is their money and it's kind of a little secret that I haven't said anything about yet because it's really just up to my parents. My mom got into an accident a while ago. The company that caused the accident

gave her a payout of about a million dollars. Which is not chump change for some people in our situation. Of course not. A million dollars. A generational wealth starter. You know, understand that it's, you know, I wouldn't hoard it. But it's really my parents money. I have no reason to think that we would ever divorce. My fiance's an incredible woman who does so much puts in so much work into our relationship. She's a little incredibly loyal to me. She puts up with my bullshit. I do the same for her, loyal. I don't want to get a divorce ever, right? I don't feel like chasing women is my strong food or interest. Interesting. But that's why in my gut, just get a prenup for this little chunk of change. Like, I can't find anybody else. I don't know. The dating thing is either way.

The abs. It bites on me. Been there. Much love. Please for the love's guide. Can you get to 280 next season? I'm sorry to get fit. Maybe. If you do next time you come to my city, I'll make you a... Listen, I don't need shit from you, mother fucker. I don't need your fucking little bitch-ass to fucking motivate me. Okay? Let's get that straight. Let's get that straight. This a prenup. Prinups in general. Very interesting concept. Because it's like, you know, I don't know. I feel kind of weird about it in general. I see why somebody would do it. Would you get one? I feel like they're pretty... They're very pro women. The prenup? Yeah. They're pro women. I feel like a lot of it is like, if you're like a stay-home mom, you don't get fucked. A prenup? Yeah. Oh, because they have certain... Because we're only thinking of it as a protect your money thing. But it can also be like, if we get divorced,

I get certain stuff. But a prenup basically says you don't get... Or there's a certain amount you don't get or something, right? Yeah. I think the default for a while is like, we each leave the marriage with whatever we had when we started. But there's got to be lots of some occasions. Interesting. I think this... He's basically saying... No sign of a prenup is too... To not give more. Really? Yeah, because right now... I thought it was like, a prenup just means like... Pre-negotiated. And that other stuff was included too. Whatever the settlement would be. Yeah. Yeah. Nups... Yeah, I don't... It's like some agreement about what you would do if you separated. Definitely. Yeah, good... I'm good... Good people to give advice about it. It's probably a million ways you get like, set them up. Of course. This bitch can't have the money in this account. But we share this account or something like that, you know? Yeah, that's a good... I guess I've never thought if I would get one. I just realized. Well, you see moms who are like... Who get half their mansion. Yeah, that's... That's not a prenup. Oh, sorry. That's just they change the laws to do that. Oh, like in certain states again?

I don't know. Where's places? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know what the specifics are. I guess I don't really see what the... Oh, sorry. It's one of those interesting things where it's like... It really shouldn't be a problem either way. Yeah. Like, I don't see what the... Like, if you're really in it, it's kind of the way you buy life insurance. You know what I mean? It's like... I don't want to die early, but if it happens... And it's kind of the same thing where it's like... Big F... Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We don't even know what it could possibly be. I don't even want to sit here and contemplate, but let's just right now come up with like a fair thing. Yeah. I don't think that's that crazy. I don't think it's that crazy. It's slight. I would do it. If I get married, papers on papers. Really? Yeah. So you would want a very specific like, hey, if we get divorced, we just get whatever we do. Yeah. With type situation. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. They're freaking out. Oh, this is not the person I don't have. Boom. I kind of agree. I don't know people. Yeah. It's not even, it's not offence to the person you're with, but I also pay for guys. We like, it's not that romantic, but get that shit signed. Yeah. Yeah, it is a romantic. But also it's kind of, it's kind of like the putting a condom on of marriage. Yeah. We're just stopping from momentum. Yes, and the, but it like what we do it, we go back to, but it's responsible, yeah. Yeah, it's the same. It's not as risky. It's not as risky. Do I want a knot? Yeah. Do we think couples without pre-nubs manage their disputes and arguments better than couples that do have pre-nubs because if you're that guy or that guy or whoever has the more money, you're like, are you barged, are you playing, you're running without, you're flying without a net, you're playing all, you know, it's a battle to the death. You gotta resolve your issues or face losing half your shit.

There's certain thing to it where it's like, you can just be more honest because, you know, it is like just a very frank way to start like your marriage. Right, I think it's a good, that's true. It's like, you, that's a great point. If you care about actually doing it and being like, I don't want you to get half my money but you do it in like a civil way and stuff, it's like, I don't know. I think it says like, this is serious. And you're right. Not that I'm a marriage hound, but. No, no, yeah. I was a commitment. I didn't need that. But no, I swear to mean brothers. Yeah, when you're married, you're going to have to talk, you're going to have some serious uncomfortable talks. Yeah. So why not start with you? You good, Mr. Mr. Mcdonald? I know, take a quick, pissed off. Yeah, you go crazy, buddy. Do you? So I'll come hold your pain. Thank you. I don't need one leg. I'll give you any LP needs to be. Okay. So, yeah. Just talk about it. Tell her about it. It's true.

You're going to have way harder conversations. I also love that he's like, it would be for my parents' money. And also my money. Yeah. Really. If their mom didn't have that mill in the bank, you're getting a prenup. Yeah. Shut the fuck up by your money. I think like, it would be easy for him to bring up. And it wouldn't seem so personal because it is like not his money. It's his family money. Yeah. And especially if he has like siblings and stuff. I don't know if he does or not, but he could be like, oh, look, you know, this is part of like a bigger family thing. Yes, estate. Yeah, it's like the estate. It's business. I need a decision I make on this. I'd want to make with my siblings and blah, blah, blah. The people in the home. Yeah, I think that's fair. It's business. Biotch. Yeah. If a guy was weird with me and I was supposed to marry him, I'd be like, I don't know you. Totally. No, that's a good point. Yeah. If you're with somebody and they handle this exactly the opposite way that you were expecting. Yeah. And you could be like, whoa, do I not know this person? Yeah. I'm like, we go to bed. I'm like, good night. I roll out.

Yeah. I'm awake. I'm like, who am I? Who have I been sharing my life with? At the same time, too, from what he says though, it sounds like he does it like, I don't know. Seems like he has no reason to doubt this woman. Right. Yeah. They're together. She doesn't even know about this money. It sounds like it sounds pretty happy. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, listen, I think in the spirit of like, who cares? You should be able to have this conversation. Have the conversation. I would say maybe do it only for your parents' money. To me, that's a very, that's totally nothing. Right. To be like, hey, I'm getting this amount of money. It's part of the settlement for it. You guys, lean on the word settlement, business, manager, wealth advisor, well advisor, say your wealth advisor, wanted me to do it, always blame someone else, even if you don't have all the risers. Just for this bullshit, do it. Always make someone up. This person's making me do it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Let me talk to you.

Yeah. No, no. And then you go in the other room. You're like, oh. She can hear you. I love this. I need you to pretend that you're from Fisher Investments. It's me. I think I you want for that. Oh, you are really good at that. Improv and Voices. Elder's is a strong suit. Yeah. Hello. Yep. You got to do it. Bye-bye now. Bye. She can hear you. Say it like that. I just talked to him. Yeah. He said it makes sense. We need this prenat. Yeah. Yeah. Hunter, as you see, regulatory code, 13B. All right. Well, yeah. We gave it our best. Pretends me. Pretends me. So yeah, dude, that's the fucking answers. Run it. Run it. I really, once I was working at a telemarketing job that they told us was not a telemarketing job, they would have our managers tap in with us on the call and tell us what to say. So my manager would be listening to what I was saying. They would fucking impractical jokers you? Yes, exactly.

And one time, the guy could hear the manager talking. He's like, is someone telling you what to say? It was kind of kept going. My manager was like, that's my manager. He's helping me. That's my manager. He's helping me make the say like humility. That's crazy, dude. I got puppet mastered. That's crazy. Managers, like, ask them where they can go. Where the restroom for number two is. Swabben's out. I have to say it if he says it. What happens if they don't say it on the show? They fucking jokers. Well, you don't see it, but they have your grandmother just off screen. Yeah, Gundam ever. They ever connected to a battery, a car battery. Please, let's have it on. And they zapper, if you don't say it, you know. Hey, Joe Goddard, yeah, he's like, he's a dick and you're sure to tear it in my pocket. He's a dick and you're sure to tear it in my pocket. Oh, fuck. Hey, around the corner and around the globe.
