- Premium, double-walled stainless steel insulation
- Hate boring, cold coffee? Us too. Our huge capacity kit is vacuum-layered and double-filtered for flavor fuller than a centipede’s sock drawer and a toasty brew for longer. Oh yeah, you even get a mini canister for storing your next caffeine hit
- Keep coffee (or tea) warm for 60 minutes longer than glass. 304 stainless steel is 33% thicker and 20% heavier than the competition. A cool touch handle protects your hands and the spring-loaded, double-screen filter brews a cleaner cup
- Professional-grade in every way. This brewer is tough, durable and rust proof. Unlike glass it won’t break when you drop it (but your floor might need some attention). Your search for coffee that makes you smile every time ends here
- Plunge into next-level coffee. The Gator press is uniquely designed to stop sediment but let the delicious coffee oils into your cup. This results in a rich, full-bodied brew that will leave you grinning from ear to ear. Water becomes magic

It's right here with this coffee gator French press this company sent this to me So I can do this unboxing video. We're also gonna make some coffee in it today So thank you to them for partnering with me on this so I could check this thing out with you guys So let's go ahead and open this bad boy on up right here got nice packaging right here with the styrofoam So it doesn't get messed up and shipping. I love that This is what it looks like coming out of there all nice and bagged up You got some instructions right there. It looks like well. Thank you card Is there anything else in here? Let me just check not I gotta say I'm in for oh no, okay So you got another piece of styrofoam in the bottom you got this little guy Is this like a little coffee pot a little coffee holder thing? That's what it looks like make sure there's nothing else underneath here Oh, yeah, look it's right here. It says free mini travel container and can a canister inside Super cool. Yeah, that's everything that's in there. All right, so let's get into this first of all Just pulling this out of the box. I'm loving the quality here
It's nice. I'm assuming this is like a stainless steel type of container right here Got a nice modern look to it the handle right here goes all the way down through my fingers So I'm able to grab this thing with ease got a nice thumb rest right here on the top Got a good pour spout right here, which we're gonna test out because you don't want to have any Surface tension right there otherwise going to drip down the sides of this once going to make a mess right here But to it's going to get on the bottom. It's going to make the bottom all gross. So let's see. Let me go ahead Pull that on out of there. This is obviously the press right here So this will plunger just plunges down to where you get a good Pressing of the grinds that are in there and of course you have your screens all the way across the bottom right there as well They do give you some markings on the inside for how much you're putting into there It's kind of hard to read from the inside. So it's 0.75 liters or 25 ounces 0.5 liters or 17 ounces and 0.25 liters or
8.5 ounces So I like how they put those markings on the insides you can see exactly how much you need So let's see. Oh wait, let's take a look at this real quick. I so I like this little canister right here It's glass all the way there and you turn that got nice deep threads right there So very easy to open and close Yeah, it stays nice and tight because I don't know if this is like a rubberized type of stuff Or it's the gasket on the inside that's great because they market it as a travel thing So if you're traveling you don't want this thing coming undone on you Also, I like the little window right there so you can easily see how much is left in your little container right here That's super cool. All right, well, let's go ahead and make some coffee. I got my coffee thing right here And I got a cup right here for us to pour it into so we can test that surface tension I Usually drink 12 ounces So it's somewhere and then we'll just do the 8.5. I usually do about a scoop So I'm gonna let a little bit out I'll do like that throw that right on into there
And then I have some hot water. I got this to about 170 degrees Let's see. We want to get it to right about there I think that's what I should have done is measured it from this cup and then poured that into there That would have been a good idea So we have that into there look I'll give you guys a look at what that looks like right on down into there Incorporated well. Let's see. I'm curious to see what they say here because it's not much English The coffee gator French press guarantees coffee bursting at the seams with flavor Expect a robust full-bodied mouth feel and jealous friends. She's tough But be nice to her and she'll look after your taste buds. All right Let's see making your brew fill press or mugs with hot water To warm before use discard spoon Ground coffee into the press or slowly pour hot not boiling water into the press
Stir place on the lid, but don't push the plunger. Okay. Oh I don't have any oh look I got I guess this is kind of be the best thing that I have for stirring It's a for author good throw that in there just to get a little Stir action going This thing works so well Then put the plunger on but don't press it yet. So Push that right on in just like that. Okay Leave for four minutes to steep Geez Louise that's gonna take a while. Well, it's already been steeping for probably a little bit So we'll give it just a couple of more minutes while we read this Spoon foam from the surface and replace the lid Leap for another five minutes to steep and then steadily push the plunger Okay, we didn't put that much coffee in there. So I just don't think it's gonna take that long to steep Pour slowly into a cup and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee
If you find your coffee silti try using a Corsair grind and avoid pouring the last few drops of your brew Alternatively try pouring the coffee without pressing the plunger at all just take care The lid doesn't fall off. Okay cool awesome then they have it in German Espeniel French and Italian as well. So super cool that they've included all that in there. It's like a little cheat sheet guard What's this? Yeah, instruction same type of thing. Okay, telling you how much coffee for how much caffeine you want making your brew Water instructions cool. So it's all the same stuff All right, so we're We're at a waiting moment now As it been let's see. Okay. Yeah, we've been I think it's been long enough I'm gonna go ahead and push this down slowly although I haven't really gotten to the coffee yet because I just did a little bit Okay, you can feel it You can feel the difference whenever it hits the water. So I'm now pushing it all the way through
Just like that. Okay I can't remember if it said that I was supposed to pull but no, I don't think I am supposed to pull the plunger back up Let's go ahead and just pour it in here. Let's see what we got I want to note whenever I pour that surface tension through the pouring. Oh, man. Look at that That's a beautiful cup of coffee coming out of there. Nice slow pour Yes, oh, I'm so excited about this. Okay, let me open this up I want to point out that it didn't there wasn't a lot of surface tension and so it didn't come dribbling dribbling down there I want to pull this up just to show you guys what this looks like so I'm noticing the condensation on the plunge right there So you may want to have like a little rag or something just to kind of clean that off and then taking it up out of here This is what we look like on the bottom where we plunged through Let me go ahead and put that on top of the rag and then I'm gonna bring you guys on down and take a look at the inside That's what's left. We got a little bit of grinded gin there and we got a little bit of water just because I didn't want to have an overflow of my coffee right here
May as well taste that's the coffee if you got a cup brewed right we got to get going this morning Hmm. Oh, yeah, good and clean Hmm Another thing that I really like about this particular setup is that every piece of this is made out of metal This is metal the plunger's metal your metal mesh down here And so you're not going to get like microplastics and all that type of stuff in there That's something that you're worried about so you get a very nice clean coffee if you use a purified water so that you don't have Mineral deposits in there it won't you know leave a coating or anything won't get stuck on here That's something that we have an issue with down here in Louisiana So we have really really hard water and so if you leave water in something you'll start to get some build up on there So if you use a good purified water in these metal containers, this will be perfect This will be awesome for travel to if you want to travel and bring coffee with you It's a great little container that you can keep everything in you have a little do-hicky right here to be able to put everything in
You'll definitely go and grab y'all one of these if this is something that you're looking for Thank y'all for watching. Let me know if this was helpful and dead out
