BEST Pizza Peels?

0:00All right y'all are you looking for the best pizza peel? We have this one right here figured I'd show it off to you guys This is the 16 inch one right here and if y'all find this helpful I definitely appreciate it if you guys click that helpful button on this video As in we grab let me get a clean knife real quick so we can open this bad boy on up and see exactly what we got on the inside here So this is the big mama jama right here. Oh yeah look at that. Oh this looks amazing Wow Okay, first of all loving the size of this like I said it's 16 inches So you'd be able to get a nice big pizza on here I also like this little Lip that they have going on right here on the edge because whenever you're going to transfer your Pizza to and from the oven or the pizza stone whatever you have It'll be a lot easier to get it to slide right on up there as opposed to being like a hard stop a hard edge

1:05Like this right here. This would be you know a hard edge. That's what you don't want So that's gonna make that nice for sliding It does have a nice little hook right here a little hole for a hook So if you want to hang this thing up into your kitchen you could do that as well I mean honestly this would right here is so pretty if you just wanted to have this is like a decorative piece You could hang on your wall and then of course whenever you need it You could just grab it and use it from there This is what the backside looks like right here just nice and flat all the way through and through very Very clean right here. It's very smooth all the way as well They did a great job with the craftsmanship here and finishing it now as far as operating You know you're gonna have your pizzas down in your oven and then you can just simply put it in You know kind of shake slide off to get it to cook into there and then with that lip You'll be able to get right up underneath there to be able to get your pizza out and then what's nice about this too Is that you can use this as a serving board as well?

2:06So you can get your pizza cutter You can cut your pizza right on to here and then you can just take this directly to your table and then everybody can eat from there Eat the pizza that you just cook so that is super awesome. I love that I didn't want to go through some of the things that they had on the back of the box here just so that you guys are aware It says how to use your peel. I'm trying to get it into the shot here But it's too big. It says dust the surface lightly coat the peel with cornmeal or flour to prevent sticking Prepare your dough if using refrigerated dough let it rest at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before baking And confirm by professionals for a crispier crust and then there's the assembling and transferring your pizza assemble on the peel so whenever you have your dough rolled out right here and You're ready to assemble it put all your pepperonis and your cheese and everything on there You can assemble that right here on the pan on the peel and then from there

3:09You can go directly into the oven which is super cool and transferring from the countertop If you assembled your pizza on the countertop instead of on the countertop instead gently lift the edges and slide the peel Underneath and that's what I was talking about with this edge right here So if you did do it on the countertop you just lift up a little bit get it on here And then you'd be able to just kind of scoot it right underneath there which is very nice Move it to the oven carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated oven stone in the oven and then Baking and removing the pizza so it says bake for five to ten minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling Just as you would want it and then it says retrieve with ease Slide the peel underneath the pizza and lift it out smoothly. I like this nice big handle on the edge right there So you can easily get a good grip on this thing to be able to take your pizza out and if you know Maybe kids are doing it or something There's plenty of room here to grab it with two hands as well You've my big dad hands right here able to grab it and you can maneuver it just like this

4:13So that's fantastic as well. I love how big this is right here and then It says you can also use this for a breads fashata flat breads even pies if you wanted to They do have some care for instructions on here, but I can't quite see it. I'll try to read it knife user you can use Metal knives, but they might leave scratches so they didn't want to point that out If it does if you the surface becomes rough you can lightly sand it with a fine sand paper and you're probably going to want to put some Mineral oil on there to be able to protect it You can clean it and wash it with soapy water and just simply using a soft sponge I've done this with plenty of other cutting boards that we have that are also made of wood look Just to give you guys an idea. This is another one that we have and this is what it looks like Kind of after this probably we've had this for a couple of years now and we've used knives on it and whatnot So just to give you guys an idea of what it might look like. It's not by the same brand here

5:18But I did want to point that out to you guys Draw wipe dry immediately and then let it air dry from there So that it doesn't soak into the material here and then store in a dry place and it says to put a food grade mineral or coconut oil on it once a month to prevent it from getting all messed up So do not soak submerging in water can cause warping The peel is not heat resistant so don't leave it inside the oven. That's not going to be good And then do not place the peel in the dishwasher Honestly, this is probably too big to be able to fit into a dishwasher being that it's the 16 incher I believe they might make some smaller ones too So if you guys are looking for a smaller peel you guys can go and check the listing below But before you do that I definitely appreciate you hitting that helpful button right there to let other people know that you're finding this video helpful But you'll definitely go and grab y'all one of these if this is something that you're looking for
