Dana is a woman in long term sobriety, a wife, mother, writer and also hilarious. Listening to her story was so relatable to the challenges of life in recovery trying to do all the things. She discusses her experience with anxiety and overwhelm through her sober years.
Dana shared some of her unique overwhelm triggers and how COVID ramped up her anxiety. This conversation was so fun, and helpful to all of us out there doing our thing. No one's life is perfect sober or not, but so often we believe there are some.
