Oil prices climbed today, Brent crude settling above $99 per barrel. But stocks ticked higher on Wall Street, the S&P adding another 3-10th percent to its record, the Dow up 2-10th percent, the Nasdaq 4-10th. And Donna Wooder reports on a rebrand for Gatorade. For some 60 years, Gatorade's ads have mostly featured athletes, but that's changing. Parent company PepsiCo says Gatorade wants to broaden its reach to non-athletes, like someone looking for a way to hydrate after a long flight or someone nursing a hangover. Food analyst Jack Doggett's research indicates 60% of customers who buy sports drinks are not athletes, but what the functional ingredients they provide. Market research company Sir Canis says unit sales of sports drink mixes rose nearly 20% in the year ending March 22nd. I'm Donna and I'm Pentamus.
