0:00I'm Ed Donahue with an AP News Minute, stocks finished higher, the Dow up 631 points. LaGuardia Airport in New York is reopened. Last night, an air candidate expressed plain crash into a fire truck on the ground. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says the two pilots were killed. There were 72 passengers on the plane and four crew. Approximately 40 people were sent to the hospital after the crash. Several have also been released. Before the collision, an air traffic controller can be heard on airport communications frantically telling the fire truck to stop. That's why it goes to the NTSP. They pressure test it, they investigate it, and then they come out with a report for all of you. But I did want to clarify, I've heard the rumor that there was only one one controller in the tower and that is that's not accurate. Duffy says LaGuardia is well-staffed, but still faces shortages of air traffic controllers. I'm Ed Donahue.
