0:00I'm Ed Donahue with an AP News Minute, stocks finished higher, the Dow up 165 points. President Trump's ultimatum to make a deal with Iran is ticking closer. After Tehran rejected a 45-day ceasefire proposal and said it wants a permanent end of the war. The entire country can be taken out in one night, and that night might be tomorrow night. The president says if Iran doesn't open the strait of war moves to all ship traffic, he will target bridges and power plants. The president claims he has the support of the Iranian people. They would be willing to suffer that in order to have freedom. The Iranians have, and we've had numerous intercepts. Please keep bombing. Bombs that are dropping near their homes, please keep bombing. Do it. The president set the deadline for 8 p.m. Eastern time tomorrow midnight in Iran. A regional official involved in the talks says efforts had not collapsed. I'm Ed Donahue.
