0:00I'm Arsela Sanchez with an AP News Minute. In Iran, U.S. war ceasefire document has been sent to both countries AP correspondent Charles Deledesma reports. Iran and the U.S. received a draft proposal late Sunday, calling for a 45-day ceasefire and the reopening of the Strait of Omuz to a Mideast official speaking on condition of anonymity told the AP the proposal comes from Egyptian, Pakistani and Turkish mediators, hoping the 45-day window would provide enough time for talks to reach a permanent ceasefire. Iran and the U.S. have not yet responded to the proposal, which was sent to Iranian foreign minister Abbas Arakchi and U.S. midi's envoy Steve Whitkov. The officials said, I'm Charles Deledesma. President Trump yesterday made expletive-filled threats against Iran and its infrastructure if it doesn't open the Strait of Omuz by his Tuesday deadline. I'm Arsela Sanchez.
