0:00I'm Marcela Sanchez with an AP News Minute. An air-Canada jet hit a fire truck on the La Guardia airport runway late last night. Authorities in New York say the pilot and co-pilot were killed in the collision. Two port authority employees who were traveling in the fire truck suffered injuries. Here's Catherine Garcia, executive director of the port authority of New York and New Jersey. It is anticipated that the airport will be closed at least until 2 p.m. this afternoon. To facilitate the investigation by NTSB, which has already begun. Audio courtesy, W-A-B-C-T-V. In other news, Iran is threatening to attack electrical plants across the Middle East. It's a response to President Trump's threat to bomb power plants in Iran. Federal immigration agents are reporting to U.S. airports to help with security starting today. Transportation security administration officials have been working without pay during a budget dispute in Congress. That's led to hours long waits for passengers. I'm Marcella Sanchez.
