0:00Good morning, I'm Ed Donick, you with an AP News Minute. President Trump made delay his China trip due to the Iran War. Treasury Secretary Scott Besson explains why. A postponement would not be as a result of any ass from the President not being met the postponement if it happens would be because the Commander-in-Chief of the United States military believes that he should stay in the United States while this war has been prosecuted. The President is pressuring China to help reopen the straight-of-form moves and ease soaring oil prices. China receives about 50 percent of its energy needs from the Gulf, so there was a discussion of that. But these are economic talks, we're not the State Department, we're not defense minister to defense minister. Besson is downplaying rising oil prices, prices are lower so far today. China says it is maintaining communication with the U.S. on President Trump's visit. I'm Ed Donahue.
