Iran's top diplomat says on social media, the straight is completely open for all commercial vessels and will stay open during the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon. Minutes later, the President posted the straight is ready for full passage last night. I will say the war and Iran is going along swimmingly. The President in Las Vegas. It should be ending pretty soon. Until then, he says this morning, the U.S. blockade of Iran's ports will remain in full force and effect. Sagar, Megani, Washington. Oil prices drop more than 10 percent to about $83 in barrel and stocks are racing toward another record. Despite the ceasefire and Israeli drone strike in Lebanon killed one person. The Lebanese army and UN peacekeepers report sporadic artillery shelling. I'm Ed Donahue.
