Donald Trump is the same word that came to my mind to describe this whole AI regulation scheme. It's a hoax. So what's going on with this whole, we've got to regulate AI right away, or it's a 10% chance that'll kill humanity.

2:01To understand the origins of this, you've got to go back to 2024, December, and an incredible interview that I've played for you before with Joe Rogan and Mark Andreessen. Mark Andreessen's a billionaire who was a top 10 Democrat donor and fundraiser responsible for raising or donating over $80 million to the Democrat party. He made a lot of that money investing in startups, AI, cryptocurrency. When he started noticing something alarming, these companies were going bust, not because they weren't the most promising, upcoming, most innovative companies, but because they were being debanked by the Biden administration. They couldn't do business because they couldn't transact. They were being given a pet designation, that's a designation that the Biden administration used for politically sensitive people and that a banking effectively shut their businesses down. Well, in the interview with Andreessen, Joe Rogan asked him,

3:02well, what do these people do? Nothing. They had to leave the tech industry and then over the years, keep applying for bank accounts in hope that the Democrats would eventually forgive them for trying to launch a company outside the trusted circle. And he says, until then, well, they're just so well. It was later explained to Andreessen on a visit to the Biden White House that this was the Democrats plan only three to four really powerful AI companies would be allowed to exist. That's it. I think was very alarming. We had meetings this spring that were the most alarming meetings I've ever been in where they were taking us through their plans and it was like, what kind of can you talk about it? Basically, just full government control. Like this sort of thing, there will be a small number of large companies that will be completely regulated and controlled by the government. They told us, they told us they just don't even start startups, like don't even bother. Like there's just no way. There's no way that they can succeed. There's no way that we're going to permit that to happen. Wow. Yeah, this is already over. It's going to be two or three companies and we're just going to we're going to control them

4:05and that's that. Like this is already finished. Oh my god. Well, then when you leave a meeting like that, what do you do? You go and do your strut. And that same Joe Rigg and interview, Andreson also said, I'm paraphrasing, but we're going to basically wrap them in a government cocoon. He was told by the Biden administration, we're going to protect them from competition. We're going to control them. We're going to dictate what they do. Think about it, the most powerful software in the world under the control of a multi trillion dollar deep state run by Democrats in answering solely to them. The censorship regime that they ran embedding the FBI through backdoors and Twitter, Instagram, Facebook looks rink eating compared to this. This is total power. This new AI safety legislation is just a repackaging of the program. They told Andreson about in 2024, a program that scared him so badly, who switched political

5:10parties. Look closely at the Bernie Sanders legislation and you can begin to see the problems. There's no safety plan in it. You know, to keep AI from allegedly killing the 10% AI is going to kill all of humanity. So what is there then? Oh, an exemption from US antitrust laws that creates a monopoly, a 20 year prison sentence for anybody else who tries to create AI and a what Bernie Sanders calls corporate death sentence, the immediate end of their business. So in recent weeks folks, you've seen the news of, oh no, another AI escaped. What are we going to do? All it have to turn out, particularly with the Anthropic AI, that was actually essentially programmed to do that. So what this does is award sole ability to create and innovate AI to the very companies

6:11whose AI escaped. But blocks those who don't have AI escape incidents from making AI. Does that make sense? Meanwhile, AI CEOs are authoring essays about how we need a pause. Well, at the same time, preparing their supposedly dangerous AI for an IPO. In other words, taking their company's public, which is it. It's either going to kill all of us or we're going to sell it with lots of investors. Now, by now, I know how your mind is working. You're thinking, well, why would these AI bosses volunteer for regulation? First of all, most of them are entrenched hardcore Democrats. They wouldn't mind censoring for the Democrat Party. And by censoring, it's not going to be like anything you've ever seen. With the control of the algorithm, they can simply make Republican ideas, conservative ideas, conservative influencers, and hack even candidates and campaigns simply disappear down the algorithmic rattle.

7:12So it would make them overpowerful, but the real problem is this. Think anthropic, for instance, they lost an estimated $5.2 billion last year. Because while they've been very successful at developing next generation AI models, they have not figured out how to monetize them, but they've got a ton of investment dollars that have been poured in. The problem they have is AI, particularly the source code and the weights is super accessible. And that's led to innovation, like take Latham and Watkins, the nation's second largest law firm. They're building what they call an in-house AI stack to run on world class and video servers that they now own. So as a result, when the company is done creating its own personalized proprietary AI, the company will soon have open weight models to confine to. Along with infrastructure, only Latham employees can access why. They want that edge in court. This is industry-specific, highly company-specific AI.

8:14So Latham and Watkins doing this, particularly if they are using open source AI code and building on top of it, well, that's money that the big AI giants aren't making. What they would rather do, and what this Bernie Sanders below would do, was make it illegal for Latham and Watkins to possess this AI that they write themselves. They'd instead have to buy from three to five, especially chosen AI firms who could then charge whatever they want. See, that's the financial problem that anthropic and the others have. They don't have a definable market, at least not one in which people are willing to pay enough money for them to pay back the investor money that they've used. The Bernie Sanders legislation creates one by barring everybody else from creating their own and forcing them to buy from just a handful of companies. If you're thinking, wow, that'll kill innovation. Yeah. Well, that give the Chinese an upper hand. Oh, you bet it will.

9:15Because while the big AI companies might be the best at AI, lawyers like at Latham and Watkins are the best at knowing what their industry demands for success. Now don't kid yourself. I'm sure there's people out there who knew the politics and you well, wouldn't Republicans control this when they control the government? Do we control the FBI? The DOJ? The CIA? No, these agencies continue to answer almost exclusively to Democrats even when we're in charge. Heck Cash Patel can't even get Intel from in his own agency. Whistleblowers have to leak it. And usually not to him, by the way, they usually leak it to Senator Charles Grassley. And then Grassley is able to find out about illegal things that are going on in the FBI have already going on. And then he tells Cash Patel because why we don't control these agencies. And this whole AI cabal, it'll be the same way. So, folks with this tool, Democrats can not only censor by simply making things disappear. They can begin to dictate the culture itself.

10:18They can dictate what movies and shows survive and thrive and which ones you never hear about. 12:21want to see the records. They want to see what happened to their information, their account. They want to see if Democrats bullied their content out of existence. Guess what? The door will be slammed in their faces. Well, national security. We can't show you the algorithm. So sorry to give you kind of a rough estimate of what it would feel like. I know AI kind of like this already. It's Google's AI. Not the AI where you ask questions, but the AI that controls the search results. I've been doing this for years and here's how it goes. Big event occurs widely reported all over the internet. Well, years later when Democrats reference some other big event, you're like, wait, that's hip or critical. Do you remember back when and you go to search for it? And it's nowhere. You can't find the links to it. Why? Because it makes Democrats look bad now in reverse. In other words, as you're looking back in history.

13:21So something that might have been widely reported at the time, not particularly controversial, simply disappears. You put in the exact headline and a daily caller article you're looking for and it pulls up a New York Times article instead that doesn't have a similar headline, but is on the same topic. Let me give you another example of how reality is altered when I was coloring this Darlene Graham versus Ralph Norman Senate race. In the beginning of the Senate race, you could go look up the name of the Democrat pack that was spending millions of dollars trying to elect Darlene Graham. They must have somehow gotten a heads up. She was really a Democrat. And you could find it on Google openly identified both by Google AI, but also by articles and other things as a Democrat pack, a Democrat run pack. Well, after a few weeks of hammering it on the radio and it becoming a problem for her, suddenly all references online, at least on Google, to the pack being Democrat disappeared

14:21and were replaced with the word by partisan. I actually screenshot it both. I thank God I screenshot it the first one. Then I got the second so you could see the way reality is altered and you left sputtering and insisting to people online, but but but but no, I can prove it. It's a Democrat pack. That's the world will live it. Darlene's history itself, which mainly exists online, is altered in real time to erase the past, recreate a new past, a new record. Folks, I can't even describe what this would be like. And again, folks, this gives China a total upper hand. One of the things you'll notice about the Bernie Sanders legislation, it doesn't bar Chinese AI. And the AI of American law firm, Latham and Watkins or whatever other company wants to create their own. To catch that? Understand that the Democrat party is now a subsidiary of the Chinese Communist Party.

15:21They pump hundreds of millions of dollars into it every year via Nebel Singham. It funds most of their grassroots activities or a lot of it. So all these people, the Democrats, the AI guys, they don't care if China eventually wins. Just want guaranteed market share for their next reporting period. Want more examples? Okay, look at what the state of New York just did. On behalf of the Chinese Communist Party, flat out ban on new data centers. That's absolutely a thank you to China, which the New York Times remember, acknowledges that China is now largely determining the outcome of Democrat primaries in New York City. That's how powerful they are. That's a one year ban for now in New York. But it shows clearly Democrats want to have it both ways. They absolutely want China to win the AI race. But to the extent that there are AI companies here in America, they want to control them. And I think they naively and mistakenly believe that China will appreciate their efforts and that they have merged with China.

16:23And they're one entity now. That's not the case. China will crush them the second that it can get the upper hand. But Democrats will never see that coming until it's too late and they've turned the country over to China. Who they think right now is their fellow Communist traveler. Tech Titan David Sachs had a couple of questions for inthropic co-founder Dario M.O.D. If the unreleased models are scary enough that you think you should slow down, I support your decision to be responsible, David Sachs, right? But stop pretending. You need anyone else's permission. Stop pretending antitrust law has to be suspended so you can form a cartel. Stop pretending. You need a regulatory approval process that supersedes product liability. Stop pretending. You need evaluators to police competitors who aren't even at the frontier. And again, the ones they want to police are the ones making their own internal AI products that are not at the cutting edge of the frontier, but are innovative and work great for industry. They want to force them to buy antthropic AI instead.

17:27By the way, for those of you who are constantly on the lookout for the beast system, you should know where this legislation came from. Bernie Sanders didn't write it. The bill was actually drafted in London, written by a group called Control AI, a two person UK lobby shop who's only publicly disclosed funder, led anthropics series A, and invested in it. What does that mean? This is a world wide effort for control. It's not just a Bernie Sanders Democrat party, US effort for control. Again, what is this? The basis for one world government. You don't need a one world president or one world building. If you've got one world AI, you can rule the world. Folks, say your J wrote this. Imagine Congress passed a law, letting a federal agency decide which companies could manufacture printing presses. You know, back before the internet, every first amendment lawyer would call it prior

18:28restraint. This bill is that statute, but applied to AI. The resultee writes two or three federally licensed corporations remain legal. And every open source model, so think Lama, Mistral, Quinn, Deepseek, GPT, OSS, Enoch, becomes classifiable as regulated at the discretion of new cabinet level federal agency bureaucrats. Again, folks, it's total control. Now consider this. He writes the five original first amendment pillars, religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition all now run through the AI mediation layer. Is that layers captured all five fall silently at once? Folks, the only remedy here is this. We have caught to win in 2028. We've got to keep hold of at least one house of Congress at a minimal.
