America faces a choice. This is Battleground America. Here's Terra, Serveshes. Folks, understand what should stay in this race to control the US Senate? Until the summer, we were not supposed to lose. Until this summer, the Razor's Edge was in the house. The question was, would Trump lose the house? The Senate was never in doubt. Until the big GOP packs in the Senate, the Senate GOP packs what they do, folks, is they hoover up all the donor money with the promise, hey, we'll protect the Senate. While they're doing something we've never seen before, openly starving, the key race, the key state that will determine if we control the Senate. At first, no one caught on. While James Talleriko and the Democrats quickly caught on, we weren't spending.
They spent $31 million on ads all summer. When they started, they were three points down. Maxston was in the lead by three points. By the end of the summer, polling showing Talleriko in the lead one to three points. That's with $31 million will buy you. As sharp-eyed folks on X started realizing the Republicans are trying to hand Texas to Talleriko. Now, you got to understand how this works, okay? Trump's got $450 million in his MAGA ink pack to protect everybody. House Senate. Meanwhile, the Senate fundraising apparatus, it's basically three big packs, has hoovered up $550 million to protect the Senate. One problem, that money is controlled by the few nasty Rhino-globalists left, namely Senator Tim Scott. Mitch McConnell, he controlled the Senate leadership fund. That's about $300 million.
They're sitting on, well, he's basically dead, brain dead anyway. So that means John Thunes operating it. And then John Thun has another fund, rounded out. They're at about $550 million. And it's just sitting there. And nobody noticed till the end of the summer, folks, they'd still be starving, Paxton, and trying to defeat him. And I'm talking about the Democrats. I'm talking about the Republicans. The people on X didn't notice and go wild. Now understand what this really means. A, Democrats need the Senate to pack the court. They can't pack the court without it. But B, these are six year Senate terms. Understand this. Three of our Supreme Court justices currently sitting of the six appointed by Republicans, currently sitting on the Supreme Court, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Lito, John Roberts. They're all over 70 years old. Thomas is almost 80. And the guy controlling over $300 million of money, John Thun, the unfortunate majority
leader of the Senate, a big open borders globalist, even admitted in a Fox News interview, we have to win Texas to control the Senate. Texas is an incredibly expensive state. And obviously one that we need, we've got to hold. If we're going to keep the United States Senate, if we're going to keep a majority in Martha, what Texas that is, we absolutely have to win that race. So we absolutely have to win Texas if we're going to control the Senate. How much has he spent? Duffing, not a dime. His pack did some polling, but that was it. Actually, I correct myself. He did spend some money in Texas, more than $40 million trying to defeat Ken Paxton in the primary. And when globalist open borders hacked John Cornyn lost, well, Thun just decided to screw you guys. You gotta understand where these Bush globalists are coming from. There aren't many of them left and they are enraged. Why? Because thanks to X, Republicans are figuring out they Republicans and they're throwing
them out one after another in primary. Senator Cassidy, for instance, came in fourth. He's toast. Mitch McConnell's open borders globalist replacement defeated in Kentucky. That's two. Tom Tillis? He didn't even run again in North Carolina. He's done, especially since Trump vowed not only to not endorse him, but to defeat him. Cornyn in Texas got whooped by 28 points. And John Thun, well, he can see the writing on the wall. This is his last two years in the Senate. He ain't got make it in South Dakota. He's already got Scott Pressler who flipped Pennsylvania registration wise from blue to red vowing to go door to door in that state. That would terrify you. You're not going to overcome that. There aren't many better organizers in the entire country. John Thun is done. And now we're in a hostage situation because John Thun and to some extent Senator Tim Scott, he only controls about $58 million in the National Senate, the Republican Senate, the
Senate, the committee. He's refusing to spend a dime either in Texas and understand the stakes here, folks. Um, you're talking about potentially three elderly justices who will need to be replaced. Well, that's, that's again, they're not two year terms like the house. They're six year terms. What the hell do we do when Clarence Thomas dies? They don't give a damn. These guys are determined to punish conservative primary voters who are now figuring out who they are and how bad their records are. Take Cornyn, for example, corner votes for the Democrats a little less than half the time. That's what Republicans. So we got a hostage situation. We've got damn near half a billion dollars donated to keep the Senate and it's being held hostage mainly by John Thun and, you know, with an assist from Senator Tim Scott who insisted that actually Ken Paxson should help him raise money, even though he's not going to spend a dime for Paxson. Now don't miss this incredible time in our Republican. This story, because man, this story is a, this is a thriller.
We've got the Republican Party largely refusing to do the one damn thing Republicans are supposed to do elect Republicans. Yes, Ken Paxson is not as popular as Greg Abbott, the governor of that state that won 10 points, double digits. But Ken Paxson also just whooped a guy, John Cornyn, by 28 points in the primary. Why? People in Texas saw the Bush machine partner with the Democrats to try to impeach Ken Paxson. And the vast majority of Republicans in that legislature ultimately saved him on basically fake Trumped up charges that enraged people. And Paxson was being punished by the Bush machine for daring to run against Peabush, Peabush outspent him six to one in the attorney general race and Paxson whooped him in that two. So Paxson's run state wide and these rhinos know he can win. That left last week, Senator Ted Cruz, the other Senator for Texas putting out ads begging
for money for Paxson, while half a billion dollars sits in their accounts. Well if the Republicans don't want to be Republicans, enter Elon Musk, who gets the stakes here. Here's former Washington Post political reporter saying that Musk is going to pump in between a hundred million and two hundred and sixty million into Texas because Republicans won't or in Trump's case can't. Now he's already dropped ten million on Paxson. And anywhere near enough. But again, that four and a 50 million that Trump has has to take care of the whole country. That's why we have half a billion dollars sitting in the Senate fund to protect the Senate again across those three packs. Okay. Enter Elon Musk. Here's why former Washington Post political reporter Mark Halperin. Four sources familiar with this situation say that Musk and his people are now talking about spending a lot of money in Texas, a lot of money, including a figure from one of my sources that is the number that Republicans have said repeatedly.
If Paxson's to have a chance to win, this much must be put in. That figure is a hundred million dollars, ladies and gentlemen, not all on television. Some of it for organizing. I'm not here to tell you I've got three sources saying a hundred million. I have one source saying that. I've got another source saying 50 this month, just this month, and other sources saying that Musk has transitioned from saying he wants to support the Texas ticket primarily through ground game and that he's also going to spend by television. Okay. Now I have a lot of lines out and I suspect that during the hour we spend together, I'll know more and I'll see you also at eight o'clock Eastern time with my God bless Elon Musk. But understand Musk is in purely doing this out of some desire to be free or even love the country. Never forget. He's trying to say out of prison where the Biden DOJ you'll remember twice tried to send him. In fact, the Wall Street Journal did an outraged column after the Department of Justice
under Biden announced the second time that they were looking for new charges. That's right. They didn't have evidence of a crime. They didn't have evidence for charges. Elon Musk's attorneys had just beaten the DOJ on their first attempt to frame him and put him in prison. And they were then the DOJ doing interviews where they were vowing to find another criminal charge. They could use to put him in prison. Of course, this is because he refuses to censor for them on X and kick the FBI out. Wall Street Journal is saying, wait, we know we can't do this. This is kangaroo court stuff. Okay. They don't put him in prison. Keep in mind, France is demanding that he be sent for questioning because they have a criminal case against him and have for years for refusing censorship on X. The UK is asserting their right to extra-eyed Americans for trial because he is in violation of their online protection act. He won't censor for them. Well, now this week, this is all connective folks. Australia got into the game with the head of Australia.
Albanese threatening Trump saying, look, we're on the verge of passing this censorship legislation and American social media will censor for us. And by censor, they mean Americans. They're not talking about Australians that goes without saying. They're demeaning the censorship of Americans specifically around migration issue. So we would no longer be able to say we don't like illegal immigrants. They're raping and killing people. You can't say any of that. Thanks to their new law. As Australians, they argue might see it and get violent or something. Albanese specifically wants Americans censored, but I'm understand this is a criminal law. He wants Elon Musk arrested and extradite. So folks, again, understand when Elon Musk spends this money, he's not just trying to save free speech in the country. He's trying to stay out of prison and he's admitted as much. Imagine every time your business makes a sale, inventory updates and invoices created,
customer records are updated, accounting stays current. Here he is, doing an interview with Tucker Carlson back in 2024 and saying he's not wrong. Hey, if Trump loses, I'm going to prison. If he loses, man. What? You're f***ing dude. What? If he loses, I'm f***ing. It does seem that way. You get to be like, you get to be like, yo, I'm like, how long do you think my prison
sentence is going to be? Well, I see my children, I don't know. Because it's not like you can say, well, yeah, I maxed out to them, but you know, I get on stage. I'm no possible in liability. No, no, and I've been trash and compelling on stop. Oh, I know. Now, understand if you're new to this podcast or my show, Musk is not talking about going to prison for actual crimes. He's talking about Democrats framing him to send him to prison to get Twitter out of his hands because he refuses to censor for them. By the way, all this could go away for him if he would just censor for them. That's the irony. Now what do we find out about the star program, folks? Do you remember that podcast that I did? At first, it looked like the UK's top prosecutor was saying, hey, you know, we, we have the right to extra right Americans for trial for speech crimes because if they're on social media, they've committed a crime in the UK. And we have an extradition agreement with America.
And remember, at first, it looked like the Democrats just weren't fighting this while we later find out through the star program. They were actually behind it. That's their plan instead of trying people for speech crimes here, which might lead to a lot of violence against them. They'll simply extradite them for trial, probably starting with Elon Musk. So that is where Elon Musk is coming from, folks. He understands the absolute peril we are in right now. In fact, Musk said in announcing some of the spending he's going to be doing, America is toast if the radical left wins. And Musk is smart, folks. He's not going to turn this money over to the Republican apparatus. They'll fritter it away. He's running his own voter targeting voter registration and get out the vote efforts specifically in Texas. In other words, and this is the incredible part. Remember when he did this in Pennsylvania and flipped it red? Personally, this is a guy who in his spare spare time, in his spare time, he saved free
speech with X in his spare spare time. It is doing all of the work of the Republican party at the grassroots level, the voter turnout and registration level that the Republican party is actually supposed to be doing, but sucks at. And he's better. One guy doing it in his spare time than the entire party combined. That's where we are. The problem is that the Senate leadership wasted so much time this summer that Talleriko has got a lead now. We've got about seven weeks left. And one of the problems that the Helper pointed out there is that after Labor Day, this period we're in, the ad rates went up. So we're going to have to pay more because we didn't reserve any air space, ad space, and the Democrats will have bought up a lot of the ad space. We still got digital. We could do that. But folks, this was an absolute bid. And what it was, folks, was to say to conservative primary voters, this is the message from Thune. Yeah, I might be going down in 28. I probably won't survive a Republican party in South Dakota, you know, primary in South Dakota, but I'm going to punish you guys.
I'm going to show you that if you don't vote for open borders, sovereignty, ending, globalist rhinos, then guess what? No money for your candidates for conservatives like Paxton, who by the way, he's going to be an awesome senator if we can get him in there. Your sentence, primary voters, according to Thune, you lose. You lose the Senate and then after that, you lose the Supreme Court and after that bill or rights. Now Thune, of course, will end up in a jail sale next to all of the rest of us, but he just can't see that, which led to a remarkable moment last night at that Republican rally in Texas, John Thude, who folks, he should be the second or third speaker, okay? I mean, he's the majority leader of the Senate, not given a speaking slot. Can you imagine? I mean, how divided this party is, not giving a speaking, giving a speaking slot. And folks, that's not just our grapes. You don't want to put Thune up there.
We will lose votes every moment that he speaks because he's so hated. And why is he hated? Well, you'll enter Elon Musk again. Nobody knew how bad this guy was until X. Here's the famous tweet by Elon Musk back on March 13th of this year, failing to pass the Save Act is an act of high treason against the people of America. So Musk has caused a lot of Thune's problems because Musk has 224 million followers. Anyway, all of that led to two remarkable moments yesterday. Anna Polina Luna, a popping remember of the House on the Republican side, not the Senate of the House, demanding that Thune be excluded from the rally. I don't think he should be here. She told the Washington Examiner, he's the reason we don't have Save America as in the Save America Act. Folks, here's the thing. If we pass the Save America Act and route the the Democrats ability to cheat, I think
we win the House and the Senate. But remember, Thune spent 300 days blocking it up, bottling it up in committees. They couldn't even vote on it. Then flat out lied about having enough votes for it. He keeps saying, well, we can't overcome the filibuster. Yes, the modern filibuster as constructed about 15 years ago by Mitch McConnell, the original filibuster. Yeah, we got the votes for that. You only need 51. You know, the one we've used since the founding. We've already had a vote to advance the Save Act where we got 50 votes. And of course, JD Vance would be the tiebreaker. Thune knows that. Anyway, Luna told the Washington Examiner if he'd gone on stage, I don't think he'd be welcome. Folks, this is the guy who controls half the money for spending in these races. Bottom line, the Republican Party is ripping right down the middle. By the way, if you live in the South Carolina, know this, Tim Scott does not have as much
money under his control. He are Senator. He heads the National Republican Senate, but he's got 58 million bucks. He could easily pony up 20 to 30. He simply refuses. Well, that all led to this insane moment. Donald Trump acknowledging John Thune was in the audience. He gets booed by his own party. And John Thune is here for the Senate. Where's John? Where's John? John is, John is working hard. He's got great opposition. He's got great opposition from the Democrat Schumer and these guys are terrible. Great opposition. He's working.
He's got great opposition from the Democrat Schumer. He's got great opposition from the Democrat Schumer.
