1:00And today, well, yesterday he tried his first nap at daycare And it was not successful We were called in Like called in Well called in to pick him up because it just wasn't working He was keeping the other kids away So today he managed to stay through the nap Did not actually nap but at least stayed through So we're seeing slight improvement And we are hoping tomorrow progresses Because well, I don't know much longer I can just, you know, deal with it It's rough, I do get it You know, I don't, I don't want to get too personal here with you way But sure You know, I, Way is very closeted about his life And sometimes I've got to follow through Instagram What's going on in your life And I understand that you got

3:02Give a book that you don't want And it just kind of works that way Some people have adopted this method Or format And used it for other things Like toys Or toy cars In this case hot wheels Which is like a big passion now of myself And my kid that You know, we both share And so we saw one of these pop up In our neighborhood And we got really excited In fact like it went right after dinner Just like like you know, take all of Oscars Like spare cars Went to it And it ended up meeting the owners The people who just set it up And they did such a fantastic job Shout out Trader Clay here They did such a great job of building this thing There's like, there's lighting in it Like they just, this was a summer project Between father and four year old son That just was wonderful And like my kid got so excited for it I got so excited for it So like we donated a bunch of like our old cars You know, Oscar took a few And we just had like a great interaction And this kid was so excited You know, to see like who was going to

4:03Who was here And it just like a lot of stuff This like a wonderful interaction So that was great All right The next day We followed their social media by the way So at Trader Clay is where you can follow them The next day We learn through The social That this woman This adult has drove up And they have the security footage To the to the box And basically taken every car Without leaving anything Like you just walked the cars Cleaned it out A grown-ass woman Right And this Mind but was also Completely believable This is not the first time it's happened This thing hasn't even even been open for a day Or sorry, a week You know, like in in in the first day this happened Like there's has to be someone that's following this person on it Like they had to have found this on Instagram, right? Like how else would they know about this? Just like driven past it and maybe like saw it All like three cars I'm going to take it And who knows what what she's

5:04And this is what we do with it I wouldn't think you could try buy and realize what that even is But I mean Anyway, so I mean I didn't mean to put this person on blast on the internet I'm kind of like not that upset about it So honestly the most disappointing thing is that like This was a wonderful project To teach children about like sharing About community And already twice They are having to teach More of a terrible lesson about like The crediness of like humanity You know what I mean And so I don't believe it Leave it to leave it to adults to ruin Like what what are for the kids this I wanted Yeah, they made a water poster But it's a wanted poster where they have cropped out this woman's face So it's it's sad it's sad it's really sad And it's like And like you have to take like the little joy that these kids would have And it's like no we're just going to go We're going to literally clean out the

9:07And then we go to The heels was stokely with FTR night Fletcher and Calis And the FTR are going to be 12 time champions after all out Night and Kyle Bragg about their win over the young bucks last week And mentioned that they Will be the contenders against the winners Which later we would learn It will be Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight Against Darby and Steven Borden At all out as well So Steven Borden will get his first paper match next weekend as well I think Christians you know, hold heel Dad stick Continues to be the thing that is making this version of edging Christian Interesting and very different from any prior incarnation of them And they're continuing to use it to I think very effective Degree especially here in an interaction with Steven Borden Maybe most notable for me though was the fact that Cop Was wearing an all-dude shirt And are you familiar much with with the meme John? I don't know how up you are on Is this from the the Ricky Starks segment?

10:08It is That's what it comes from I don't know I didn't know that this was a meme that has taken on Enough to warrant a shirt But I saw that AW is selling this shirt now It's really just kind of taken off over like the past week or a little over a week And yeah, it's referencing I mean at this point I'm pretty infamous You know promo between Adam Copeland and Ricky Starks That really just kind of went out of hand Improvised and I mean we all remember it We all remember it It was a very uncomfortable promo where Yes, Copeland Resorted to calling him a vanilla midget in the in the man in the It starts come back with something to the degree of like I don't know like that really set me off edge And thus the Adam Copeland Disappointed Response of all Oh dude Which is now I guess become a thing Reference recently by Ricky Starks with a photo of a spilt coffee Then others from both companies have taken including Kyle Fletcher including Dan Housen And now AW has decided to monetize it maybe smartly Well you can sure you can surely bet this would probably put into WWE wrestlers referencing it perhaps

11:10Well That takes us to our opener the eight man with Copeland Cage Darby and Borden against Kyle Fletcher Kevin Knight and FTR was stokely on commentary Tony Shavani says that these are eight of the best in the world Just very nice to Steven Borden He should I don't think he should he really should not have said that about Borden like that Devon out of the eight yes of course but I I mean he certainly overstepped with it would have been a tougher line Is it these are seven of the best in the world and Steven Borden Well that's the gimmick though isn't it Yeah I know it out for like You could have forwarded it in such a way that he these are seven of the best in the world And Steven Borden is going to have to keep up with this elite level of talent or something like that Because yeah he was quite the overarching statement for Steven Borden I thought tonight AEW did a very good job of really hammering home that this event next week Is sold out for all out like they constantly brought that up

12:11And I do think there is something to just you know this event coming up like Tell your business successes and this is a success for them when What they were facing here in the marketplace and I thought they really Drummed that home throughout the broadcast and they didn't have to like really kind of hit it over the head that we beat the competitions Latest threat against our business if you know you know and I think simply like you know like celebrating your own success With the subtext for people who know of what it means to the greater sort of like war between the two companies I think is is the best way of everyone got the message without them They didn't need to state that and they it was just simply done as a promo tag as You'll have to buy it on pay-per-view if you want to see this show and it just makes it feel like an important show like we're We're sold out and you know by the pay-per-view So we get a coffin drop to the floor and Darby is caught by Cash and Knight who hand him off to Kyle Fletcher for an apron bomb and Darby eventually makes his way to tag

13:12Steven Borden who just starts throwing his right hands hits his big drop kick to Kyle and then does the leaping drop kick to Kevin Knight on the apron But my favorite is that he starts delivering forearms as the crowd chance Steve with each strike Connecting and Steven Borden is like he has clunky, but it works. It's like yeah I this guy should not look polished this guy should not just blend in and I There's something about his offense that I really like it like he's got You know there's obviously like there is Something that that he has that can stand out even in a match like this and it's his doesn't stand out in a bad way It's his vertical leap name namely, you know and and which is very impressive It's everything else to like I mean he's the son of sting. He looks like sting He he he looks like you know male model all of these things help but also having a very legitimately impressive

14:14Looking drop kick leap frog these are things they're enough for them to like build everything else around as like these sort of you know Garnish around what is otherwise a relatively green wrestler But because it fits the story we can accept the green wrestler because he's exactly what the role is supposed to be Copeland cage and Darby are sent to the floor and dax super superplexes Borden and then the other three all come off the Other turnbuckles ending with a UFO splash from Kevin Knight, but incomes Copeland and Darby to save Borden then kicks dax away as he's trying for the scorpion deathlock onto Borden and he gets sent into a chair shop by Christian Knight then springboards Into a Copeland spear which was not time perfectly But it was enough that he hit the spear after night planted his feet There's a kill switch to cash on the floor and the coffin death drop by Darby and Borden and Borden for the second week in a row Gets a victory pinning dax harwood in 1433 and then cage offers his hand to Darby

15:16But then grabs his TNT title and puts it in the air and Darby just grabs back the TNT title Yeah, they're they're not like half-assing this kid's push now like he's not the only one responsible for the win like he's he's a he In some ways he's it's almost just kind of convenient that he's there for for the victory But the visual is him pinning a veteran like a dax harwood and therefore you are still seeing The credibility being built among steve borden and this is an experiment to me that like is quickly becoming to me one of the most compelling things about Like today's AEW in that this is a company that calls itself and actually like backs up the idea that it is all an elite wrestling So it seems like no place for a beginner like a steve in borden yet There's throwing in him then him in there with like Sharks of the industry here and he's not drowning like he's actually looking pretty good in my opinion Number one like he's able to keep his composure, which is I think the great the maybe the thing you look for the most on

16:17National TV you're in there with Hall of Famers. You're in there with people considered to be the best in the industry at the moment And he's not crumbling like that in itself is already a deceitman. I think his work also like while it's not flashy He can still like look convincing in his ability to take bumps. I think his like Body languages is decent his intensity is pretty good. He doesn't have that bad hesitancy that like during the headlights look Yeah, and and I think they're also they're being very smart Why putting him like in a tag with Darby in an eight man here like they I don't know what a 15-minute match with steve and borden would look like right now. You should not know what they should not be putting them in 15-minute matches There's a reason for that like that. How show yes like you like in training absolutely But like on national TV. No like you you this is despite what Darby Allen says This is still very much training wheels right and it was very effective for staying who is also a very vulnerable character It's just as effective right now for steve and borden they they two weeks in a row

17:18They created very compelling matches and I've noted this pay-per-view match is going to be maybe even better than all of those So yeah, this is this was great I was also really interested in seeing like a lot more of cope and fletcher here I didn't know that was like an interaction that I was really wanting but maybe it's just the fact that like There may be similar in height. I mean the fact that like you know fletcher kind of has like a very rainy or look Maybe makes makes it feel like that much more of a sort of recondyl natural pairing for for cope in the future September on the post wrestling cafe We're going to be presenting two editions of rewind away as we go back to February of 1997 to review the in your house Final four pay-per-view then we're coming back to chat the slammy awards of 1996 plus this month there's several big shows and we will have reviews of triple mania both nights from Las Vegas and from Mexico City Plus it's cml's 93rd anniversary with John Pollock running down that card plus UFC 331 new japan's destruction and Kobe book club and so much more

18:19Including the excel versions of rewind a raw dynamite and smackdown join now at post wrestling cafe.com They announced that uh, well we knew this next week is going to be a three-hour episode from Indianapolis with the collision tacked on or a one-hour collision tacked on to dynamite Chris Jericho against Nick Wayne is next on death writers promo is oh sorry We had the death writers backstage moxley explains that osprey has has been targeting him and that's a bold move He knows how hard this road has been for osprey and just because you have the belt around your waist doesn't mean you're the best Kind of does doesn't Um, I mean this is in line with like maybe maybe the moxley death writers thing is in it like they they they both they hid the belt Like when he had it It he i guess that was meant to maybe indicate that you know He cares less about the physical belt and more about like just the actually being the guy being the ace, right It it falls

19:20There is an argument to be made that just because you have the belt. You're not the ace of the company Yeah He said that will is gonna inspire kids for generations with what he did it all in and said I never asked you for anything I wanted you to lead and this is where it's always been headed He says how Gabe kid and pack they want me to just tune you up in a garage and Kid goes on this uh this big diatribe of just murdering osprey And pack says it's them against the world and there is a clear line between the death writers and the united empire Yeah, I think kid is which kind of to me screams blood and guts right there. It does 100% yeah I also am fascinated by like you know pack having more of a speaking role now and like you know Through this glance at John Moxley at the mention of Osprey You know, it's it's pack insinuating that Moxley has gone sought through this osprey relationship And they're teasing some descent here and I'm glad to see pack finally like maybe take a step up in like presence and

20:21Maybe defined role within the death writers rather than just like you know like like a guy in the group So they are at least teasing some form of tension between pack and and Moxley and I'm kind of curious to see if we are at the point what Moxley fully turns baby face and somehow exits the group So then we go to Nick Wayne and Chris Jericho and Wayne goes to the eyes early on and he tries for a Spanish fly off the apron which Jericho prevents He's not taking that one on TV He hits a DVD on the edge and then we get the roughest looking Destroyer I can recall seeing where Wayne comes off the steps and tried to do a destroyer to Jericho and it was so off that ex caliber burst out laughing witnessing this I was like Let's let's make sure no one's dead here from this thing because um Jericho just got compacted here and didn't get like over for this destroyer

21:22During the break taz admitted that when he was Nick Wayne's age he had a very bad attitude Wayne gets in control. He's uh he's being cocky. He's mocking Jericho lands a swan ton with Jericho draped on the middle rope on the edge And then comes off the top and it's caught with the code breaker and Wayne blocks a walls and Jericho hits not one but two Top rope Ranas from opposite corners goes to the Judas effect Wayne ducks and hits Wayne's world and Jericho kicks out And then we take things to the next level because Nick Wayne's necklace gets ripped off And he sells this to the degree that all of a sudden this this necklace put the Friendship bracelet of sea on punk to shame because this guy was distraught over this necklace and Then Jericho does a roll through and he grabs the legs like he's setting up for the walls But instead he ties the legs and basically does like a a dolphin clutch and catches Nick Wayne in

22:221354 and Wayne is still after the match. He's distraught and it seems more over the necklace as Jericho offers his hand Wayne turns him down and then he kicks the rope into Jericho's balls And he uses the necklace to punch Chris Jericho. I mean just damaging stuff here And then he goes and delivers a pair of chair shots to Jericho at the end I hate this necklace. I hate everything about it So they like here on commentary you Taz early on was trying to establish the sentimental value of the necklace to Nick Wayne and I don't know if like they just decided hey like we're gonna build this match around the necklace today Because like none of the build or at least like Wayne's promo on Saturday Didn't really seem to indicate any sort of sentiment old value to the necklace beyond just like no Jericho's netted joke about it. That was it. We never thought about it on Wednesday on Saturday Wayne said I've taken this necklace all over the world girls have swiped right on me wearing this necklace There's nothing about like the deeper sentimental value of the of the necklace that was established at that point

23:26You so like you kind of had to has do that heavy lifting here and maybe it wasn't enough I'll also say like I mean, I think Wayne's acting here like awful was was was not very good. No, no, it was not but I do think like I enjoy the athleticism in the match, you know And I think as as like a a Chris Jericho match having to match the pace of somebody who Jericho looked very good in this match The youngest or amongst the youngest on the roster like you have to continue to credit him for at least even a green to take like half what he took He went all out here and this crowd was really into him like it was it was not a huge crowd But they didn't make noise for a good portion of this show and they really saw Jericho as a star here like he got Like a very good reaction in this match like the match worked until like the necklace stuff really lost me It can take you out of it, but I do I do like you know appreciate me Perhaps the idea of the spot in that like he took the necklace as a way to distract Wayne I mean the story is the veteran teaching the young guy who thinks he knows everything that he still has tricks

24:28And the trick was I'm going to take your necklace to distract you to set you up for the walls and beyond that like I I saw it more as like Wayne trying to counter the walls and Jericho recounting the counter with that stack pin Which I again, I thought like exemplified you know the the the power of experience over youth again really well I prefer to think that super delphin is coming in as Jericho's partner is he's even wrestling now You know you could you could you could Tony con could get a date on on super delphin sure I'm sure if he if he was really you know It's 58 he though like Years got a decade left. Yeah, years of matches that he could still Pump out if he is so yeah, Jacob veterans both of them yes, absolutely So we go to um Well ex-caliber explains that Mercedes Monet is not going to be cleared for all out But she will be cleared for Russell Dream on October well October 17th is Russell Dream so what they're going to do is willow night and gale against tecla at all out and the winner will face

25:32Mercedes next month and we go into a promo package from both and tecla calling herself the last real bitch alive And she's the only one of the three who is not injured and how willow blew it at all in so it's willow working with her broken hand against A hundred percent healthy tecla Yeah, interesting interesting that like the person going into all out somehow is cleared before the person Emerging out of all out, but I mean it did thank goodness. I think willow, you know is able to recover and is still as hot Well, why is willow cleared? Um, I guess the handry isn't so bad. It's broken They've explained that she was able to wrestle with it at all in and you would assume she'd be able to pull out a similar performance And all I know I'm not a doctor. I don't know if the hand is sealed better than than the nose Yeah But they have they've already built Monae tecla so hard. It's really difficult to think of an outcome as anything but tecla winning No, I think it's way too early to go back to willow and Mercedes and Yeah But it's fine as a way to set that and this should like does make sense that you know willow is not at a hundred percent

26:37um So Renee is with osprey and draughty and akira with osprey again little brother in calumnumine referring to him as such that he runs the united empire And there's new members including and draughty and he tells and draughty whenever you're ready to use the contract I'll be ready and a kira cuts the spirited promo in Italian when osprey states he no one understands Italian Tell him some of those words I taught you and then all of a sudden a kira screams Let's kick the shit out of the death riders and When I first learned a francesco a kira it was watching this all japan I don't know what color reality show because it was just following these Young all japan Doge guys in the all japan dojo and it was like the most respectful calm Francesco Akira doing like neck bridges when he was like 18 and to watch him here What a what a progression the man has made seriously. Yeah And I feel like we're seeing a different side of him in a w then

27:41What I've personally seen him in in in in in in new japan in that like in a w He's very much a just sort of like your underdog like undersized likable underdog with great spirit and he's made several appearances But I don't know if he's that he's that much talking you know exposure So this seem to be their chance to like maybe give him some voice and Giving give you his defining characteristics and that seems to be hey He's Italian everybody so he only knows how to speak Italian and he speaks it He also speaks Japanese very fluently, but I don't think you you got to hear that here um But it was fine like it was a fine way to like get people to like francesco a kira Which was very you know important for the main event time So he passed the audition He is a hundred percent getting signed come on like the amount of focus they gave him on this show Yeah, I mean the guy was in the main event. Oh my god. 29:49Page's buckshot gets cut off as strong lands on backbreaker onto the barricade And the beach break to bandito is blocked and bandito does this one arm press onto orange into a cutter There's a stun dog to bandito and then the orange punch angle slam from roderick brodies in for the save and then orange lands He basically gets on for like a piggyback onto hangman and starts riding hangman and swinging his arm So then page reverses he gets on oranges back and does the same to uh he was not smiling whereas orange we got a smile out of him um orange starts delivering the weak kicks to brody and roderick lands a flying need a brody and then he shoves Cassidy to the floor and then gets caught by a buckshot laryette for the cover in 13 minutes and 22 seconds. So Some follow up here with roderick and orange Cassie. Maybe he was he was sick of this uh orange Cassidy offense That seems to be the implication that I think like you know has has sort of been showing itself through

30:54Like a number of matches recently recently now between the conglomeration like it's just it's roderick strong getting sick of the silliness from orange Cassidy So I'm that maybe is interesting to see what follow up they'll they'll have because are they teasing Roddy now defecting from conglomeration or they teasing a heel turn of some sort I mean they're showing some sort of evolution in the relationship and I think a loss here like certainly furthers that But otherwise it was a really strong like well coordinated you know what trellis match that served as like a good appetizer for Your new level sword versus brody don page match. Yeah, I mean roderick looked very good in in this match and It was a very good trellis match like this is now a division that is It feels like this division is finally getting fleshed out where it's not just we've got a great set of champions and just Make shift teams to face him. It feels like there's a bit of a division that's forming now where there's anticipation being built It's it's not just like you're sort of placed that possible answer guys on the undercard. This actually feels like an attraction, you know

31:58They recap the collision tribute show for Andy Williams and showed Daniel Garcia winning the battle royal And that took us to tamaso champa who faced miles hawkins who uh Made the most of his 60 seconds of television time. He was dragging out Well first we had a in set promo from champa Wanting an international championship shot against okada and laying out the challenge hawkins is just delaying by To take his jacket off and when he finally does he's leaning in the corner and we get the shot from the camera on the floor as Champa takes this guy's head off with a knee. It was an awesome shot and pinned him in 52 seconds Which was like 45 seconds of this guy taking his jacket off and then five seconds of this running knee. I really like just the The camera angle here in totality this entire segment was what like I don't know like two minutes And I thought they did such a great job in that time of number one announcing the match setting up the challenge and just

32:59Giving you a strong showcase for tamaso champa in two minutes. They they they were very affected This is the champa. I I want to see in a w the guy who is just a killer and like You know like I think for a smaller guy to get this sort of like squash match Treatment on dynamite to me means more than like seeing just a giant do it because you kind of expect to try and to do it With champa I again, I think it's it's more rare and again. He could use this sort of like Killer instinct sort of build much more especially coming off of like they weren't I can't say like the Jericho He was bad like I thought the match was certainly over delivered But it didn't really help to establish champa as as the killer you want him to be in fact There are moments where it took him several steps back What was the thing Tommy Tommy's mommy? No, Tommy's mommy. Yeah, it's still gonna take some time to love that one down But yeah, and also kind of baby faces champa for this program with okata a bit yeah Swarve and new level are introduced by shavani and they're coming out for a segment

44:22His way to the corner getting away from pack and tags andrade and we had all these different combinations osprey is in there with pack Moxley would come in and Chokes mox or chokes osprey who lands on his feet from a suplex and hits a liger bomb Akira then takes out pack and kid with a moonsault to the floor springboards into a cutter on moxley They were I mean this is just like the AEWA with a lot of these top guys that's like the guy that's taking the fall we're going to give everything to this guy and really like You could argue like akira was like the foe like yes osprey and moxley is the big match You're building to and that was the ultimate focus But men like number two was akira here and really showcasing him So he is in there with moxley He moxley ducks the fireball and kid kills him with a lary at all six are in and moxley just boots akira And akira powers up with strikes and you have moxley like Putting his hands up in the corner. He's going down from these strikes from akira

45:24I want to see a john moxley akira match before like do that on tv next week Could happen. Yeah, what's it? What's his new to new Japan schedule like don't they have like They have the destruction in koe koe card But that's not till a week after the Chicago show. So he's I think he's free and clear for at least until the 27th Um, so then there's a paradigm shift to akira kid pulls osprey out and hits the drill a whole pile driver on the floor And rade is taken out with packs poison rana allowing moxley to hit another paradigm shift and the death rider Submitting akira with the bulldog choke and he won't let go after the bell rings He keeps reapplying the choke until and rade enters attacks the death riders Conners and thinly join in and they're questioning how can osprey deal with this numbers game And they wrap the chair around akira's neck. They're going to murder him when osprey returns hidden blades to everybody Saving akira and that is how the show goes off the air with the francesco akira show

46:27It I mean He was very effectively utilized here as again the the underdog and I mean he he's he comes across as tremendously likable You know in these sort of like situations where he's getting beaten up and of course like it takes great Heels to draw that out of a great baby face and I love this team of like moxley with kid and pack I think Gabe kid is such a great addition to the death ratters I mean like he he has been for a long time But now that he's like actually fully on board And you get to see him in this sort of combination in a trio's match He just feels like such a great fit that to me elevates the sort of like Intensity and the sort of like House It makes the group look even more scary than then it usually does because I think kid is like really conveys wildcard A whole lot more whereas like I think the others act on the level of nobility Kid comes across as the type who's just like Sadistic and evil and therefore like he's the type that I I think you can strongly oppose

47:29John moxley with eventually because you know he he Moxley carries the level of of sort of morals that I mean Gabe could just like Convincingly not fully abide by and so I look forward to that. I like kid was awesome in this match And I thought like yeah Akira was very well utilized I really like the interactions between moxley and an osprey So I I'm probably like looking forward to it But more importantly, I think I'm really looking forward to the potential blood and guts match between united empire and Death dogs riders whatever Yes, which they've announced pulling guts for the first week of november so You know, they've got you know a month and a half and that can certainly that would make the most sense this far out as well But I really like dynamite tonight mainly I thought they did a really good job of like osprey and moxley is the unquestioned Main event of this show. They're putting a lot of focus on that But the card itself we are now up to seven matches with

48:31The AW championship match the three way ladder match with cage and copeland FTR and the young box and no young box on the show tonight Brawling birds against divine dominion in the Chicago street fight for the tag titles Swarve and the new level or the demand against hangman and brodito for the world trials belts Tecla against willow night and gale in a number one contenders match Darby and Stephen Borden against protojet Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight are they going by protojet have they used that name? That's not what's officially here in the graphics. So okay, I mean it could be that might be someone's at it and Ocata against champa so shaping up to be quite the show and might I add that after some 34 matches this year Super dolphin just wrestled three days ago. 49:34Perhaps why not I think that Can always find a spot for for him on this on this card as well. So it's already looking like a terrific card Honestly like if the goal is to try to maybe match the sort of like can't miss Excitement the AW who is established for the paper views. This is already hit that Like made event looks great. I mean you got a TLC match, you know here With arguably like two of the greatest teams currently and co-op and Christian who I Are certainly need to be there for that reason Champa there are going to be ridiculously high expectations for the this ladder match. It's going to be like and I guess they have not announced Jack Perry and Samoa Joe for this show. I guess the challenge wasn't made for all-out But no, it would make sense to be on this card Well, it could be more of a TV thing like if the promises like Jack Perry getting beaten up by Samoa Joe I mean it could be either could be either but yeah You're getting plenty of other matches. I'm sure is there anything else on TV that's that's been teased that hasn't been announced
