Advanced Training for Athletes and Amateurs with Jason Yee! 827
About this episode
Jason Yee has extensive work experience in various industries involving health, fitness, and performance. Jason founded Train 2.0 in February 2017, an incredible hockey teaching platform that I have arguably benefitted from.
Growing up in a small town in British Columbia, Canada, Jason was determined to make it to the NHL. When he wasn't scouted at the age of 18, frustration turned into determination, and then into an obsession with finding a better way to learn and develop as a hockey player. That obsession led Jason to study kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, where he graduated near the top of his class for his thesis on player selections and the process of making a hockey team. He later put his training and research to the test by playing professional hockey in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
Jason is also the founder of his newest project, Arrow Supplements, who produce a Magnesium Bisglycinate supplement, which is the most absorbable, most researched, and most recommended magnesium. Arrow Supplement’s mission is to cut through the noise of the supplement industry with honesty and simplicity.
