It's Six Eastern, three o'clock Pacific, coast to coast and around the world. I'm not a doctor, but I have a PhD in recognizing bullshit when I hear it. From the America Out Loud Talk Radio Studios. American people are not feeling very loved right now though. They're not feeling heard by the Biden administration. It's time for the Truth Be Told with Booker Scott. Well, we were finally here. It is Tuesday night, debate night, and we have Donald Trump and Kamala Harris on stage together on ABC with ABC moderators. It will be interesting. You've waited for it and it's finally here. I'm Booker Scott and this is the Truth Be Told on America Out Loud Talk Radio. Thank you so much for joining us here tonight. And we have been waiting for this debate. We've talked about it quite a bit here on the program.

Matt Palombo and I did last night, sort of giving a preview of our thoughts and what we thought would happen. I'm not going to do that tonight. I'm going to leave you alone and let you watch the debate. But I do want to talk about some things that may happen after it. I want to get into that here in a few minutes. But before we get into that, I want to get into what happened yesterday on Monday in our nation's Capitol, the Republicans finally released a report on what happened in Afghanistan in 2021. If you go back to August 2021, and this is the time when the 13 American service men died at Abbey Gate. And we talked about that last week on the anniversary of that because Donald Trump went to Arlington National Cemetery and then that whole thing blew up with the cameras there. And the Democrats said that he was making it political when he was invited by the 13 Gold Star families. So I did talk about that during that anniversary.

But then here comes this report from the Republicans after thousands of interviews. And it's been a long investigation by the Republicans in the House of Representatives. There have been many different investigations through the years as we are now past three years from the debacle. That was the Afghanistan withdrawal and just to remind you a little bit about what happened that you had the Taliban that came across the entire country of Afghanistan. And they did it really, really fast along the way. The America, Joe Biden and the administration, Kamala Harris, they decided to leave Bogrum Air Base, which was a very important strategic air base for the entire region of the world. Not only that, but it was also very strategic in getting people out of the country. But they left there and the Taliban kept moving across the country and they decided, okay, we've got to get out of here. I don't know if you remember that, but how the State Department at the time was saying we have more time.

We have more time. They're not moving that fast. And the Taliban moved so fast that it caught them off guard and they were flat-footed and they made some really bad decisions. But the State Department and the Biden administration continued to lie to the American people about what was going on in Afghanistan and what happened. Well, they left over $80 billion of military equipment. I don't know if you remember that. It was shocking to me. It was aircraft that were left there in Afghanistan. And just for the Taliban, the Taliban now have all of that munitions. There were goggles for night vision goggles were left there. A lot of military equipment was left in Afghanistan during that debacle in August of 2021. Well, the Republicans finally come out with this report and here's sort of what it is. And you have 13 dead Americans. You have 100 dead Afghans at the abbey gate that happened in August 26, 2021.

And there's been many hearings and interviews that have attempted to understand the reasons that the Biden administration made such a mistake here. And the House Foreign Affairs Committee released the report. It officially came out on Monday. Some of it was coming out on Sunday. And the report says that Biden prioritized, quote, the optics, unquote, and misled the American people. He was more concerned about how things looked than how things actually were. The committee chair is Michael McCall and he was on face the nation on Sunday. And he said it could have been prevented if the State Department had done its job by law and executed the plan of the evacuation. They left these 13 servicemen and women hanging out to dry. And that is a quote from Mike McCall here in this report. The report shows Biden administration officials made public comments that were not consistent with the reality of the ground.

The Republican report highlights Kamala Harris's role saying she was in lock step with President Biden behind the scenes to withdraw the US troops. The report places the blame entirely on the Biden administration while the counter report, which was released by the Democrats, it's the opposite. Democrat ranking member Gregory Meeks accused McCall and the Republicans of pursuing a predetermined partisan narrative about the Afghanistan withdrawal. It asserted that the Republicans' partisan attempts to garner headlines rather than acknowledge the full facts. Well, the State Department also released a report in June 2023 that placed some responsibility on both Donald Trump's administration and Biden's administrations. Now, keep in mind that would be the State Department of Joe Biden that did that report in June 2023. But it also detailed damning shortcomings by the Biden administration that led to the deadly and chaotic US withdrawal from the country.

After nearly two decades of America being there in Afghanistan, here is some from Mike McCall, the Republican who led the committee. There was no plan. State Department bylaw has the authority authorized by Congress to come up with a plan of evacuation known as the neo. State Department wholly failed in that responsibility. Don't take my word for it. The fact is the plan wasn't even initiated until a Taliban had overrun Kabul and were on their way to the embassy when Ambassador Wilson charged with coming up with the plan and initiating it. Flood to the airport, H. Kaya, leaving his employees behind, leaving the Afghan people who put their lives on the line behind thousands of classified documents just like a bar room, $7 billion of equipment and bar room.

He leaves his troops behind what it carried. What happens after that? So you hear there, Mike McCall talking about what happened when they had to leave Kabul and the American embassy was left and just abandoned with papers and other things there, leaving Americans in harm's way. This is what was in the report that was released on Monday and here is more of representative Mike McCall. The Taliban is put in charge of the first checkpoint to check American citizens, Afghan partners and allies and the women and children left behind. The Taliban is given the authority to say no, you cannot go behind me. We have the testimonies of the beatings. If they got passed there, then they had our consulates very few, by the way, then what happens on that tragedy?

Perfectively. When you don't have a plan, you plan to fail. This was a failure for everyone, but especially these families standing behind me. And he is referencing the 13 Gold Star families here and the 13 Gold Star families. Some of them had something to say about this obviously. It was their children, the ones that pay the ultimate price. So let's hear some from a Gold Star mom. I don't want this to happen again. All this was because of this bad administration. I told you, don't be red, don't be blue, don't hate a person. Read, read, please. This past three days I have been reading the report even when I was in some of the hearings and just the way that they lay it down and makes you understand all the mistakes that they actually did. Our kids' lives matter. Matter a lot to us parents.

And for they are trash and they are replaceable, they are not for us. My granddaughter is never going to enjoy a day with his uncle. This nation has to be aware of what happened and they need to be people accountable for all the mistakes that they did. So there's a Gold Star mom there talking about this report and you know she brings up a couple of good points there at the very beginning. She talks about don't be red or blue. It doesn't matter what I need you to do is read. And that's really important. We have to read things for ourselves. We have come to a point in society where it's very easy just to see the headlines and we believe from that headline that is the story. Well, the story is the story, not the headline. The headline gets you to the story. Unfortunately with the way things are now our attention span is so short and we move so fast that all we want to do is catch that headline and that's what we believe to be true.

I think she made a great point there. Let's read. Read. Please read. I know people are trying to make this political the release of the Republican document here. This report came out right before the debate, which happens Tuesday night. And a lot of people are saying this is political. Kamala admits to being the last one in the room with Joe Biden. But it's more than that. Isn't it? It's a point it had to come out. And it really is more than that. It's about these American lives. And it's also about not making the same mistakes again. If we don't learn from our failures from in the past, then we're probably going to repeat them. That's the whole reason why we want to learn history. I think that mom made some good points there about reading read read. She said it doesn't matter about the politics. It doesn't matter red or blue. Just read. Can we be honest with the American people about what's going on here? This is political theater. I'm going to call out both sides right here.

This is representative Thomas Massey from the state of Kentucky. And he is going to be talking about continuing resolutions. Right here. It's the end of September already. Every year we are supposed to have 12 appropriations that are done. Our government is supposed to be funded with a budget that is approved through Congress and signed by the president. That takes place before the beginning of a new fiscal year, which starts October 1st. Here we are October 1st. And like I said the other night, there have only been four budgets in the last 70 years in America. Congress is most important job, but they can't do it. They're getting paid $200,000 a year. They're creating generational wealth and they can't seem to do their most important job. It's all posturing is fake fighting. We all know where it ends up. This is Groundhog Day. I don't care if the Democrat is the speaker or Republican is the speaker. We always get a CR in September and then we get an omnibus. Sometimes there's a twist on that. We might get the omnibus before Christmas, but if we're not good, it comes after Christmas.

But that's what's going to happen. And in the meantime, it's political theater. We've got some, it's good theater. We've got great writers. I wish they just come up with a new plot. It's the same plot every fiscal year. And it is. We've talked about it here on this program for at least two years now. Every year. I say in January, well, coming up in September, they are supposed to have this done and they haven't and they won't. And they don't. Every year in Thomas Massey is saying this and it's all political theater. So what is going to happen? They're going to try to attach that. Save act to the continuing resolution and a lot of people in Congress are encouraging that they say do not pass a continuing resolution unless the save act, which is the law that the Congress passed the House of Representatives passed that makes illegal immigrants show that they have. Or excuse me, it makes someone prove they are a U. S. citizen before they vote, keeping illegal immigrants from voting. That's what the save act does pass the House of Representatives. It's been sitting in the Senate. Now they want to attach it to the continuing resolution. Here is Senator Mike Lee from Utah. Here's what he's telling his constituents and people on social media.

I'm Senator Mike Lee from Utah and I need your help. If you agree with me that non-citizens shouldn't vote in U. S. elections, I would like to invite you to join me in supporting the save act. The only way to pass the save act is by passing it with the spending bill. The House of Representatives is going to be voting on that spending bill with the save act attached on Wednesday afternoon. Please, if you agree with me that non-citizens shouldn't vote in U. S. elections, reach out right away to your representative. So your member of Congress in no uncertain terms to vote for the save act by passing it with the spending bill. Thank you. So that is what is cooking in the House of Representatives this week and eventually it will go to the Senate. If it passes, I don't know that it will pass the House. It has passed in the past. Wait a minute. It has passed previously. What about that? Maybe that works a little bit better than passed in the past. But it has passed in the one hundred eighteenth and it's set there in the Senate and didn't do anything. And now the Republicans have this leverage. They have the leverage and are they going to use it? Will they have the intestinal fortitude to use it?

And I've talked about it before. I think it was Friday night show about politically. What does this mean? And what could it mean for this election? That will be the interesting part. How it is spun. And whether Mike Johnson actually does it. I think I think he will. I think he is attaching it to this CR, this continuing resolution. Well, we get to the debate Tuesday night and we've talked about it in a preview on Monday night. So I'm not going to do that. But let's talk about what happens after the latest polls for Donald Trump are encouraging. It looks like I think the swing states at this point. The polls are going toward Donald Trump more and more. And I kind of knew this was going to happen. Kamala Harris can't keep hiding and not explaining her policies and the issues. And that brings us to the debate. So what happens in the debate? If Donald Trump wins. And by the way, it is ABC that is doing this. At least the moderators. You'll be able to watch it everywhere. But it is moderators from ABC.

You have Martha Raditz. You have George Stephanopoulos and David Muir. Those are the moderators for this. So none of these people are going to be, you know, pro Donald Trump. And in fact, I saw that David Muir had his reporting on as an anchor on one of the networks. 100% of the stories about Kamala Harris and she started running for president have been positive 100% of them of the Donald Trump stories. 93% have been negative. So that's who is moderating this debate. You know, you can expect that you know what's going to happen there. But what's going to happen if Donald Trump wins. And if it is obvious. I'm talking about obvious like June with Joe Biden. Joe Biden in that debate. If that happens, Kamala Harris is in trouble. And Kashbitelle put out a piece the other day. And it was really interesting. I want to talk about it because maybe it's a possibility.

If Kamala Harris bombs Tuesday night in the debate. And the polls are going to go the other way. There's no good. There is not going to be a way that Kamala Harris can win the election. It looks like it's, it's over for them. He suggests at that point that is when Joe Biden will resign the presidency so that Kamala Harris can become the president. And then that gives her power to do some really crazy things going into January when Donald Trump would be sworn in as the 47th president of the United States. You know, I've been one to say that it's going to be pretty bumpy between now whenever that was back two or three or four months ago. And the election on November 5th. It's been pretty smooth so far. But I've also been one to say it may be more bumpy from November 5th to January 20th 2025. And I think that's what Kashbitelle is bringing to our attention. We'll have to watch. Let's watch the debate together tonight. We can talk about what happened tomorrow night as we have a live X space and we get it from the people. We get a pulse of the people. What did you think about the debate? If you would like to join that live X space, you're.

Right at the top of America out loud dot news are the words. Any voices one freedom united in the first amendment. Now is our time my fellow Americans America out loud dot news liberty and justice for all. A couple of big issues that are going to be in the debate on Tuesday night. Of course the southern border what is happening there with illegal immigration. I know so many of you are fearful that a lot of the illegal immigrants are going to be able to vote coming up November 5th. We just talked about the savac there in the first segment of this hour and they are going to try to attach that to the continuing resolution.

Well there has been an effort ongoing for a while now to register illegal immigrants and they are doing it at doctors offices and clinics. I don't know much about this but we want to get into the conversation. I'm going to bring in a physician working physician and her name is Dr. Cat Lindley. She knows what is going on with the Democrats. What they are trying to do with the illegal immigrants and how they are registering them to vote at clinics across the country. Dr Lindley welcome to the program. Thanks for joining us. Thanks for having me today. Let's see how we can fill in some of those holes. I kind of just hit the high parts of it. We go back to 2021 and that is when an executive order is signed by Joe Biden and that sort of starts the wheels in motion to where we are now. Yes and actually even before the executive order we have this organization both ER that was founded by Dr. Alistair Martin

who was in emergency physician from Harvard Medical School and he was even advisor to the vice president Kamala Harris. It looks like he was a White House fellow that was placed in her office and currently he's also an advisor to HHS. So you have this organization both ER whose mission is to sign up people to vote. And interestingly go ahead. Yeah I'm just curious why does someone in the medical field like him who is right up there with Kamala Harris as one of the top advisors in the country when it comes to medical issues. Why is someone like that concerned about registering people to vote that's sort of odd isn't it? Well it is and I had a friend who sent me this thing that says like epic which is the electronic medical records partner with both ER and then and I also very not recall from Washington tree beacon and they really dove into this.

So supposedly people have done research that if people both that they're happier. She thought was like really kind of a weird thing to look for. So there was this story about Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute where some physicians were signing up. And helping people to sign up the vote have to make clear they're not signing people to vote but they're giving them resources to sign up to vote to make it easy for them to vote in. In the name of a psychology to make people feel better so that's where I guess they're trying to bring in the health part of it. So that's why I think it's a better because you vote than let's by all means make it easier for people to vote and to do that we're going to supply resources to help them vote and that's where things get a little bit crazy I think when it comes to vote ER and we're saying VOT ER is the name of this that this doctor the one that worked with Kamala Harris as a top advisor in the country.

So that's what the business is and as Dr. Lindley said this was started prior to the executive order but then the executive order is signed the Department of Health and Human Services gets involved with it and now we have really we have what doctors offices and walk in clinics all over the country that are now signing people up to register to vote is that what's happening. So like you know even going back to this. Psychiatric hospital in Pennsylvania initially the patients who were getting discharged but then they continue to do it even for the patients who are staying in house and then when you dig more into the story supposed to there's 50,000 workers positions for signing people who are helping people to sign up to vote and they're doing this in NICU which is a neonatal intersecretary unit they're doing it in in oncology centers they're going to do the psychiatry institutions so if you listen to the geriatric places.

Wanting a ties all of these institutions together if you have to really guess it's vulnerable population right if you have a parent in NICU who are worried about their child. Do you really think that helping them sign up to both is going to make them happier yeah makes no sense it really makes no sense but anyway so you have this about the yard which is supposed to be. Nonpartisan nonpartisan 513 who has helped more than 50,000 doctor registered their patients to vote they have a badge with QR code you click on the QR code I mean you know look at the QR code it takes you to a link to the vote to you are and then there's a question is as do you want to check your voting status or do you want to register to vote if you go to register to vote it takes you to another page which is. done by the what's it called turbo turbo vote turbo vote yeah yeah and when you look at all of these organizations whether it's VOTY ART turbo vote democracy healthier democracy the things they have in common is people who are funding them and according to the article in the Washington examiner.

Some of their funders to come from that you know dark money and yeah and so you have to wonder what is the purpose of all this and why do we have physicians facilitating people to sign up to vote and then what happened is sometime earlier this year they partnered with epic and epic is electronic medical records. Now epic electronic medical records is probably has a huge share of the market every state has a governmental institution federally funded programs have epic has a huge market share so what happens when people install epic in their institutions you can choose which modules you want to have. So there is a module that's called equitable care strategy handbook it was updated January 2nd of 24 and in that module there are two pages to talk specifically how you can integrate links to the VOTY AR into epic so you know it tells you like when you put patient in a room when you ask them like social questions you know they're married they feel safe at home this year.

And that you can ask them are they registered to vote and let's say they say no then you can show them this badge if you have a badge with QR code that will take them to the links to help to for them to register or you can also embed the link that they can find when they leave the office or I don't know if you have what the M.R. your doctor uses but lots of patients can get can reach their charts from home. Yeah, you can kind of log in a medical portal so they could be links in your portal that says oh if you're not registered to vote click on this link it will help you register. So if everything was on up and up right and everything was great and it's helping patient why doesn't it just take take you to vote that work which is like isn't that the father federal funded yeah that would make sense why doesn't have to take you to a turbo vote why do you have to have this third party. Facilitator that can get your demographics your name your address and they do say on their website that they don't share that with anyone but the agent the agency that kind of stirred them that way they can give back the data to the.

Whoever you know use their link yeah so anyway my but beyond all this beyond all of these that you and I just talked about. I do not need to know if my patient is registered to vote to give him the care that my patient needs. Yeah what business is it of a doctors you know other than the mental health aspect of it that to me it sounds like somebody is trying to sell somebody something you mentioned a couple of things I want to go back to. Number one was the 50,000 health care providers. That are signed up with this and then another thing that is really strange you mentioned the psychological hospital in Pennsylvania that is using this to sign up people and some of the people are still there in the hospital it's not just being discharged at the moment of discharge are they signing people up for this but they're people that are still under care that maybe don't have any business. To be voting in the first place it there are a lot of holes here that really could be exploited I guess and that's the concern isn't it.

It is and the other thing if you and everyone should go to like this it's a Washington free beacon and it's under elections. And it talks about me the little known activities group that has tens of thousands of doctors registered patient to go this the article it was published in August 6th 2024 just for reference. But an interesting thing that this article talks about actually I just click on you and I were talking the group even this vote you are who even has scripts the doctors can use to encourage undocumented patients to register their friends and family members who are citizens to vote. So if you click on and they the reason I like this article is because the article gives you hyperlinks so you can click on the hyperlinks if they say something they give you the hyperlink to look up and give us give us that again it's the free beacon is that what it is. It's called Washington free beacon okay and then look there under what heading was that that you looked under it's under elections and it was published August.

So now we have sort of the picture coming into focus if we could we have a wide open southern border we have the Department of Health and Human Services involved with this and of course we know that the American government the Biden Harris administration is offering free health care to all illegal immigrants and then they are funneled into these doctors offices who then are giving a script. To say if you would like to register to vote here is how you do it and it is against the law for someone that is not an American citizen to vote and I really doubt that the people that are being told by someone of authority a doctor in a white code saying that here is how you register to vote that these people that are new to America are going to have any idea that they are not supposed to be registering to vote they're being told at every stop to register. Well I do want to make it clear this clip actually tells tells them if they have a family member or a friend who is illegal citizen how to register to vote they are not telling the illegal immigrants to register to vote.

immigrants okay to register to vote so I need to make it clear yeah but in my conspiratorial mind I don't I just don't believe that it's going to stop at legal immigrants I I think if you're providing that information to people that you know they're going to get home and in where they're not paying rent for to live someplace in Chicago or Los Angeles or New York they're just going to say hey here's this app here's this way. I'm not going to go to the website we can use it and they let us register to vote and so anyway that's the way my mind works a lot of time so I know you don't want to go there but I don't mind going there. Well you know and for me again it just goes back to something you said doctors are in this authoritative position and you know inserting yourself into the civic duty and feelings that our patient has has nothing to do with. Medicine and one of the concerns I have there was a tweet and I think this was a parody to be to be fair.

I actually do have a copy of it but it sounds like it was from a parody account that the tweet actually said actually let me go looking up for you because it was like so shocking I was like oh my gosh. Well and you know there is a lot of truth in parody there's a lot of truth in jokes a lot of times sometimes that's the best way to get truth out and I'm not saying that's the case here at all but you know it's it's used a lot in joking around and in parody that we get the truth and I'll give you time to find that I actually got it and you're like me you have a hard time saying X I still say Twitter as well I I tweet I tweet all day and I do it on Twitter even though I try to direct myself and say X it doesn't happen. I know I'm the same way so there's there's a tweet and then there is a response to this post I'm going to be better okay so it's from authorized personnel. It says when Trump supporters come to my office at the Mayo Clinic I love me is that ignoring their healthy pregnancy as a topic so they have to abort their white pizzas that's one tweet.

The other one is from someone called Diana thirst and again I do think this is parody but still it's even even the idea of this okay so this one is from Diana thirst. It says I'm a doctor at the nursing care clinic in Seattle and when fully strumped supporters there ask me for help I love to miss the ignos then I give them vitamins instead of antibiotics then I prescribe wheat myself and laugh at them again I do think this is parody but even the idea that anyone could even think this as a parody to me is alarming. Yeah and that's why I feel you know even before reading this I don't need to know the voting status of my patients to give them the best care I need to give them and I don't feel that there is a room for politics in the exam room because you are in a position of this you know authority and the idea that you can suggest the patient well because of this person or because of that person we don't have this or you may lose that.

It can influence people and it should never be allowed because it has nothing to do with medicine and the care that you need to give to our patients we are coming up on a break here in a minute before we get there I want to ask you a question about that and I don't know that you'll be able to answer it and it may be unfair because when you go into a doctor's office you are in there with the physician alone in a room maybe a nurse so you may not have access to the answer that I'm going to ask. This question about but do you believe that there are some physicians that are pushing some politics when it comes to taking care of people as a physician. I think we're all humans and there's always an element of life that can get inserted into the job that you do but that's kind of where you have to separate yourself from it. I think it can happen in any field but the reason it's very important to make sure it doesn't happen in healthcare system is because patient is at their own or the most vulnerable.

So you don't want to be influencing their decision based on feelings that you do have. I know that's a tough question really for you to answer I just wanted your opinion really not that you would know. It's the same thing for like teachers right. I saw something you know one Facebook or something like if your student knows your political affiliation then you're not doing your job correctly something along those lines and I feel it is the same for physicians but it's also simple for your lawyers. It's it's the same for any I would say any job unless you're legislator that's then different but you know broke humans and I can see where he gets inserted. We just need to do better and make sure that we're not influencing others with believes that we have. Yeah I agree and I will tell you this that my daughter who is 12 now and happens to go to a private school before she was in private school and she was in public school when she was in elementary school grammar school.

We would always check the voter registration of our teachers each year so that we would be aware of what maybe taught to her in elementary school and we were able to find that information. And typically I think all but one of her teachers coming up through from kindergarten till fifth grade they were all liberal or Democrat teachers and that allowed us to have our antenna sticking way up during those years. We wanted to make sure that she wasn't coming home with information that we didn't agree with and didn't want being taught in the school. You are hearing president of the global health project a physician doctor cat Lindley we're trying to connect some dots here between the Biden executive order in 2021 and what may be happening with some of this information. We want to get into a little bit more of that coming up right after this break since we are talking about health care. And we're back here on the truth be told on America out loud talk radio visiting with doctor cat Lindley the president of the global health project and also a practicing physician. And if you're just joining us we're kind of connecting some dots between an executive order that president Joe Biden signed in 2021. The top health advisor to the vice president come Malah Harris and the Department of Health and Human Services and how they are registering at least offering people the opportunity to register to vote. One thing that I saw on here Dr. Lindley that I think was interesting to me was how they could use this information in pushing information out to these people.

They sign up on this voter vote ER I didn't want to say voter ER it's vote ER and push out information for issues like in the state of Florida in this election we have amendment four which would make abortion a constitutional amendment in the state of Florida. So is it possible do you believe that the information from these people that sign up for this could actually be used to influence voters on issues and even for votes for politicians. Well again it depends who gets a hold of that list because you know if you go let's say from the epic EMR like I said if you clean on the hyperlink because we've done it. That hyperlink takes you to the vote ER both ER I asked you a couple questions and you choose which column and then chose the column that you need to register that takes you to what I call it both.

Turbo vote. Turbo vote. Turbo vote. Yes the name of it. Now Turbo vote for what I understand says they don't sell that list to anyone but the institution that generated it can ask it back. So you know what the institutions do with that afterwards. It's hard to determine but anytime you have any kind of list you can just imagine what can happen with them. But I want to go to something that you asked me before can you know about influencing patients and things like that. So I'm reading for that from that article again in the free beacon and there was a. So there is a. A pediatric hospital is that's the inferred hospital. A university hospital that said she wrote the next in April that she has spoken to every family she saw in the new burn nursery about voting because they're health and the health of their newborn dependent on it.

So you can just imagine the conversation that this person might have had with them by saying your health and the health of your child depends on it so you need to register to vote. Another part of this that I read is where these clinics walking clinics or whatever they are are located and who they actually are serving. So maybe they're serving people that would vote as a Democrat so if you have a heavy concentration of that type of clientele or I guess in this case it's not clientele I guess it is but it's your patients so if you have a heavy influence of that type of patient that would vote Democrat and then you are registering them to vote as opposed to say a Republican or conservative. Then you really are making a difference in elections by doing that aren't you. Yeah and some critics against from the article that's why everyone ever want to read the circle it's so well written but the critics of this actually do say exactly that it's really easy to insert political code speech into the conversation conversation and effectively signal to the patient which way they should vote.

And that's kind of and that's why you know we have lost so much trust during the COVID era between patient opposition just imagine putting another thing in this conversation or are you registered to both or you really should vote because if you don't know next administration or this administration could take this away from you. Yeah that's not the conversation the doctrine is to have a patient documents to have a patient conversation you know this is what's happening in your life this is where I recommend that you do let's figure out the best for you to achieve that goal and has nothing to do with this level of happiness if I get you to go to a website and sign yourself up to vote and who knows what you open yourself up to because as we discussed anytime you sign your name on a website somewhere somehow you end up with a lot of people. Somehow you end up on someone's list and next thing it's like hey do you have five minutes can you donate this can you do that and all other instances if you get on our phones all the time.

It seems real squirly to me at best it's squirly you know I want to go back to something that happened in my life personally because I think you can help me with this my mother who is now 86 she came down to a visit with us in Florida and while she was here she had terrible stomach pain I ended up talking in. Her into going to the emergency room where they found that she had a blood clot that had stopped up and was killing her colon her colon was dying and she had to have emergency surgery nearly died they had to cut out about 18 inches of her colon and after the surgery was over I asked the doctor will. Where do you think that clot came from she's on blood thinners for you know a heart stand and it really doesn't make any sense she has no history of that now let me also share this that my mother had had all of the shots at that time I think five two regular shots and three boosters because she was becoming depressed because she was staying inside.

She didn't go to the senior citizen center that was taking trips so we really felt me and my two sisters that it was more important for her to live her life at the time I guess she was 82 or 83 when she started taking the shots. We were fearful that she may die from depression and at that age she needed to live in the way that corporations had it you had to have a shot before you could go on a cruise or get on their plane so let's let her live. Let's let her go to church let's let her live her life at this point and so we decided yeah if you want the shots get them so she had the shots and now a couple of years later she has this clot so I asked the doctor and this is the part that I want to get to in telling that story. I felt really strange in having this conversation with this doctor in the ER he was the surgeon he was the one that did the surgery because I didn't know how he was politically and that should not be a part of healthcare for people and it was because I didn't want to even bring up the subject hey doctor do you think it's possible that this blood clot was caused by all the shots that she has taken from her.

So we're seeing from this vaccine. Yeah and his assumption would be if you ask that question that you are certain political party is only supposedly certain political party has questions which is really. You know the whole thing is idiotic they call people on their back source because they don't believe in covid 19 vaccine because it's new technology the has problems. And if you say you know I don't believe in it I think it's a bad vaccine and you had all the vaccines in your life until this moment all of a sudden you're an boxer we have we have weaponized the language we have weaponized fear and we cannot allow them to continue weaponizing medicine because you truly are going to create this food tier system for those of your. Listeners like to read I wrote an article in a new American magazine. If was published January 30th of 23 and I talk about the dangers of socialized medicine but some of the things that I talk about is this idea that you can weaponize medicine so you know i'm against I come from a communist country i'm against socialized medicine i'm against the bomb a care i'm against government being charge of medicine.

Because when you do that you can technically decide longevity of a population and you know we've seen that in Canada we've seen it with NHS. And the whole covid has actually opened up NHS to show how it's not a great system and we're known it about Canada. So this idea that now with this voting initiatives and putting the doctor as a middleman between patient. Who maybe didn't vote didn't want to vote whatever has nothing to do with medicine again it's not going to make you happy to sign up if anything you'll probably get the press listening to news and the arguments that both sides are having. So you know i would just say and i would urge everyone to really look into this and i do find it very troubling that we have electronic medical record that has a huge. Share of the market in the United States do this because my question is once you start doing things like this you can start creating databases you can start to create a databases of people who did not take this vaccine did not take that vaccine.

You can start creating database of people who did both who did not both and that's fine in its own because sometimes databases and data give us points of learning but these things can also be weaponized and we do not need to weaponize medicine we need to. To return back to sanctity of patient position relationship and by doing this we're creating even a bigger cousin in my opinion i don't disagree with you you said something a few minutes ago that came to my story that when i was asking my mother surgeon about this blood clot. That that thought went through my head if i ask him this question he is going to assume that i'm a wackadoodle right wing person and i and that was what made me fearful of asking the question which then you go to the weaponization of everything that we've already seen from the department of justice to the media to social media and censorship what if it ever got to a point when you use the technology that we've been talking about here in these.

Couple of segments to flag me you know this guy is a right wing nut job because he asked me if it could be possible that a blood clot was created from the vaccine and because i don't know this guy you know i didn't know his his political makeup when i asked him the question and later we went i went with my mother to a follow up to our hometown physician and we i kind of asked the same question and i felt the same way and we shouldn't feel. That way when we go inside of a don't you feel the same exactly so you know one of the questions that some institutions in the am I will also ask you is like do you have guns at home and do you keep them in a safe because they're trying to. Trying to ask the safety of the environment, especially with small children around so I get the need for the question and wanting to make sure that if for those people who do have guns at home that they keep them away from kids especially because they're no there are accidents can happen at home if you.

Don't teach your children a proper etiquette and all that but ask yourself a question what if they actually that was a data point they wanted to know and they're going to the same hour and say. Give me the name of every person who has a gun in a gun in the in their household and then. I don't know the data point what look up who out of those people is a veteran or voting you know we're talking about voting who do you go go go back to the veteran part do you remember the red flag law yeah well red flag law veterans and guns yeah so there many you know there's so many data points that you can get out of this and I truly feel that. We need to separate that from medicine because you can weaponize anything and weaponizing medicine is not a right thing to do yeah and in some ways as you're talking and I'm flushing this out in my own mind it is the physician that in some ways is trying to help.

It is really just potentially being used as a pawn in the middle of all this trying to collect information to help their patient that that information could eventually be used against their very own patient it's very interesting. Doctor cat and I want to say that most physicians don't want to be put in this position no but I don't think that they would even recognize possibly exactly what they're doing other than trying to help yeah and that's the that's the unfortunate thing. Doctor cat Lindley she is the president of the global health project and she's also a working physician thank you so much for coming and sharing this information we put it on our radar now and we will continue to watch it. Thank you for having me. As we get ready for the debate here on Tuesday night I'm looking forward to it I know you are let's listen to what CNN is now saying about Kamala Harris. This was actually on Aaron Burnett's show on CNN this week because we're not getting the truth about Kamala Harris she appears to be more moderate now she's moving herself to the center but that is not who she is and CNN is telling people who she really is now which is interesting.

Here it is. This is really an interesting snapshot in time of that 2019 Democratic primary Kamala Harris was trying to get to the left of Bernie Sanders she was trying to get to the left of Elizabeth Warren and you really see that in a lot of these answers and I want to walk our viewers through a little bit of what she said let's just take immigration and look at what she said here she said on immigration she made this open ended pledge to end immigrant attention she said she supported taxpayer funded gender transition surgeries for detained migrants she also said she said she's. She said she actually said she supported she wrote both wrote and answered in the affirmative when she was asked this and she said she also supported it for federal prisoners now she also pledged to slash immigration detention by 50% close all family and private facilities and decrease funding for ice and then the end ending and ice detainers with local law enforcement. So who is Kamala Harris really is she just who she needs to be to get votes and get elected because back in 2019 she was going further left than Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren in order to be popular and win an election that didn't work this time she is trying to be more moderate and more center when we know what she has done for the last three plus years as the vice president with Joe Biden will have to watch the debate tonight it's going to be a lot of time.

It's going to be interesting we'll talk about it Wednesday night I'm Booker Scott and you were told 2000 years ago that you are the salt of the earth and salt without labor it has no value so whatever you do keep being salty Unleash the political news hour it starts next have yourself the great night there is only one truth you've been listening to the truth be told with Booker Scott on America out loud.
