Loving God,
In times of change and uncertainty,
when so much feels unsettled
and we don’t fully know what lies ahead,
help us to care for ourselves along the way.
When we feel the pressure to keep moving,
to stay ready,
to hold everything together—
remind us that we still need to be sustained.
Even when life feels hurried,
even when things are not as they usually are,
help us not to neglect what gives us strength.
Remind us that small acts of care matter—
that nourishment matters,
that tending to ourselves is part of the journey.
And as we move forward,
help us sustain ourselves and each other
with what we need for the journey.
