About this episode
On today's episode, we are unpacking triggers and truth with regards to opinions. Both our own opinions and those of others can affect us in different ways. Sometimes, we can even be triggered by certain opinions, or form opinions based on triggers. Well, we will be exploring all of that today!
A big part of this episode is the practice of letting our triggers be our teachers. Most importantly, it's about understanding the role of opinions in our lives. For example: do opinions of others make our lives any more or less real? If someone thinks the world of us, does it mean that everyone will? What are our truths?
We'll answer all that and more in this episode.
Happy listening!
With love,
