9. The Lost Week: A Year End Journaling Challenge
About this episode
I know the last week of the year can be overwhelming, overstimulating, and confusing. But I don't want you to skip the work of staying present through the end of 2023! In this episode, I’m introducing the Lost Week Journaling Challenge where we can reflect on the past year before rushing into setting goals for the new year. I’m going to talk through each of the prompts within the journaling challenge in this episode with the hope that we can evaluate our current state, relationships, beliefs, obstacles, and so much more.
