One, be passionate and strong when there's contact. When you're interacting with someone, whether it be a handshake at a business meeting or a hug with a girl that you want to date, you want to make sure you are assertive and proceed with intent. This will make it seem as if you are leading the interaction and put you at that alpha male position. So don't give a half-assed handshake or a sideways hug. Number two, when you're talking and you want to make an impact, use your hands. Why do you think in my videos, they're all always all over the place? Psychologists call these things trust indicators and it has been shown that hand gestures helps people that are receiving the message, understand it and remember it more clearly. So if you want to be remembered, don't just deliver a message like a walking stick. Use your hands.

Trust me, I've been through them where you're going to feel overwhelmed. You're going to feel like the underdog. You're going to feel almost awkward and shy. But if you need an instant boost of confidence, you want to get into your power pose, which means you're going to stand sternly. Open up your body, square off your shoulders and stick out your chest. And almost do this before a fight to seem bigger and more intimidating. You're not going to fight, but it's going to send a message that you're just as important. Number four is how to know when people are lying to you. Unless they're professional liars or really good at lying, almost everyone will give you tall tail signs that they aren't being completely honest. For example, they might start blinking rapidly because their brain is working overtime to come up with a lie. Or that you might see them scratch their nose or cover their mouth because instinctively they are doing this because it might bring them shame. Or another one you might see them clench their mouth a lot. This might be because they're holding themselves back or gagging themselves, knowing that this is something

They'll also start participating in certain displacement activities, such as starting to look at their phone more often or their watch or just picking up bits of miscellaneous things and playing with them instead of paying attention to the actual conversation. If this is the case, you wanna cut it short and get out. You're boring. Number eight, never give a weak handshake. If there is one thing that instantly signal submission is giving somebody else a weak handshake, it just makes you look weak. That is a horrible first impression you wanna make whether it be a superior or somebody you wanna date.

If you don't know where to place your eyes during a conversation with a female without seaming creepy, try using what they call the facial triangle. What this does is it reduces the intensity of the contact by shifting the focus between both eyes and her mouth.
