She has been treating clients struggling with eating disorders for 15 years, and has developed a passion for helping people with body image issues. She speaks on the topic of eating disorders and body image frequently and also offers training to other professionals in the field. She has also written a book on the topic of body image issues titled "Perfectly Imperfect: Compassionate Strategies to Cultivate a Positive Body Image." She has a private practice in Fairfax, Virginia.
