77. Attachment Styles + Normalising Healthy Relationships with Nicole Walker

About this episode

Today, I am joined by Nicole Walk, a licensed counsellor and board-certified coach based in Upstate NY.

In this episode, we will be discussing attachment styles, how they affect our relationships, and see misconceptions about healthy relationships.

Through Sex and The City references, and evidence-based discussion, we bring to you a way to understand your attachment style, how to do your inner work, and what healthy relationships are really about.
