__________
Ross Leppala is an avid powerlifter and coach. He first started lifting weights when he was 12 years old. That marked the beginning of a lifelong obsession with cultivating strength. While most of us consider this a physical pursuit, Ross's true passion is in the mental aspect of the journey. Our minds are far more powerful than any muscle or group of muscles. Using the mind intentionally will propel us forward past any obstacles that surface. With decades of lifting and coaching experience, there is a plethora of things Ross seeks to share.
