About this episode
Happy New Year, everyone!
Welcome to a brand new episode and to the first episode of the year!
This week, we are talking about the scapegoat child in the family and the narcissist.
▫️Why are some people more picked on in families?
▫️Why is there a “black sheep”?
▫️Why does one person seem to control everyone’s behaviour?
▫️Is the narcissistic parent jealous of the scapegoat?
▫️How come some people outside of the family start scapegoating the person too?
▫️What does this mean for the scapegoat moving forward?
Narcissistic Abuse is one of my areas of focus and I want to offer some insight into this dynamic this week, as well as provide some considerations for recovery and healing.
TOPICS COVERED:
• What it is
• Why it happens
• How it shows up
• Jealousy’s part in the play
• What can be done
• How to heal
• Where to focus your attention and efforts
and more...
🤍 I want to place enough emphasis on the dynamic that we can see how damaging it is, but also shine light on positive outcomes that have equally been noted.
If you have any general questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll be doing regular Q+As as well! 🤍
Happy listening!
With love,
G 🌸
