On Saturday 23 September, Derby Excel Masters Swimming Club is hosting its first ever Masters Development Day at Alfreton Leisure Centre in Derbyshire. The day will consist of two swim sessions, talks by a qualified physiotherapist and psychologist, as well as a guest appearance from a current Great Britain swimmer. Jamie Brown, the head coach for the masters squad at Derby Excel, joins the podcast to talk more about it.
