#6: Chris Pavlesic - The Man Behind Australia's First Bitcoin Conference, Bitcoin Alive
About this episode
Chris Pavlesic is the co-founder of Coinstop, Australia's leading reseller of cold wallets and co-organiser of Bitcoin Alive, Australia's first Bitcoin-only event held in Sydney earlier this year.
Chris is a hardcore Bitcoiner that embodies the philosophy of "came for the gains, stayed for the revolution". Both Coinstop and Bitcoin Alive were created because Chris saw a problem that needed solving. He's ballsy, entrepreneurial and has officially transitioned to a Bitcoin standard (plus he hasn't looked at the Bitcoin price for over 470 days).
Chris' journey is inspiring, not just as an entrepreneur, but as a person and Bitcoiner. It was an absolute pleasure to speak to him and no doubt we'll be chatting again. This episode is dedicated to Twiggy, Chris' right hand man that passed away over a decade again - dogs are truly man's best friend.
