I break down the three major gaps most Bitcoiners have in their inheritance planning: the technical gap, the legal gap, and the education gap. I also walk through the common options people rely on — from doing nothing, to using a generic will template, to hiring a lawyer, to handing everything over to a custodian — and explain where each approach can fall short.

Most importantly, this is a practical episode. I share the key questions every Bitcoiner should be able to answer, what a solid inheritance plan actually looks like, and why inheritance planning is not morbid or pessimistic — it’s the completion of self-custody.
