If you really want to push yourself to great heights, it requires an obsession with your goals. It requires an obsession with success. I've heard this from many great leaders and athletes share quotes over the past few years that fall along the lines of "I'm not talented, I'm obsessed."

For me, pushing to greater heights means testing how far my body can go. Running a 100 mile ultramarathon taught me many things, but most importantly, it strengthened my mindset and bolstered my confidence even more that anything can be accomplished. I am even more prepared for the battles that life will bring because I know that my breaking point is far greater I perceived it to be; I do not know what my breaking point is.
