As a certified strength conditioning specialist and seasoned leader in the lacrosse community focusing on developing confidence and character, Tex understands the value of social-emotional learning.
He has implemented athletic development programs from middle school to Division 1 athletics and up to Naval Special Warfare. McQuilkin has presented and published extensively on injury reduction, performance preparation, and athletic development. Blending strength and conditioning science, emotional intelligence and personalized leadership training, Tex guides athletes to achieve their athletic dreams and expand their abilities for sport and life. His blend of science and character development offers a roadmap to expand athletes' potential, purpose, and passion for their sport.
