About this episode
On today’s episode, my good friend Lana and I are talking all about how to ditch the guilt about your phone. We want you to be present in your life instead of feeling like you’re always missing something. So how do we make sure we ARE being present? One of the biggest things that has come up so often in the Cowgirls Over Coffee membership is the distraction of our phones. However, instead of feeling like we need to completely throw our phones in the trash, we’re talking about how to utilize our phones as an amazing tool while also having boundaries so we can live a present life.
