Kole Marko from St. Croix Falls joins us to discuss his wrestling career, which on the individual side ended with him winning his 4th State Title this year! We talk about all of Kole's runs at the State Tournament and Kole gives a lot of great advice throughout the episode, including figuring out the mental side of the sport, wrestling through adversity, and drives home the point that life is what bigger than what happens on the wrestling mat which is a great lesson for everyone involved in this sport. St. Croix Falls coach Joe Raygor also joined us on the show and between him and Kole, it's easy to tell why Kole ended up having as much on-the-mat success that he did but also more importantly why he will continue to thrive in his non-wrestling endeavors as well.
